What do you like best about the product?
What we like most about our experience with Insider is the efficiency and effectiveness of the Smart Recommender. It gathers and understands various metrics of user data to present the aptest recommendations for our customers. In turn, our customers are able to have an improved experience on the website, and when presented with an easier way to access what they’re likely looking for, we speed up their path to purchase and improve their conversion rate. This is great, reliable technology that we really enjoy using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting panel has faced some glitches once in a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved recommendations mean improved business. We looked for a solution to aid us in executing this. With Smart Recommender, our goals have been realized and we are on a trajectory of sustained growth.

What do you like best about the product?
Banking has always had different products for different categories of customers. But, Insider is the first solution that has allowed us to deliver a truly tailored experience across our digital channels that are in line with our products. Using Insider’s AI-backed segmentation, we have been able to create entirely different pages, layouts, and choices for different segments of customers, and this has been hugely successful in improving our form fill-ups and subsequently, conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is just a little expensive, although very much worth the money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to offer truly tailored experiences to both our existing and potential customers. With the segmentation capabilities provided by Insider, we have been able to achieve this faster than we imagined, and what’s more, we are able to consistently improve this by testing out various elements and using the results from our tests to make changes.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the feature of predicting search terms and displaying search results that are unique to each user based on their affinity. It is one of the coolest features we have on our website which really helps us stand apart from our competition. We also especially love the support offered by the Insider team which is quite unparalleled and makes the entire experience that much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to create different scenarios on mobile and desktop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a highly personalized website for our customers, to delight them and improve brand loyalty. And with Insider, we realized that we made the best choice. Insider truly does personalization like no other, offering great value for money and bringing in great ROI.

Insider helps us understand our customers better

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using Insider, our idea of personalization was limited to using a customer’s name in communication with them and possibly reminding them of things they left on their cart. But after using Insider’s segmentation capabilities, we have understood the many ways in which we can divide and cater to our customers, and it has completely changed the way we market. We are very impressed by what Insider is able to help us achieve with its powerful technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might take a little time for amateurs to understand the many options offered by Insider, but that isn’t exactly something to dislike about the platform. Rather, just an observation of ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Insider’s segmentation, we were able to understand nuances about different customers and target them in the most effective ways appropriate to each segment of the market. This resulted in better engagement and improved conversions for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Working with Insider is a lot better than working with agencies for digital marketing, and we would any day recommend Insider to businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider brings together global knowledge and local expertise and combines them effortlessly. Our account managers at Insider bring us the best of global insights and best practices, and we enjoy the localized expertise from their team in our country. This is all that any marketer could ask for.

Next is the technology and platform - which are easy to use and set up and meet all the requirements. The product is truly great and the team's support makes it a wonderful overall experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to messaging features, we would love to see more functionality for the Facebook business. We think there is scope to add more exciting features and rich messaging options for Facebook messenger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital transformation of our online presence was one of our biggest challenges, and it was also our primary goal while we were evaluating our options. When we came across Insider, we thought that some promises were too good to be true. But it turns out we had underestimated the platform. We were able to increase the engagement on our website, improve our conversion rates and also optimize the customer journey and the booking (conversion) workflow on our site. We’re using their range of web engagement products like Instory, web push, emails, and messaging channels like Facebook and WhatsApp.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We definitely recommend Insider as one of the top platforms to help you drive your marketing metrics and create some of the most dynamic and individualized customer experiences on digital channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Insider provides different solutions at once, such as: single push, conversion push, in-apps, surveys, ... etc. It's almost like a 360 degree communication tool that we can use inside the app. I don't have to combine different platforms for different needs. And they are developing new features, improving existing product all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had some other integration options with different third-party tools, such as Amplitude since we are using it as a product analytics tool. We decide where we need to build our communications based on the data we sourced from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Insider, we achieve oıur conversion goals, and we increase our conversion rates in specific funnels that we want. Also, by using their A/B testing feature and automatic reports, we continuously test new contents, etc., to find the best working communications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They improve the product by listening to your needs. I think that is the critical point.

What do you like best about the product?
Smart recommender(this tool will give you the greatest revenue), Push, Newsletters, extensive analytics, and different conversion triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit longer waiting time for technical issues to be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Insideroiwi, we can show our clients similar products (supporting cross-sell and Up-sell), thus increasing AOV.

What do you like best about the product?
I recommend working with the involved Insider team - Nadzieya, Paweł and Jarosław. Their reactions are instant and extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has a whole range of highly competent products that we are aware of, but at present, we only use their Web Push. We quite like the variety of templates and possibilities, even within the Web Push tool, and we like the product and the team well enough that we are considering investing in their Smart Recommender tool, as well, soon.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t quite dislike anything about Insider, at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a simple solution that will allow us to create value for our customers easily. The Web Push by Insider is the perfect solution for our needs and we are happy with the considerable improvement in CR we have witnessed since its usage. We look forward to using more of their products for more growth in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
We were surprised by how fast and easy the integration process was. Insider’s team was helpful throughout the process and left no question mark in our minds concerning their tools. Overall we are very satisfied with the service we have received.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn’t have any problems with any of the tools we used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While Insider helped us achieve our goals of improving conversion rates and increasing revenue, we were most satisfied by the implementation process. The onboarding and integration were very quick and seamless, and the team supported us through the whole process. At first, we were skeptical because we thought learning and maintaining the system would be challenging, but we were very pleased with the results.

We would recommend Insider to companies who are looking for fast solutions for their problems. Insider’s team is accommodating and easy to work with and provides excellent recommendations for all types of concerns.
