What do you like best about the product?
Insider has consistently helped us achieve our growth targets. We started using their mobile capabilities, and were impressed by how much we were able to connect with our customers through non-traditional channels. Since then, we have decided to invest in InStory, as well, a social-media-inspired feature that offers an interactive way of showcasing products to improve their discovery. This feature comes with 100+ different templates which our e-commerce team has a lot of fun using. This, too, has impressed the team very much, and we are now planning to implement their Smart Recommender and Architect, their customer journey builder, in the next quarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want to be able to deliver more push notifications that are automated and segmented, which is why we are trying out Architect, the customer journey builder. Otherwise, in all honesty, we have not found anything to dislike about the product yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider's AI engine is brilliant, and we haven't seen notifications so well-timed and personalized for individual customers before. With Insider’s help, we have improved our personalization experience exponentially, so much so that more and more recurring customers of ours have been converted to VIP customers, significantly increasing their LTV, which is why we are continuing to invest in more Insider features to add to our marketing toolkit. Their account management team is second to none! They offer strategic support and give us recommendations that are impactful. We have already improved our revenue and customer retention rates since using Web Push and InStory. Now, we are excited to see how much more growth and marketing success we can achieve after implementing more features.

The capabilities of the Insider platform are so broad it is worth regularly checking in to see new features and involve additional teams in your business to drive the most value from a partnership.

We would strongly recommend Insider to businesses looking to improve their marketing strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we started using Insider, our goal was to improve the user experience on our website and target our customer more effectively with timely and relevant content. Insider’s segmentation features coupled with their remarkable journey builder solved both these challenges and helped us take our customer experience to the next stage. We've seen tremendous improvement in our onsite engagement and retention metrics and an overall increase in average time spent on our site. Our subscription rates have also improved in the last quarters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We would say that each business is unique and will have their own set of challenges and problems. But we know for a fact that Insider has everything a marketer would require, in their platform. So, no matter what industry you belong to – Insider’s platform can help you improve your online presence significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to convert our website visitors into leads was something we’ve always struggled with. Insider gave us a strategic tool with which we could personally engage each visitor and improve our chances of converting visitors into leads. And we were surprised. What we really like about Insider is the gamified templates that improve the overall engagement on the site and their unified customer data which helped us capture every details about our customers and their journey
What do you dislike about the product?
The complex tools and features make the panel quite confusing at times – it’s not an easy panel to navigate and get the hang of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve our lead generation – that was primary goal. Once we started using Insider we saw a significant improvement in the onsite engagement which also meant that our lead generation improved. Insider’s data-driven conversional abilities means that we were able to effectively target and engage our audiences individually and get them to convert more effectively And their unified customer data platform allowed us to get a 360 view of our customer segments. We’re sure that going forward we can engage our customers more accurately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk to the sales rep from Insider to understand the challenge you have and how Insider can help you address those challenges. You won’t need everything that the platform has, so It’s important to nail down the specific tools that you will need, in order to get started. We recommend Insider to all those who are looking to improve the engagement on the website and target customers more accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
With app marketing, businesses tread a fine line between being on point and being overboard. Insider helps us always be on point with its highly integrated mobile app suite. It consists of incredible data reporting that allows us to continually improve and sharpen our messaging to suit the needs and preferences of our esteemed clientele, while also allowing us to experiment with interesting features that enhance the experience on our app. Insider’s overlays are very adept at and succinct for conveying limited-time offers, special services, and more. For our exclusive, sophisticated clientele, we believe we have chosen the best marketing platform to cater to their needs, preferences, and behaviors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is great and has some of the most splendid marketing features, but we would love it even more if it was less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized apps are highly effective in engaging users and converting them into regular purchasing customers. We wanted Insider’s help in these efforts of ours. Apart from being able to offer personalized experiences that work very well, we have also had a very encouraging increase in conversions and customer engagement with our app after Insider’s use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is pricey, but just like we did, you’ll soon find out why it costs that much. Our only recommendation is to not let the cost deter you from choosing Insider because the returns are multifold and they provide an experience that leaves nothing more to be desired.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to think B2B marketing can’t be very exciting and we can only do so much about it. But Insider completely turned that around for us. With Insider, we have unlocked the fun, engaging and exciting side of B2B marketing that is full of possibilities and growth that pleases us. Their products are top-class and they have a support team that we can’t help but love. They truly feel like one of our own, and we have had the most splendid marketing experience that one could desire.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has all the makings to stitch together scattered anonymous and known data into actionable customer data profiles. The platform's Canvas streamlines personalized customer journey creation and delivery thanks to its easy-to-use drag and drop editor. I like how Architect Insider's journey-building tool gives you the next best channel recommendations and insight into what's performing. I'm also a big fan of InStory, thumbnails that expand to fullscreen stories. We feature products, hashtags, bestsellers, and more in these social media style stories. InStory has significantly increased our mobile engagement rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support has been fantastic. I’d love to see even more use cases for my industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re modernizing our customer experience. We’re using Insider’s best-in-class customer data platform and action layer to craft personalized experiences that reach customers where they want our brand to be. The other big thing we’re solving for is scale. Before Insider, launching a personalized campaign was time-consuming and involved multiple stakeholders. With the platform, we’ve significantly streamlined the process.

What do you like best about the product?
When you sell a large number of products serving different functions, it’s no small task to enable easy product discovery for your customers. With Insider’s Smart Recommender, we have been able to understand individual shoppers, what they’re looking for, what their preferences are, and other basic data about them as well and then serve them recommendations most suited to what they’re likely to look for. This has proven to be very successful for us as it eliminates unnecessary steps from our customers’ journeys, saving them a lot of time and helping them focus more on adding the right products to their carts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s been quite straightforward and pleasant, the whole experience with Insider so far. Nothing to dislike here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to facilitate better product discovery. Smart Recommender has enabled us to do just that in the easiest way we could imagine. It does all the data sifting and analysing for us, and goes on to display most relevant products, and this is something that is constantly improving and being worked on, so it only keeps getting better. We have had higher conversion rates on our website since we started using Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s technology has changed the game for our marketing team in a big way. Using their behavioral segmentation, we have been able to hyper-target audiences with the most relevant product recommendations, and these have gone a long way in improving conversion rates and enabling impactful product discovery like we never had before. We also use custom conversion triggers based on various factors, and we have seen impressive growth in conversion rates since we started using them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want to be able to customize the layout of product recommendations, which at the moment, we don’t have many options. However, the currently existing options are pretty good, so we don’t have an issue with those.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s assortment of tools that we decided to use have not only provided great results that encourage our marketing team, but they’ve also had a significant, positive impact on our customers and how they experience our brand. Using social proof, we have been able to show our customers that there are many others just like them who’ve purchased the product they are looking at, and this gives them the trust needed to go ahead and shop with us. We have also been able to send delightful, tiny bites of communication through Web Push which was surprisingly effective, a lot more than other push tools that we had come across before.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see some more types of social proof messaging that we can display to our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to impact the overall personalization and brand experience on our website. Using Insider, we have been able to improve on these aspects greatly, and we have also seen a good increase in product-page visits, made possible by the remarkably improved product discovery using Insider. What do you like best about the product?
The cart reminder in Insider’s web suite is a highly functioning, extremely efficient tool that has helped us recover hundreds of carts. Their range of products for the web are very responsive, enabling us to build individualized customer experiences at various touch points. We love being able to customize and tweak so many minute elements of a user’s experience, and this goes a long way in ensuring customer satisfaction and happiness. Since Insider’s deployment on our website, we have seen an increase in intent-driven purchases, which have resulted in higher AOV and a general growth in CR.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’d like to experiment with more variety of templates for the overlays on the website, which is not as extensive as it could be at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IKEA’s offline services are renowned for their customer centric approach. We wanted to bring that to our digital offerings, too. Insider’s personalization suite for the web and mobile have been amazingly efficient in helping us offer a sensible, truly customer-focused experience that our customers love and spread word about. Our customers have rewarded us with increased spending on products, improving our AOV and conversions.
