Through Insider's optimized email and website marketing and we saw our sales skyrocket
What do you like best about the product?
Our website navigation was somewhat disconnected as we noticed most of our audience engaging with the product pages yet not making a purchase. Insider helped us in gamifying the entire buying journey thereby stitching together all the touchpoints of customer experience. We creating personalized website experiences for our users across the complete customer lifecycle and this proved extremely beneficial for us. Once this strategy was implemented, we instantly noticed our sales growing beyond our expectations.
Moreover, we also noticed greater use of coupons sent through emails after using Insider’s email suite. The impact of the promotional mails that we were sending out improved drastically.

What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s tools have been working flawlessly for us. However, we wished it had templates for creating the same message in different languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider’s tools have been working flawlesOur website had a high bounce rate and a major problem of low customer engagement as it failed to convey the next steps to finally make sales. Users weren’t seeing the most relevant products that encouraged them to go ahead and complete the purchase. Once we started using Insider’s Web Suite, this issue got resolved quite well.
Also, our previous email campaigns failed miserably as most emails had landed in our customers’ spam box. Insider became our peer in improving the customer experience through its creative web engagement methods and also optimized our email campaigns rearing more profits for our business.

Architect helped us create cross-channel journeys and helped push relevant content for acquisition
What do you like best about the product?
If we have to pick the best feature we loved about using Insider’s tools, it would have to be the ability to create journeys based on their pre-built templates. We were able to create journeys based on specific goals; in our case, customer acquisition. Using Insider’s cross-channel journey orchestrator, Architect we were able to generate more leads through the various channels.

What do you dislike about the product?
We love Insider’s Architect and Web Suite for their intuitiveness and ease of use. The only minor hassle that we had was during the initial integration. Post that, it was seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider we directly addressed our primary problem, that of customer acquisition. We had no idea that technology would be so advanced we could have pre-defined templates for every use case including customer acquisition, but it is.
In Insider’s Architect, it is as easy as selecting a predefined template for a flow with customer acquisition as the goal. We are happy to note that we could have used our industry as well to get a predefined template.
With Web Suite we were able to highlight offers the way we wanted to with the Personalize it Yourself (PIY) toolkit. This and the work we did to make the website responsive really helped us drive sales during Black Friday. The end result: A cool-looking presentation to stakeholders that highlighted how much we grew over the year!

What do you like best about the product?
It is no secret that gaming is highly popular today. Realizing that a good many of our customers would be gamers too, we used Insider’s mobile marketing suite to implement a wheel of fortune.
This wheel of fortune (for purchases upwards of $200) would allow the user to qualify for a jackpot at the end of the month. The first prize was for $1000 and we gave away $500 for the runner-up and third positions.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at first to use the mobile marketing suite, but once you realize the benefits you can gain from it, it becomes a mainstay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our luxury apparels app saw a significant increase in the number of downloads during the Covid period, but we were not able to capitalize on it. We thought initially that this was because people weren’t looking for our product or couldn’t afford it. Little did we know that the mobile marketing app from Insider could change things around for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s InStory, a part of their Web Suite helped us create compelling narratives around great products we were already selling, now also tying in influencers. This was totally customizable and the aesthetics could be further tweaked with the Web Suite Personalize it Yourself (PIY) kit.
This was what we liked best about Insider! We could also set up custom web push notifications targeting different customer segments. This also helped us improve the conversion rate a lot.

Our cosmetics website was not getting many visitors. We dismissed it as being unattractive too. But with InStory, we completely changed that. We built great stories around the cosmetics we told and we tied in Instagram influencers who had purchased them. We included their testimonials. This helped with product discovery and to improve customer experience with actual stories around our products.

There’s a learning curve to mastering all the features, especially for advanced cross-channel journeys, but Insider’s customer support and knowledge resources are quick to help and make it easier to become proficient.

Our website for financial offerings was not doing too well. The bounce rate was too high because the website was too cumbersome to navigate. With Web Suite we optimized the layout and were also able to highlight the loan products that were trending and most popular. Customers love it when some decisions are made for them, especially the difficult ones!

Self-adjustable segmentation settings and simplicity of use are the best features. We value how technology makes it simpler to collect important user data. Insider uses incredibly effective and unique personalization techniques. Using their segmentation capabilities, we’ve been able to target the right users at the right time across the website using different features like banner overlay, personalized coupons and personalized recommendations. What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic, flexible and knowledgeable skill sets are there in mind behind. We were able to crush a project deadline 3 weeks earlier than planned and could achieve it with them

Not much. Except that the communication is mostly through emails and MS Teams. I prefer quicker channels like WhatsApp, Slack ... etc.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Insider’s A/B testing to test various elements on our website to improve conversion rate using the suggestions we got from the winning test results. Insider has a lot of templates that are super flexible to use. We have fun creating campaigns using them. It is very easy to use for increasing membership number on LINE. Another huge plus point about Insider is it supremely saved us operation cost because we can now easily operate without IT additional resources.

We were worried that the integration process would take some time. But it was relatively easy and we managed to accomplish it without any intervention from our own team thanks to Insider team's assistance.

While we understand the deeply personal act of buying property, we still believe technology can help us refine our sales process. We chose Insider to display onsite recommendations of the right property for our users. We are happy to report that Insider has been a success for us, having tremendously improved our lead collection and helping us close more deals and drive profits up.

What do you like best about the product?
Inone platform is a user-friendly one platform making it easy to create campaigns. App templates provide fast campaign creation and it helped improved engagement, conversions, and retention. We slowly migrated to using their messaging products also which combine well with app suite to improve mobile engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the Insider platform is that it’s really easy to use. The team provides great training to get you started quickly, but there’s so much more you can learn by experimenting and having fun with it. It’s very intuitive.
What I’m most excited about is the customer journeys based on product affinity that we are building. I think that’s an amazing capability to have and believe it will be really powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because we do a lot of custom work with the Insider developers, we have to raise a lot of tickets. The team get back to us very quickly, which I’m really happy about but sometimes there is a miscommunication or I have to dig deeper and request more information. So that's something that I think could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our existing tech stack, predominantly Salesforce, didn’t facilitate the level of personalization we wanted to provide to our customers. Insider enabled us to achieve our personalization goals, integrating easily with Marketing Cloud. Together they make a really powerful tech stack.
