Great AOV uplift using Insider's onsite tools
What do you like best about the product?
LASCANA is part of the OTTO group that has been using Insider for a long time now. I knew we were picking the right solution to help us with improving the user experience on our webshop.
Insider has a wide variety of tools and features that enhance and improve our website for our customers. We started sending various web push notifications via Insider, which is now one of our performance channels. Next to that using one of their onsite features, top reviews on our product pages, we were able to generate a uplift in AOV. We also used their category optimizer on our mobile site, and this led to an uplift in conversions. We have achieved the kind of fast, reliable growth that we knew we would get from Insider.
We use a lot of Insider’s in-built templates available and these help us scale and grow rapidly. The team of Insider behind it also help us carry out strategic initiatives that sync with our roadmap and help us evolve successfully. In the future we will go on with testing more Insider features.

Insider’s new help system needed some time to get used to, but now we have caught up and are able to use it well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted effective personalization on our website that can easily be scaled, and we wanted to improve conversions and AOV through this. Insider’s tools proved themselves to be the best choice for us in this regard, and we have achieved significant growth and improvement since signing up for Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Our mobile app is now optimized and absolutely superpowered to achieve maximum conversions and drive high profits thanks to using Insider. Our overall customer experience has improved manifold. Smooth customer journeys are now what is expected and Insider makes it possible to execute even the most elaborate customer journeys with great ease. Our conversions have improved by 18.4% in one campaign, which is just one of many very successful ones we have launched with Insider.
The advanced analytics we get from Insider is highly valuable for our business, and we have gained a renewed and much more precise understanding of our audience through this. We are very glad we chose Insider.

What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, the advanced analytics are not always on. We hope they improve this to keep it on all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
App user behavior is quite different from behavior on a website. We needed a tool to help us analyze this behavior so we can tailor campaigns individually for our app and website which would be extremely effective. Insider offers a wide variety of features within their mobile app product which have truly given our mobile app a much-needed power-up to cater to our audience in the best way possible.

What do you like best about the product?
We now offer connected and cohesive user experiences across different channels thanks to using Insider. Insider’s Customer Data Platform helps us consolidate the data from different channels, and segment our customers better to provide personalized customer experiences. We are able to maintain consistency in our brand communication because of being able to have all our channels under one roof and managing content for all of those from the same place.
Insider supports goal tracking and pretty advanced A/B testing without needing developer support. It has empowered our marketing team to take complete charge of our marketing tasks from beginning to end, and the analytics provided by Insider is the cherry on top of this. Our understanding of our customers has never been better.
Because of this, our customer satisfaction and engagement are also at an all-time high. We have achieved over 6% improvement in CR and a 4% improvement in AOV.
The platform is easy to use, offers many flexible templates for variety, and is a marketer’s best friend when used well.

We haven’t been able to relieve ourselves of the need for support from Insider’s team, even though we have been using it for 2 years.

What do you like best about the product?
We are convinced that there’s nobody that does cross-channel customer journey automation and orchestration better than Insider. The platform has it all - ease of use, a wide variety of features, flexible templates for easy campaign creation, simple, straightforward data reporting, and a great customer support team to enhance the overall experience of using the platform.
Along with cross-channel customer journeys, the platform also seamlessly gathers data from across our multiple channels and brings them into one place for us to get a deep understanding of our customers. Thanks to the CDP function, we have a larger picture in our mind of what our customer base is like, and we have been able to craft campaigns that have proven more effective than ever before.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few hiccups in the implementation stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal was seamless cross-channel customer journey optimization. Insider’s Architect is by far the most advanced technology that we have come across that covers a wide range of channels without complicating the user experience of the platform. With great ease, we can create new campaigns and whole journeys and execute them. 3x ROI from doing this is a delightful result for us to have in a matter of months.
Achieved substantial ROI and Net Revenue using Insider’s Web Push notifications
What do you like best about the product?
We believe that Insider’s Web Push solution is the a great push notification solution. They offer so many capabilities and the messages can be sent out to engage different segments of users. We send out web push messages in such situations - instantly when a user abandons the cart, when a product they viewed previously has a discount, and also to send out generic sale announcements.
A trigger campaign that we sent out to try to re-engage inactive users brought a good conversion rate of 6.21% in just one month. That’s quite amazing considering that these were users who hadn’t been to our website for a long time and we managed to bring them back to our website.
Their segmentation functionality is good and we’re able to create customized campaigns for different segments of users and due to this we’re able to personalize experiences better. Combining this with Insider’s AI-powered Send Time Optimization capability, we were able to ensure that the message is sent out at the right time to catch the attention of our users.

We haven’t faced too many major challenges with Insider. At the start, we faced a bit of a hassle with the integration but once that was done, it’s been pretty seamless.

Their Account Management team was super supportive at the start during integration. They also offer their industry expertise and give suggestions in terms of campaigns we can create to boost our engagement even more.
Our campaigns have generated amazing conversion rates. And this has led to a satisfying ROI too. We’re therefore quite happy with Insider!

Best onsite personalization solution you can find
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Insider is the fact that it allows us to provide an individualized onsite experience for our customers. With Insider's segmentation capabilities, we are able to target customers according to their interests. Then, using the rich templates, we create specific experiences for customer interest like playing around with the banners. I really love this because it allows our website to be a fun, interactive, and engaging platform for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only difficulty we had was around the fact that Insider offers a lot of products, features and use cases. So, it was definitely an adaptation but we quickly came through with our account managers' help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before working with Insider, we understood that we could use our website more and wanted a partner who could make that happen. Ever since creating interest-based personalized onsite experiences for our customers, we have seen an uplift in conversion rate and customer retention.
We're also experiencing a reduced bounce rate since customers only see screens that make sense for them, they are more likely to pay attention.

2X Email open rates with Insider
What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite thing about Insider is that their results are long term. Their solutions are made so that they are not one time fixes, and the tools keep delivering results, even without the team’s constant help. We are very satisfied with the products we’ve used so far and we are certain that their long term success will be very prominent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike so far, however, we do wish that we had the opportunity to try out more of Insider’s awesome tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like to send out frequent emails to our customers about our new products and deals, and we have found that the emails never perform as well as we want them to. Usually the emails have really low open rates and even lower click-through rates. Insider’s AI-backed tools helped us craft attractive emails with highly personalized content with interactive elements like real-time timers, recommendations, etc, and as a result we were able to successfully engage our customers on this channel.
Now, our emails are more popular than ever, and they are one of our best communication tools. We also had the option to run multivariate AB testing and let their algorithm choose the winning campaign automatically based on results.

Insider's integration is super fast and we saw amazing results in less than 2 months!
What do you like best about the product?
The integration was seamless and the Account Management team played a crucial role in knitting it together to ensure that there were no hassles. It was extremely quick and we were able to get started pretty quickly. Our expectation was that it would take some for us to observe the results but it just took us 2 months to see substantial results. This exceeded our expectations! We have been using them to create personalized website experiences easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a little worried that we might need a lot of support from Insider's Account Management team every time we start using a new product. We hope the integrations with the other products are equally seamless and fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to use our website and mobile app traffic more effectively by showing them relevant campaigns. Using Insider, we managed to do that as we were able to show personalized campaigns that resonated with each user. This ensured that our users started returning back more frequently and this led to an increase in the Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
A comprehensive set of features for digital success
What do you like best about the product?
Smart recommendations do the trick for us. With our vast range of beauty products and the similarities between many, it can get confusing for most customers to choose and pick, and in that process, we also lose many of them. But this sort of recommendation provided by Insider along with a great comparison tool eliminates the customer's indecisiveness and has shown a substantial increase in sales.

Nothing in particular as of now will be able to provide some constructive criticism as we use this product more and see if the results are consistent.

We wanted to help our customers discover our products better using technology that understands what they are looking for. Insider has amazing technology which can be relied upon to help us deliver recommendations that our customers actually click on and purchase from.

Providing personel user experience with Insider is great. You get quick answer to your questions. Insider emplooyes are helpful and outgoing.

Setting a new campaign could be difficult sometimes. You need help from Insider most of the time. It would be great to be able to do this great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can make instant changes that are not possible in our web shop infrastructure with the Insider. They can find quick and instant solutions.
