Best mobile marketing tool

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the panel itself. It is effortless and native, easy to work with. Besides the panel itself, Insider has a very high experienced account management team which helps us a lot by providing their expertise in the beauty industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, there are some bugs from time to time with push deliverability, but we mostly like everything. That's why we have expanded our cooperation and decided to try more products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using the Insider platform for more than three years. For a long time, we mainly used mobile marketing products, especially Mobile app products and it showed excellent results. It helped us to establish regular and consistent communication with our users. We have a lot of promo activities, and Insider's mobile app push and In-app help us get the maximum out of our campaigns. With Insider's segmentation, we can give special offers and discounts not to everyone in a row but only to those whose engagement we want to increase, and gamification features help us improve user engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
First of all, to try Insider, secondly to work closely with Insider's account management team and get their expertise from the same industry but from different regions. It can give you many new ideas and help you understand which products you need to launch and in what order.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Insider’s Conversion Suite for a while now. The deep segmentation it allows for is extremely effective in improving conversions. The predictions are precise, and we are able to configure a variety of events to design our customers’ journeys, in almost no time. The tool is efficient, fast, and highly dependable for achieving a large number of conversions. For a brand like ours with a huge number and variety of products, this has been the most ideal tool to use.

What makes it even better is the excellent support from the team at Insider. Communication is clear and prompt, they are always available to help us when needed, and they constantly come up with innovative ideas aligned with our marketing strategy to help us make the most of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting panel can be made more user-friendly, with more details available, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had a good amount of traffic but conversions were not proportionate to that. We needed to understand what was going wrong and how we could improve our customer experience to fuel conversions. Insider’s team analyzed our website, and using the Conversion Suite, we started to see a significant uplift in conversions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although there might be many similar platforms, we think that Insider is the best out there, thanks to the excellent results we've achieved. The product also comes with an amazing support team, which adds a great deal of value to the whole experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers the most consistent and reliable consultancy team to help us at all points. The technology is par excellence and has helped us by delivering great ROI, improving conversions, and bringing in a significant increase in traffic.

The time taken to set up initially was a little longer than we expected.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider allows us to personalize the shopping experience to the T and using the A/B testing feature to test out variations on different campaigns has proven to be very effective for us. We have achieved significant uplift in incremental revenue, and a remarkable 36.39% increase in AOV. One specific product, InStory, has also contributed to a positive improvement in engagement. We are also quite impressed by the insights we have been able to amass from the product.

As a team and product, Insider’s speed of execution has been really impressive, as well. Our overall experience is definitely one that has been pleasant and desirable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need a lot more time for certain things such as finalizing campaigns, but that’s because we are short on resources from our end. Insider, for the most part, hasn’t given us anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to use data gathered from our website to understand what drives our users to make purchases, and then use that information to improve conversion rates. We were able to do this very well using Insider’s select range of products recommended for our business. We have also been able to improve our brand value by communicating our brand’s story in more impactful ways than we used to before.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Insider’s Mobile App suite, we have upgraded our mobile app to a more engaging than it was before. We mainly use conversion push notifications, and we can say that they have a significant role in the engagement of our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that we particularly dislike about Insider. We might have some problems with the platform, but they are very eager to solve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying connected with our mobile app users and leading them into conversion were our goals. Insider has been a good platform to help us achieve both of these.

What do you like best about the product?
Web and App Push have been wonderful in reaching our website visitors even when they’re not on our website, and communicating offers, cart abandonment, product abandonment, category abandonment, product recommendations and more, in an easy to read and sweet manner. We love using it, it’s never been easier to communicate with our customers with app and web push.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have more options to customize the push notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing incoming website traffic and engagement. With bulk and targeted Web and App Push, we have steadily received a good flow of traffic, with improved CTRs and sales, as well.

This is an amazing and UX friendly product that can be a great place to start or enhance your business if you’re looking for help with improving your digital marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider gets it all right - a stellar product supported by customer experience to learn from and expert customer support that makes the Insider experience as amazing as it is. They are incredible in their flexibility, both the team and the product, and it has been so easy to set up the tools as per our requirements. The team provides support and consultancy that’s been reliable and empowers us to use the technology on our own with just a little bit of their daily involvement to monitor things.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t have something to dislike as much as something to hope for, which is to see even more templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have worked with our own in-house tools and teams for a while until we realized the importance of automation and segmentation to elevate the personalization experience across our channels. Upon comparing all possible vendors, Insider, with its excellent team and powerful product, won us over. We have achieved considerably improved results, such as increased login rate, for example, since we started using them, and we intend to continue our partnership with them for the foreseeable future.

Make full use of the incredible support offered by the team at Insider, it will make your whole experience much more rewarding and productive.

Many options of activation and great tool that can be customized based on campaign objective
What do you dislike about the product?
Often error and not very easy to use. Too many flow when there is an error. The reporting is not really clear on where the incremental value is coming from, CR uplift etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More visibility, ease to direct traffic to targeted landing page. (From dashboard) it shows significant revenue contribution

It's a good tool to utilize organic/driven traffic to generate higher CR for your platform

What do you like best about the product?
To start it off, we find the platform easy-to-use and very user-friendly. You would not need much time to get used to the interface and start launching your campaign. The app push and in-app messaging have tremendously helped us connect with our customers. Aside from their great platform, they also provide excellent customer support and are a reliable partner to help you achieve a larger solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, we don't really have things that we dislike from the platform. All of our current needs are able to be fulfilled, it might not be on the first try but their customer support team would proactively help us achieve what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps us to segment our customer base and deliver personalized communication based on our customer activity. With Insider we can have more detailed segmentation and further group our customers to have suitable content delivered for them.

What do you like best about the product?
The Insider team are great to work with. They make it very easy to quickly test ideas on your website without the long lead times and expensive costs of web development. The web pushes also offer a powerful way of reaching a new audience with marketing messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of working with Zendesk to manage jobs and would prefer there were no overage costs when traffic volumes increase as your site grows over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We approached Insider to improve our conversion rates for both lead generation and ecommerce and have acheived both. Insider have bought some great ideas to the table and implemented them for us. The combination of web pushes with on site improvements is delivering great ROI with additional ecommerce sales and leads.
