Go-to tool for precise and relatable SMS messaging experiences for customers
What do you like best about the product?
We use Insider's SMS tool and cross channel journey orchestrator. We have been leveraging triggered messages which have helped us become proactive with our promotions. Being able to use SMS within our cross channel journeys have been a game changer for us as we are able to combine SMS with other channels. We also love Insider's sleek panel. It's so friendly to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider definitely has higher pricing compared to other players but we've seen such good returns that every penny has been well spent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When contacting Insider, our main challenge was that we had a lot abandonment issues in cart and in search as well. Being able to SMS messages both in of themselves and in cross channel journeys, cart and browse recovery has decreased as we are able to take proactive action. Our customers respond well to timely and relatable messages.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has helped us create campaigns across all our dealers with just 1 click. We are able to replicate what we have done for one Store onto another one saving weeks of work. The abandonment campaign has helped us retain more customers and get more traction with our current monthly campaign on the website.
Their strategy is customer-oriented, Insider really cares about you as a partner, they don't even call us customers, but partners. I feel like they are part of my team, and I do really appreciate that because our marketing team is extremely small.

Would be great if we can visualize our customers across stores. Group-level reporting, not Just store-level reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s been one of the best decisions for us to use Insider as the platform is easy to navigate. They’ve helped us personalize experiences across the customer lifecycle seamlessly. Their products offer so much more than we initially expected.
Not just that, but the way team Insider collaborated with us and provided us with comprehensive training is genuinely commendable. Not just in helping us address any challenges that we faced, they also provided us with ample solutions to improve our campaigns and in turn improve our key marketing metrics.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, there were some minor discrepancies in settings, such as language settings due to which our campaigns got slightly delayed. But with the help of a highly responsive support team at Insider, we were able to troubleshoot those problems and understand how we can avoid them from happening again in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we work in a regulated industry, we’re not able to run ad campaigns. This is why we wanted a solution that could help maximize conversions and AOV. That’s where Insider came into the picture and suggested we leverage their Smart Recommender tool and implement conversion triggers on our website, such as progress bars and coupon codes using their Web Push suite. By doing this, we witnessed a significant increase in the Average Order Value and a boost of 275% in the conversion rates (CVR).
In addition, we used their Email channel to send personalized and promotional emails to our customers which enabled us to influence the decision of our customers to make their first purchase on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has helped us create captivating customer experiences across channels seamlessly with its great products and features. However, what we truly love are the people. Our introduction to their customer support team is the best thing that ever happened to us. They take our success very seriously and help us along the way whenever we need help. They also have e-commerce and deliverability experts who share their knowledge on campaigns that work. Their database of tried and tested campaigns has helped us follow best practices and learn from other top brands in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve involved before you master the product and this requires a bit of patience and support from the experts. Hang in there and it only gets better from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helped us with fast onboarding, great support, and fast time to value. We were able to push out high performing cross-channel experiences with the help of their team.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider helped us prioritize and create truly meaningful experiences for our loyal customers. Starting from automatically segmenting our VIPs and loyal customers with RFM and predictive segments, to creating interactive, actionable, gorgeous campaigns on email and web suite optimized for conversion, Insider has helped us create a truly VIP experience that our customers deserve.Best part was that all our campaigns were designed to be actioned with fewer clicks right within channels like email. We were able to create gorgeous emails and take into account customer feedback and user preference at different touchpoints to make the experience truly unique and special.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deliverability was a concern for us initially since we switched from a different email provider. After following Insider’s automated warm-up process, our deliverability scores are in a good shape.

We realized that we needed to dive into retention strategies to influence our VIP customers into repeat purchases and increase revenue per user. Insider helped us achieve this by leveraging customer data, segmenting VIPs automatically, and helping us create high-performing and actionable emails with minimum coding efforts. We were able to bring web experiences to our emails easily with pre-defined AMP templates.

Insider has been a winning tool for us in every way. The platform works smoothly, is easy to handle, and delivers thrilling results. We have seen a significant increase in ROI over the last few months with Insider's usage.

We've been working with Insider for some time now and what we really enjoy as a team is Insider's ability to give traditional messaging channels a modern twist with engaging features.
Creating email campaigns with Insider's modular email editor is super easy. It's just a matter of dragging and dropping elements like coupons, real-time timers, and recommendations. With we combine these elements with Insider's segmentation capabilities, we get super individualized, converting email campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we've seen pretty outstanding results from minimal campaigns which has made our expectations go over the roof. With what I've seen so far, I'm confident those expectations will be met.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before contacting Insider, we knew we had some issues with deliverability and click-through rates. For each email campaign, Insider auto-calculates the deliverability and we adjust the campaign accordingly which is a life saver!
Now that we are leveraging elements like coupons, real-time timers, and carousels, we are seeing higher engagement for our emails. Our email campaigns now encourage customers to conversion.

Smart and intuitive incentive management features to drive conversions
What do you like best about the product?
Running themed promotions on our website have always been our go-to strategy, especially for the holiday season. Insider's library is full of smart promotional templates that we could easily leverage to promote our seasonal offers while boosting conversions and revenue. One of our favorites has been the scratch-to-win countdown timer coupon that we triggered for visitors playing and browsing on the mobile web. The coupon was Christmas themed and when it was scratched, their discount was revealed. We were thrilled to see our conversion uplift by simply leveraging the Christmas theme and gamified experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all really. Insider's team has always helped us with optimized strategies and possible solutions in case we hit a roadblock anywhere while implementing anything.

While we always had a very structured approach to driving promotions with well-laid-out web pages. Our focus was to drive conversion uplifts for specific platforms like mobile. And, Insider helped us get this focus right with templates that could be deployed there. We also wanted to go beyond standard strategies to distribute promotions, and interactive templates like scratch coupons, wheel of fortune etc. helped us gamify the experience for the customer.

Insider’s cross-channel marketing automation solution, Architect, helped us segment customers into specific journeys using predictive segmentation. This was managed by their AI engine, which enabled us to target the right user segments based on a set of conditions, making it highly accurate for our needs.

We are happy with the experience so far and there is nothing we can recall that was not up to our expectations. We hope it remains the same in future as well!

We did not know the best way to segment our customers. Using Architect, we segmented customers based on their behavior and purchase history. These segments can be further categorized into static (segments that stay constant) and dynamic segments (those that change over time). The segments - likelihood to purchase and the customer lifetime value provided by Insider further helped us create better personalized campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider uses AI-led segmentation which helped us optimize the efficiency of all our online campaigns. The segmentation capabilities helped us create highly targeted and personalized campaigns which helped engage users, generate leads, and increase sales.
Based on scores of reliable customer data, we are able to create very precise campaigns for different segments. This has also improved customer experience because it is now individualized and relevant to what each user looks for. It helps us show our customers that we know them and care about them. Our emails are opened more, engaged with better, and they are not just ignored anymore.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool though easy to use is quite expansive making navigation difficult for a first-time user. However, Insider’s team goes to great lengths in familiarizing us with the complete features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Though we were sending promotional emails and newsletters to our customers regularly, the click-through and engagement rates were quite disappointing. We realized that our segmentation was not on point and the emails were not going to the right customer group.
With Insider’s smart segmentation we were able to identify the customers who would engage with the kind of campaigns we were running. There was a noticeable improvement in our email open rates and conversion rates as soon as we started using Insider.
