Best CDP solution with all communication channels

What do you like best about the product?
We like Insider's flexibility (when we need some feature Insider doesn't have, they always find how to solve the issue with the help of their product managers).
We like their account management team and technical specialists who are always ready to help.
And, of course, a user-friendly panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too long to implement something just because they don't have that same feature we want. But we should admit that most of the time, Insider can find a solution. On the whole, there is almost nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started working with Insider one year ago. And from the very beginning, we are delighted with what we receive. We could unify online and offline data and segment customers offline (dealerships) and online. With Insider, we created cascading trigger communications across all channels; we started using personalization on our websites and mobile app, sending special offers to those user segments which are most likely to convert.
But still, we are just at the beginning of our journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be best to use Insider to avoid many different vendors. Insider has almost all the capabilities that you need if you are facing the same issues as we did. But try to understand the integration process and the steps you need to take to make it smooth.

A great GMP allowing omnichannel customer journeys

What do you like best about the product?
After trying out Insider during the POC, we were impressed by the wide-ranging capabilities it had, so we decided to go ahead and use all their offerings. Architect is one of them, which allows us to build customer journeys across multiple channels which we manage through Insider. This tool has been a milestone for us in improving our customer experience. We can activate our users from various segments without disturbing them by way of Architect.
By using Insider for all our channels, we now have unified profiles for our customers, and we have a detailed view of them, their preferences, behavior, and more. This has enabled a better understanding of our customers, and we have been able to improve our communication, content, and services based on the insights we have gained from Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s taken us a little while to understand how each of them works. Sometimes template building widgets like email templates, on-site or in-app scenarios get stuck on.
Personalization in-app is harder than web because of the different natures of these environments, so Insider app personalization features are less successful than the web. It is understandable but possible users need to be aware of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have customers spread across various channels who interact and engage with us in different ways. We sought a solution that will help us bring it all under one umbrella, giving us a detailed view of our user data while also enabling us to build impactful journeys for them and improve the experience they have with us. Insider has been very adept at making this possible. They have an engaged, active support team that is always available to help us use the platform to its full potential, and we’re happy with the whole experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has remarkable products with intelligent technology that works wonderfully. We have seen a stunning 12x ROI on the Insider investment, which is very exciting and fills us with hope for more growth and gains in the future.

From working with the team, we were impressed by how they applied their prior knowledge gained from other clients in the fashion industry to help us achieve the best results possible. Their recommendations proved impactful, and we were able to execute everything very quickly. We have been able to implement most of our ideas, and if there wasn’t a direct solution to something, the team made an effort to create a workaround to help us implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to spend a little time with the Insider team regularly to keep everything optimized. That is our only issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jockey in Vietnam has a great presence offline, but in the online space, it was poor. We launched our e-commerce website recently and decided to go with Insider to help us offer the best possible experience to our customers. Through the use of Insider’s products, we have been able to create consistent cross-channel flows that are personalized, with effective customer journeys for each visitor. We have also been able to cross-sell better with the use of Smart Recommender.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider offers great ROI. The more you spend, the more ROI you’ll achieve. It is up to you to balance your spending as per your targets so that you make the most of your money.

Increased app downloads and A/B Testing scenarios using Insider,

What do you like best about the product?
We have been very happy with how we were able to increase our app downloads since Insider’s implementation. Using a combination of personalized messaging and rewarding users with small incentives for downloading the app, we have successfully increased the number of app downloads. It is a very effective platform that can be relied upon to get the results we desire.
Of all the features offered by Insider, the one that’s been most useful for us and the one that really stands out for our requirements is the A/B testing feature. Using that, we have been able to test many different variations of personalization for a number of different elements, and using the results, been able to serve our customers just the right things that they prefer seeing and clicking on. Doing this has improved our CR and customer experience by a large extent, and this has proven to be an invaluable tool for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more creative ways to encourage app downloads. and see much more finance sector a/b testing benchmarks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have put a lot of effort into creating a useful mobile app for our customers, and we wanted a reliable means to push app downloads. Insider’s personalization suite has been phenomenal in helping us achieve this goal. The team, too, played a strong role in this, by making sure everything works smoothly and coming back to us with timely suggestions and reports.We have been slowly deploying personalization and we wanted to completely eliminate the guesswork in the process and use data to support our decisions. This is where A/B testing really proved to be useful for us. We have been able to create a huge number of variations, funnel them to different segments of audience and gather data from every interaction to help us make decisions that are effective.

Enhanced customer communication using Insider

What do you like best about the product?
We have signed up for Insider’s Web Push, which has been a very stable, extremely reliable product to send our users notifications on the go. Using this, we have been able to largely improve the communication with our customers, by sharing interesting things they’d like to click and read more about, or offers that they’d want to check out. Web Push makes it very easy to send push notifications by giving us the ability to schedule and automate them, and send them based on different customer segments, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The push notifications don’t come with too many customization options. For instance, there are not many different ways in which we can choose the placement of an image. Would like to see improvements in this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to be in constant touch with our customers without making them weary of it. Push notifications seemed like a great alternative to sending lengthy emails that people don’t even read fully. Using these crisp pieces of content/messaging, we have been able to improve our communication with our customers and convey our messages without bothering them too much.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are many web push solutions available, but from our experience, nobody else creates an experience quite like Insider. The tool is very easy to use and requires minimal technical knowledge, and can be of great benefit to businesses of all kinds and sizes.

What do you like best about the product?
We like how efficient and successful Insider’s capabilities are. They were able to take the communication channel that we were struggling with, and turn it into one of our most successful marketing communication channels. The tool, the team, and the level of support were great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we dislike about Insider. The tool and the support that the team provides have gone beyond our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to increase the number of customer registration and re-engage our current customers via our mobile app. We used Insider’s Mobile App Suite Segments in remarketing and the results were amazing. Not only did our customer's sign-ups increase but also the app engagement has increased. Overall, we were very pleased with the results of the program.

What do you like best about the product?
With our customers using mobiles more than other devices, we wanted a solution to help us drive revenues on mobile. The Insider team suggested the use of coupon overlays in our mobile app, leading to the relevant product page. By doing this, we were able to achieve an uplift in CR of 2.7%. We also used Insider’s in-app feedback/survey tool to better understand our customers and improve the experience we provide them. Both of these have been pleasing to work with and we are happy with the results achieved, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feedback tool could have more customization options..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Revenue generation and improved customer understanding were our goals. The coupon overlays were a surprisingly simple solution that aided effective revenue generation, while honest feedback gathering helped us understand our customers.

Insider is a very capable platform that has set us on the way to achieving our ambitious marketing goals. There is a lot of potential in this product and we would highly recommend this based on our experience.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to design a nearly frictionless user experience on our website for each visitor and then extended it to other channels using Insider's messaging apps. We were able to optimize customer experiences based on user behavior using Insider’s automated messages in order to enhance consumer experiences, emphasize on our online channels, and design automation scenarios that maximizes personalisation.

On the website, we were able to show users personalized discount coupons, banner overlays,
Their cross-channel marketing automation tool, Architect, has helped us create engaging customer journeys that reached out to users across channels like Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. The tool’s Next Best Channel capability was able to analyze the right channel of engagement for each user and messages would be sent on only those channels to maximize conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We initially found the panel a little challenging to use and navigate. However, with active support from the support staff, the challenges were immediately corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal was to push more prospects through each stage of the funnel in order to increase engagement, boost conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. We were able to develop stronger personalization tactics and provide a top-notch customer experience by targeting users on the correct channels using their marketing automation solution, which increased ROI and sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have found not just the Insider product, but the experience with the whole team we have been communicating with, to be very promising and full of potential. Our recommendation is to talk to their consultants and very clearly make your requirements understood so they can help you find the aptest solution for your needs like they helped us with finding ours.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the reliability of Insider’s support system. Their customer success team and account management support teams are very responsive and helpful. With their help we were able to get the full benefits of their tools and see results.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish their pricing would be different. Their Technical Support Team should pay more attention for Testing processes, especially while we are trying to create complex templates. We would be happy to spend less time for testing process.

We were trying to increase customer engagement on all platforms, and Insider’s tools helped us achieve our goals. We were very satisfied with their 3D customer customer experience reports and guidance, and their Partner Success Team Redesign system.
