What do you like best about the product?
Their responsiveness in assisting clients is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me is that they are rather expensive. Still, I find them worth the investment. That said, as a business, keeping costs low is always a top priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider enables us to personalize experiences for our customers in ways that would not have been possible otherwise. Features like sending bulk emails customized for each user and providing a recommendation bar have made a noticeable difference.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Web Suite and Architect made it incredibly easy to launch time-sensitive holiday campaigns. The Wheel of Fortune gamification helped us collect more leads in just a few weeks, while personalized onsite recommendations improved product discovery. The Email, SMS, and MMS tools worked seamlessly to re-engage customers and recover abandoned carts. The Smart Recommender also boosted visibility for relevant gear, ensuring shoppers saw what they wanted most. The platform’s real-time analytics helped us track performance and optimize quickly throughout the busy season.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has so many options that it takes time to explore them all, but the Insider team provides helpful support and training to get things running smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helps us increase engagement with seasonal shoppers, recover lost revenue from cart abandonments, and personalize the customer journey across channels. We’ve seen major improvements in lead generation through gamified web experiences and higher repeat purchases through smart recommendations and timely messaging. Managing multi-channel communication is now simpler, with all tools connected from one intuitive dashboard.

There’s a learning curve to fully maximising Architect’s advanced journey builder, though the documentation and onboarding support help minimize obstacles; regular platform improvements address most feedback quickly

Outstanding support from both Onboarding team and Customer Success team. User friendly panel and great products with great customization skills.

I would prefer to have unlimited professional service limit.

Web Suite makes it easy to personalize landing pages, banners, and on-site messages based on procedure interest, location, and stage in the decision journey, which is crucial for an aesthetics hospital welcoming international patients.​

WhatsApp journeys let coordinators follow up on leads, share pre-op information, and answer questions in a conversational, trusted channel patients already use daily.​

SMS is perfect for reminders, check-in messages, and time-sensitive updates, helping reduce no-shows and keep patients informed without adding workload to the team.​

All three channels are managed in one platform with strong analytics, so the team can see which campaigns drive consultations and surgeries, then optimize quickly.​

Coordinating consent and preferences across Web, WhatsApp, and SMS required careful setup, but once templates, segments, and frequency caps were defined, managing compliance and patient experience became much smoother.

Insider helps us capture and nurture interest from patients browsing procedures online, then continue the conversation in real time on WhatsApp and SMS. Web Suite supports more relevant digital experiences by tailoring messages and CTAs to each visitor’s needs, while messaging channels handle appointment reminders, travel logistics, and post-op follow-up at scale. What do you like best about the product?
We really appreciate the support we get from the Insider's Customer Success and Account Management team. They are always there for us when we need any type of help regarding Inone panel or driving strategies. We have been delivered the latest features and updates of the product we are using. We really thank the team for keeping us up to date all the time.
Inone is a great panel, we can utilize any journey or campaign by ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great template collection. Insider's product and development team are always helpful for the customizations but templates could be more industry base customized in default to decrease the customization process and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It depends on the issue but we always always get a solution or work around from the Insider team. We are simply running all of our digital marketing campaigns with the product that we use from Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple method of communicating with clients was through personalized and timely messages. Insider's capabilities made it easy to achieve this, while seamless integration with our other platforms allowed us to track user journeys effectively. As a result we saw a significant boost in our AOV.

We encountered quite a few technical issues when starting with Insider, but once we got the hang of it, it was easy and we now appreciate their products.
