What do you like best about the product?
With the help of Insider's email marketing and SMS solution, we were able to create responsive and automated email and SMS campaigns.
Customers can have extremely customised experiences thanks to the user interface.
Their methodical approach to regaining clientele.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to open a few tickets to confirm certain campaign figures because data integration/issues make us uneasy, but other than that, we are really pleased with Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The one-year trip with free shipping and one extra gift ended in November, earning the company about ~23k reais.
Increased income and client relationship customisation are our goals.
In November, Architect Journey brought in 70K reals.

What do you like best about the product?
User-Friendliness: Insider has an intuitive interface that is easy for us to navigate, and this minimize the learning curve for new users and provide helpful prompts and guides where necessary.
Customizability: Our businesses model has an unique processes and requirements, so insider is highly customizable to adapt to different workflows. This includes the ability to add custom fields, create personalized campaigns, and integrate with other software platforms.
Data Security: Insider store sensitive customer information, so it's crucial that they have robust security measures in place to protect data from unauthorized access, breaches, or leaks. This involves encryption, user authentication, and regular security updates and Insider helps us to protect our customer data.
Customer Support: Reliable customer support is essential for resolving technical issues, providing guidance on best practices, and addressing user concerns promptly. Insider support team always minimize downtime and maximize the value derived from the CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
This CRM tool is really nice . Till now its working great .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The web campaigns helped us improve our UI UX quite significantly. We started targeting our non regular customers effectively through messaging channels and email and web push became significant contributors of additional revenue.
Smart Recommender campaigns generated 2.4M INR this Q with an overall conversion rate uplift of 31%.
Email as a channel has a healthy CTR of 3.69% generating a revenue of 750K INR

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to develop campaigns, automated journeys. The use of Webpush combined with this strategy has been helping the business with new communication channels. In addition, we have automated email, SMS, Whatsapp, which help us to always be in contact with our customers and delivering value with an automated and strategic experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been working with Insider for a while now and it's been an incredible journey. However, some integrations take longer than expected and some support comes from outside the country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oct + Nov 2023 we earned R$ 1,270,120 via Email and Whatsapp during Black Friday (11/24) and brought in R$ 137,466 alone.
Our goal is to personalize customer relationships and increase revenue. The CDP platform, with the data captured, helps us impact the customer at different points in the journey, building loyalty and bringing in new users.

What do you like best about the product?
Whst i like about Insider, is that it usually has everything figured out when it comes to succesful customer engagement. It connects leads data across multiple channels, predicts intelligently, then lays out the strategy to engage successfully using inside knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am totally for working with Insider because of tangible inside knowledge, mapping and effective strategy. Outsiders just can deliver same as an Insider. Who's complaining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider connects to leads, prospects and customers data across various channels, enlightening and helping us strategize tangibly. Leading to successful engagement and campaigns everytime.

The insider platform is very user friendly. The customer support so far has been great. And the number of features is good.

I would like more AI features, especially in the architect.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it uniquely makes use of its AI intent engine to get inside various channels and sytems to mine customer data for predictive analysis. How it then uses thst inside knowledge to build and deliver mutually beneficial personalized experiences across multichannel push avenues. A Pro at inside jobs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Its fast become best in class and am yet to find downsides with this platform. For sure its got better inside knowledge..No drawbacks yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It sources inside knowledge of customers and markets, then provides strategic push outreach via an AI intent engine. Its made our advisory job absolutely easier thanks to its intelligent capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Best web push solution and the team is really proactive in asking us for input, finding out about our challenges, and having frank and encouraging discussions about them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can always get in touch with someone via Insider's help centre is fantastic. They respond to tickets quickly, but occasionally, if another Insider member answers one of our earlier ones, it might not be evident what we have done, where we are, or the specifics of the preceding ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gained a ROI of more than 400x in 2023.

Sometimes the documentation doesn't show how to properly implement Insider Object.

-Architect’s visualization helps us understand where customers are engaging and dropping off.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were stuck using templates, but the support team helped us resolve the issues quickly.

-We wanted to reach customers with effective and personalised campaigns. The Architect tool made it really easy for us to understand customer’s queries and pain points.
-We created educational campaigns for customers about their needs using push messages and WhatsApp messages.

Great uplift in sales with web products

What do you like best about the product?
With the right team and technology by your side, you can achieve great results all year round just as in the holiday season. Insider’s Web Push, Smart Recommender and Eureka helped us get a whopping 60% more sales than what we usually do, making all of them our favorite. Every time we launch a new item on our menu Eureka ensures the same is easily visible to our customers.

With Web Push we are able notify customers with back in stock alerts and great deals on their favorite snack bundles. This helped us get great sales on some of our premium-priced snacks which were on discount in the off-season. The ‘Smart Recommender’ helped us target the customers looking for great deals and share with them customized recommendations relevant to them. We are happy to have Insider as our growth partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider is the perfect combination of a great support team and smart growth tools. We strongly recommend them to anyone aiming for great sales throughout the year and not just Christmas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our snacks are devoured by our customers and a few categories get sold out quickly. However, being a perishable commodity these need to move off-the shelf fast. We are sold out during the holiday season but the pace usually slows down round the year given the price point of our products. So we started putting a few customer favorites with short shelf life on discount. The challenge was to keep our customers informed about this. The second challenge was making our new launch easily discoverable to our customers.

We approached Insider for a solution. The growth team recommended we use Eureka, Web Push, and Smart Recommender and it truly has been a game changer. Web Push helped us analyze customer buying behavior and send alerts on ongoing offers well in time. When they visited our web and app store Eureka displayed new launches in the form of stories and Smart Recommender displayed related products and user reviews using smart overlays. This helped us sell all the fresh stock even during the off-season and we achieved 60% more sales than usual.
