Delivered accurate product recommendations across the customer journey with Insider
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of the Smart Recommender tool was seamless and hassle free. In case, if one faces any issue with understanding any particular tool or finds it hard to track results, their team of experts is always there to help you out. Not only it saves your time, but it also enables you to track the performance of your business and change your strategy immediately, if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t encountered any problems yet and are highly satisfied with the results we are getting after bringing Insider into the picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform that’s intuitive, easy to use, and allows simple yet effective test campaign strategies and slightly tweaks them with fewer available resources. To achieve success in this, speed and accuracy in delivery were of paramount importance. Insider suggested we use their AI-powered notifications and Smart Recommender in order to recognize all the patterns and activities. Furthermore, the tool offered us the capability to track user behavior in order to display relevant and optimized content to them. One thing that we liked the most about using this platform is its segmentation and the way it quickly adapts to the dashboard to create personalized campaigns using pre-built templates.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using a plethora of tools by Insider comprising Web Suite, Web Push, Architect, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Honestly picking one single favourite is difficult as all of them have contributed in their own way. There has been a sharp decline in bounce rates and our customers are finally spending more time browsing and discovering our website.
Architect – the journey orchestration tool not only tracked customer journeys, it helped us craft compelling and cohesive messaging across channels to engage customers. Web Push ensured delivery of relevant messages at the right time, even when users were inactive nudging them to engage on our app and website. Web Suite helped us showcase highly personalized product recommendations that resonated with the customers interest leading to a 40% uplift for newsletter subscription. With automated Email templates we could deliver targeted and compelling content in response to customer behaviour in real-time. SMS and WhatsApp messaging ensured customers didn’t miss out on any communication due to unread emails.

It would be good to have a few more vertical specific templates for the messaging channels available, like it’s there for Architect.

Being in the finance domain keeping our customers updated about the latest in the industry, tips on money saving etc. is something our customers always look forward to. Keeping this in mind we launched a Newsletter a year back. Our website bounce rates were alarmingly high resulting in extremely low sales and subscriptions for our product bundles and newsletter. We then got in touch with Insider and things have been getting better ever since.

What do you like best about the product?
We were mesmerized by the work done by the Insider team. Using Insider's Web Push suite, we were able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously, even without the support of the internal development team. With the suggestions and continual support of Growth Managers at Insider, we were able to increase our revenue by a whopping 42 times. We're glad to choose Insider as our growth partner.

We are happy with the results we have achieved so far. There's nothing particular that we dislike about Insider. With the support of team Insider, we have been able to achieve what we wanted to and would definitely love to leverage their other products as well in the near future.

Initially, our goal for this collaboration was to increase our conversion rate and sales through our mobile application. Having understood our requirement, Insider team recommended we leverage their Web Push channel that enabled us to run multiple campaigns at the same time and reach wider target audience. As we were failing to drive sales through our mobile application, Insider's Growth Management team advised us that we use their Mobile App suite.
With this implementation, we were able to improve the UI/UX of our application and provide our users with personalized customer experience. With the help of the tool, we were able to keep a tab on the unique user behavior and purchase intent. This further enabled us to enhance product discovery on our mobile app for our customers and nudge them to make a purchase.

Once we understand more about triggers, we effortlessly diversify campaigns. We can also best use your targeting capabilities to target different audiences and increase engagement and conversions.

What do you like best about the product?

In the beginning, we felt that there was a communication gap between us and their team. Reaching out to their content team directly was a little hard but our Growth Consultants helped us connect with their team by setting up a proper communication channel that made connecting with their team easy for us.

In the beginning, our primary goal was to reach our churn set of users, bring them back and increase traffic on our website. After collaborating with Insider, we leveraged their Web Push suite as suggested by their team of Growth Experts. By running Web Push campaigns, we were able to nudge the particular segment to check out the most trending products, offers, etc. on our website. This strategy enabled us to create a feeling of FOMO and a sense of urgency amongst our customers and encouraged them to revisit our website.
Within just a few weeks of implementation, we observed that our churned users are showing interest in our products and visiting our website on a more frequent basis. This improved our engagement and retention rates and drastically increased the monthly traffic on our website.

Insider’s InStory is truly remarkable in terms of its features and capabilities. We’ve witnessed great results with our mobile website engagement and conversion metrics. Also, the integration process was undoubtedly quick and fuss-free for us as their team assisted us throughout.

Initially, it was a bit difficult for us to understand and implement the tool. However, with the support of Account Managers at Insider and continuous usage of the tool, we were able to overcome this challenge.

What do you like best about the product?
Sending real-time updates and communication to our donators has never been easier. We had used other channels for communication earlier, but using Insider’s WhatsApp tool has automated the process for great efficiency. This has boosted not only our engagement but also our conversions. We have found that WhatsApp is also a great channel for upselling and cross-selling products, and we have used Insider to automatically send recommendations relevant to users based on their purchase history. We really like using the tool for its many features and for its dependable results.

The tool does have some bugs once in a while.

We wanted to offer real-time updates to our donators in a crisp, simple manner. Boosted conversion rates, sales, and revenue using Social Proof
What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Social Proof technology is something that we were looking for to drive more conversions and purchases. The best part of using Social Proof is that all its campaigns are customizable. And because of this, we were able to personalize them to our business requirements. The campaign showed how many website visitors were viewing each of the products and this motivated our users to buy the popular products that were in demand. This led to a boost in conversions and revenues.

However, we had our doubts on its effectiveness, we were surprised with the results that we received. In just a month’s time, our sales and revenue were a lot more than we were expecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We saw a drastic drop in customer purchase intention to actual purchasing during their session on the website, which resulted in a significant decrease in add-to-cart actions. In addition, the number of sessions with add-to-cart dropped and was less than that of transactional sessions. Having understood our challenge, Insider suggested that we leverage web push notifications to drive people down the sales funnel and implement social proof strategies to create FOMO. After employing these strategies, we were able to drive add-to-cart and purchase triggers, which made the purchase decision easier for our customers.

Initially, developing mobile website experiences for many device kinds, including smartphones and tablets, was difficult. On both, we had to individually and independently develop the campaigns. This is now much simpler thanks to responsive templates because only one campaign is needed.
