Insider’s Architect and Web Suite helped optimize our customer experience

What do you like best about the product?
For our marketing automation campaigns, we used both Insider’s cross-channel journey orchestrator, Architect and Web Suite. We bounced back with Insider’s Architect that suggested the website as our Next Best Channel option after WhatsApp campaigns did not find enough conversions.

What we liked most about the Web Suite was how we were able to tailor make our website to match the needs of our customers, not just the look and feel but also the banners we displayed and the recommendations we made. Everything made a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Both the Web Suite and the Architect are just perfect for our use cases. The only problem was we couldn’t integrate them together. However, we used Architect to build a few on-site use cases for our cross-channel campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider’s Architect recommended WhatsApp as the best channel to create our customer journeys on. This did work for us the first few months we ran our campaigns, but we noticed over the next month that something wasn’t working. Customers were not responding. And discounts did help, but for a while.

A quick call to Insider’s support team, which by the way is exemplary, and we were shown the right way. It was another neat option from Insider’s Architect called the Next Best Channel. And the recommendation was to target the customers using the website.

We were recommended to use Insider’s own Web Suite to better the website experience. And voila! We were pleasantly surprised as we optimized the layout and added festival specific banners and observed the increase in website traffic. This was pure magic. We had never experienced anything like this before.

Insider puts the marketer in the driving seat and helps drive customer conversions without breaking a sweat. We love Insider and wish that more people would use their suite to manage their marketing and elevate the customer experience.

Enhanced our customer's shopping experience across the journey with Architect

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's Architect worked extremely well in helping us engage our shoppers across different channels across the customer journey. As an e-commerce company, it is challenging to treat each client according to their preferences as every user on our website has different demands and interests. However, Architect's AI capability worked end-to-end with our team and enabled us to better service our customers.
Previously, our consumers weren't able to relate to our recommendations but since Architect did the job of understanding our customer's behaviors, we are able to build a more tailored approach for each user, and they are delighted with the content shown to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider's algorithms were a little sluggish to respond when we updated our website, but they still displayed the correct suggestions. This wasn't a huge problem, and we had full support from their team, and they quickly addressed the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are an e-commerce firm, we weren’t able to smoothly guide our customer’s journey on our website as we lack the infrastructure for a well-guided customer automation journey. But the Architect tool by Insider helped us to level up and solve the crux part of our customer’s automation journey. This AI-powered cross-channel marketing automation tool helped us to identify the moments that outlined our customer experiences and on the basis of the data received, we benefited our customers with recommendations and personalized messages to build strong relationships with them.

Insider’s predictive segmentation tool proved to be a revelation for us

What do you like best about the product?
We leveraged Insider’s predictive segmentation to help us with our Instagram ads. What we noticed was that we were able to turn things around with Insider and actually increase our conversions within a very short span of a few weeks.
We ran these ads initially for our VIP customers but then seeing the positive results we decided to run them for our new customers as well and it paid off.

Insider’s AI-driven predictive segmentation is spot on, customizable in terms of granularity and focus, and this is what we liked best about Insider.
Their web suite, another tool we used to help us in our task, enabled us to personalize the layout of our website to our liking, and the transformation from great to incredible was just wondrous to see. It must have been for our customers too because their numbers began to increase and continue to increase!
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s predictive segmentation feature is awesome and there is nothing about it we don’t like. The initial challenge that we had was in figuring out which one to use where and once we cracked it, it was great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website allows users to trade comic books. Our website was trendy, modern, colorful and everything a comic lover ought to find most appealing. Most importantly it made the whole process of finding the comic book you want and trading yours in for another achievable in a matter of a few clicks. But we had few customers, and even they weren’t very engaged.
We had an ad campaign on Instagram that was running for quite some time. It had not yet helped us much though.
By leveraging Insider’s predictive segmentation, we were able to not only use great content on Instagram to our advantage but have our ads show up to just the right ones, our loyal customers.
Once we realized that Instagram ads were working for our loyal customers, we extended the scope of Insider’s predictive segmentation to include new customers also and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they responded well too.

Insider’s email and mobile marketing suite gave our mobile marketing strategies a great lift

What do you like best about the product?
Gaming is popular and many companies are now cashing in on gamification to increase customer conversion. We absolutely loved the wheel of fortune that Insider helped implement on our website. In this wheel of fortune, the customer could win anything from a Nike T-shirt to an Apple iPhone after the draw which we held on a monthly basis.
We would send out emails to the customer which again contained an AMP template that made it actionable within the inbox. This was another thing about Insider that we really appreciated. Customers could spin the wheel right from their inbox and had to visit the app only to submit their details and access the offered recommendations using the discount code we provided. The mobile marketing suite helped us with that too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile marketing suite is easy to use and highly recommended. There’s nothing we don’t like about it. Cracking the code in how it’s to be used is the key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
These increased the number of upsell and cross-sell from within the app.
Social proof from the mobile marketing suite also enabled us to leverage the existing and ongoing purchases more effectively to drive more sales.
The result: Within a short span of time, we were able to acquire more customers and witnessed a significant increase in the average order value. Thanks to Insider.

Insider’s Segmentation made our email campaigns powerful and proved to be a winner for us

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s RFM and predictive segmentation helped us target our loyal customers and provide them the experience they deserve. This coupled with the email tool we used helped us deliver successful campaigns with content that was gorgeous and actionable at the same time.

Our mailers could be actioned within the inbox itself and the customer needn’t come to our website to add in the crucial information.
This enabled us to hook the VIP customers onto our offers very quickly and engage them before their attention was turned elsewhere.

This also made the whole process very seamless and speedy and our conversions from email went up. We know, because Insider helped us track that too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The segmentation tool has a learning curve associated with it to derive the best possible results, but once you do, the rewards are limitless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our apparel website wasn’t working for us. Our products (striped pants) were unique, fashionable, and up to speed with the latest trends, but we weren’t able to capture the customer’s attention.

Customer acquisition was not working for us, but we realized that we had quite a few very loyal customers. Insider helped us make the right use of customer data from our CDP and then target them using predictive segmentation.
We created high-performing emails that brought web-like experiences to the inbox. We were guided by Insider’s very responsive customer support team on how to use pre-defined AMP templates to achieve this easily.

The end result was that our VIP customers kept coming back and they must have told their friends too, because we acquired new customers as well.

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been delighted to partner with the Insider team. They quickly got to know us and our challenges, acted as an extension of our team, and made practical suggestions that we could easily understand and implement. Their highly experienced and personable Account Managers were alongside us each step of the way through the planning and execution.

With their continual support and guidance, we were able to implement new use cases and test out hypotheses based on the results of each campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues were faced, but due to the website's layout and limitations of CRM, we weren’t able to utilize the capability of the Insider panel to the full extent, especially with use cases for segmentation. However, with the support of Growth Consultants at Insider, we were able to improve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our conversion rates were low, and the bounce rate was high, and we needed to improve both to increase online revenue. Therefore, we needed a partner that would understand our challenges and provide solutions for the organization instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all approach. That’s when Insider came into the picture and recommended we use their conversion suite to optimize the web layout and provide customers with an improved user journey. Leveraging this tool, we could display and recommend options based on our customer’s likes without having to ask the development team for help.

Their team of Growth Consultants also suggested we use their Web Push channel, which we could integrate with our existing CRM to deliver personalized recommendations, order confirmations, alert customers about the items added to their cart, and more. These initiatives resulted in an increase in AOV, up to 58% increase in ROI on QoQ basis, and 25% uplift in conversion rate.

What do you like best about the product?
The Insider platform is user-friendly and creates outstanding Marketing campaigns. The team takes the time to understand the business and present campaigns that resonate with our target customer market. It's also great fun to experiment with your campaigns and customise them in more ways than one.

Insider allows our customers to interact with our site like never before. Their Lead Collection Campaigns are highly engaging, and our sign-up rate now sits above the Sign-Up Form Completions benchmark.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are usually more campaigns that are desktop user-friendly. Seeing more user-friendly mobile campaigns would be great, as our ecom site is heavly frequented via mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helps to drive incremental revenue and increase CVR, sessions, AOV, last-click revenue & more! We can focus on improving growth in selected areas of our website. The analytics and insights provide clarity and help to manage critical campaigns. Thus, we can re-use successful campaigns across our site in line with our Marketing activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Making customers actively engage on the website and emails are a great challenge for every business. Insider's web suite helped us implement different strategies like gamification, banner overlay, etc. to keep the customer engaged throughout their online buying journey. Moreover, we merged it with the email suite to effectively convert these customers and build long-lasting relationships. We were able to send out personalized emails based on their interest, and affinities and also send out promotional emails to get them to engage better.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had too much on our plates while switching email providers. However, the Insider team provided a helping hand through this nerve-cracking journey, and after its use for almost a few months, we can say that it was totally worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to improve the customer experience and boost our email open rates so that we could build customer loyalty. Insider came forward as the best companion to handhold us through the journey of amping up our website shopping experience through innovative ways. They also helped us retain our hard-earned customers by bringing them back through effective automated email campaigns. Improving and personalizing our website experiences led to our customers staying on our website for a lot longer.

Successful conversion boost thanks to Insider’s Web Push

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s bulk web push coupled with their segmentation tool helped us successfully launch our new product to the right target audience. Conveying the right message, and product information, and sending deals at the right time are of utmost importance to make any new product a success and get maximum conversion. Insider’s web push helped us achieve that. The best feature is the web push throttle speed though. When we line up a series of web push messages it is not that they will get delivered one after the other and important notifications may get lost or unnoticed in the process. Since the notification delivery control lies with us we can strategically send these to nudge the customers right on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider has a plethora of web push types, we haven’t been able to tap the complete potential of these web push notifications. There is a lot that still needs to be discovered and leveraged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We launch two variants of the same product, one for a niche segment which is priced at a premium with some extra features and one for a larger audience which is relatively economically priced. However, we were unable to send the right message to the right audience and in the process were losing out on nearly 50% of our sales every quarter.

Also, since the process was manual tracking customer behavior and sending them notifications timely was a huge challenge. With Insider’s web push however and coupled with their Send Time Optimization capability, we were able to reach out to the right consumer at the right time and make up for the sales that we had lost in previous quarters.

What do you like best about the product?
Right segmentation and sending relevant campaigns to the right audience can turn even a dull sales season into Christmas. With Insider’s web push, we were able to send notifications to customers on products that were back in stock and available at heavy discounts off-season.

This helped in generating more sales than usual even in the dullest season of the year business-wise. The icing on the cake was deep segmentation and automation of the entire campaign which enabled us to nudge the customers
What do you dislike about the product?
The product offers so much that it was difficult to navigate through it all initially, however, we got there eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So some of our products were in huge demand during the holiday season and were getting sold out. We continued to receive a lot of requests for these products even after the holiday season. However, tracking those requests and sending an alert when these products were back in stock was a huge challenge.

But using Insider’s web push by analyzing customer behavior and past journey with us, we were able to successfully touch base with these customers and we managed to sell all the fresh stock even
