Reaching customers and delighting them where they are with Insider

What do you like best about the product?
We use Insider’s WhatsApp product along with their marketing automation product Architect to create promotional campaigns on WhatsApp. We chose Insider’s WhatsApp mainly for three reasons.
1) Their segmentation capabilities are the best in the market. This amount of segmentation helps us design the most personalized WhatsApp campaigns.
2) They support different types of campaigns like promotional, triggered, and transactional and have different templates to help us achieve our goals. We mostly prefer the CTA template and conversational template to create a more interactive experience.
3) Finally, we love their provision of opt-in templates to increase our WhatsApp subscriber base.
We’ve been running some revenue-driven campaigns like price alert, replenishment, and back-in-stock campaigns that have helped us with increased revenue and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The capabilities they offer as part of their cross-channel journey orchestration suite are much wider than their stand-alone product. We felt this when we initially used the standalone WhatsApp product and eventually moved to using WhatsApp in Architect to run more complex campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main aim was to target our messaging-first audience with channels like SMS and WhatsApp. Insider was the best in the market not just for their world-class product but also for the fact that they have a knowledge base and expert support that can help you attain your goals much faster than your competitors.

Insider’s array of products are sophisticated, reliable, and easily the best in the industry for marketers across different verticals. Our recommendation is to consult with the team to understand the use cases and functionalities of each product very well before deciding exactly what you’d want to go for.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Insider for a few months now and after a surprisingly effective POC period, we have signed up to use their products for the long run. Insider’s predictive AI models helped us reduce churn and improve conversions to a large extent. We identified users who were likely to churn and by targeting them with personalized messages, we were able to turn them from being inactive to re-engaging with our website.

Using Architect and the conversion suite, we wanted to improve our online sales, conversion rates, and also reduce churn. We have been able to achieve all this and also improve CLTV and offer a much better customer experience after using Insider’s products.

Insider offers a really great option of testing out whatever you want during the POC, and this is a great time to fully understand the ins and outs of the products. Make the most of this period and you’ll start seeing remarkable results in no time.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is helping us deliver some of the best personalized onsite experiences with great ease and simplicity. They have an incredible what-you-see-is-what-you-get editor which can be used by nearly anyone with zero to very minimal training required.
What do you dislike about the product?
We think there’s space to improve the reporting functionality on the panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a platform that will help us be on-brand and deliver impactful personalized experiences to our users. With Insider’s help, we have improved this experience on our website beautifully. More importantly, we have also seen faster time to conversion, along with increased conversions, and an uplift in AOV.

What do you like best about the product?
Architect is, by far, the most extensive, most easy-to-use cross-channel campaign management solution that we have had the pleasure of using. This is a very very effective product to engage audiences on different channels with their own unique preferences. Since we signed up for a bunch of their products, it took us some time to get used to using all of them in tandem. However, we must also mention the amazing support offered by the Insider team during this time to help us through any queries or doubts we had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to elevate our product discovery experience to help us stand out from the competition. Using InStory from Insider, we were able to achieve very encouraging results on this front. We have been able to get visual feedback on conversions on this particular product and this automatically feeds into the AI algorithm to consistently improve the product recommendations. What do you like best about the product?
We liked how easy it was to use Insider’s tools. After they introduced InStory to us we were hesitant to use it. But after seeing how easy it was to integrate this tool, we were very pleased with the results.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with insider over 4 years now. we have a great cooperation and a success story with Insider. They have remarkable impact on our e-commerce revenue and conversion increase. They also have lots of technological products which help us to manage our marketing budget effciently.
What do you dislike about the product?
To maximise the efficiency we need to work for long hours and set lot of meetings but this is the only way to reach the success. Sometimes ticket reaction time is slower than we expected.

What do you like best about the product?
Desktop/Mobile Optimise templates that you can test quickly to see customer reaction. The way how you can split different ideas in one campaign and after that by the percentage you can see which one is performing better. Analytics which tool provides to analyze your performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
No applicable. We are happy with the service.

Adapt different screens to customer needs without the involvement of the initial development team. Give us a possibility to test our idea fast. Currently, we implemented a recommendation engine which helps us to increase additional turnover but also give customers an impression about our range.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has over 10 algorithms that can be applied on different pages based on visitor’s behavior. It helps us deliver personalized experience to our users from lead generation, new acquisitions to customer retention and drive repeat business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are absolutely in awe of Insider’s technology and consultant service. However, a localized panel would be more friendly to our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were approached by Insider 3 years ago - when we realized we are not converting enough paid traffic, and they are getting more expensive. With Insider’s technology, we are now able to engage with our visitors and customers onsite based on their different behavior. We can predict their next move and send them messages or coupons to make them stay a bit longer, or encourage them to make the first buy, or recommend them the most popular or most likely to purchase products.
