Successful conversion boost thanks to Insider’s Web Push
What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s bulk web push coupled with their segmentation tool helped us successfully launch our new product to the right target audience. Conveying the right message, and product information, and sending deals at the right time are of utmost importance to make any new product a success and get maximum conversion. Insider’s web push helped us achieve that. The best feature is the web push throttle speed though. When we line up a series of web push messages it is not that they will get delivered one after the other and important notifications may get lost or unnoticed in the process. Since the notification delivery control lies with us we can strategically send these to nudge the customers right on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider has a plethora of web push types, we haven’t been able to tap the complete potential of these web push notifications. There is a lot that still needs to be discovered and leveraged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We launch two variants of the same product, one for a niche segment which is priced at a premium with some extra features and one for a larger audience which is relatively economically priced. However, we were unable to send the right message to the right audience and in the process were losing out on nearly 50% of our sales every quarter.
Also, since the process was manual tracking customer behavior and sending them notifications timely was a huge challenge. With Insider’s web push however and coupled with their Send Time Optimization capability, we were able to reach out to the right consumer at the right time and make up for the sales that we had lost in previous quarters.

Insider helped us boost our revenue even in the most lull season with Web Suite of products
What do you like best about the product?
Right segmentation and sending relevant campaigns to the right audience can turn even a dull sales season into Christmas. With Insider’s web push, we were able to send notifications to customers on products that were back in stock and available at heavy discounts off-season.
This helped in generating more sales than usual even in the dullest season of the year business-wise. The icing on the cake was deep segmentation and automation of the entire campaign which enabled us to nudge the customers

What do you dislike about the product?
The product offers so much that it was difficult to navigate through it all initially, however, we got there eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So some of our products were in huge demand during the holiday season and were getting sold out. We continued to receive a lot of requests for these products even after the holiday season. However, tracking those requests and sending an alert when these products were back in stock was a huge challenge.
But using Insider’s web push by analyzing customer behavior and past journey with us, we were able to successfully touch base with these customers and we managed to sell all the fresh stock even

Boosted user engagement through discount offers and best-selling products
What do you like best about the product?
The integration was seamless and the team of consultants as well as Account Managers play an important role in knitting everything together to ensure it was a hassle-free process. At the start, we were expecting that it was going to take a lot of time, but it exceeded our expectations with such a quick turnaround.
We were able to show recommendations of the most trending products and along with discount coupons, we were able to nudge website visitors to buy more and increased conversions.

What do you dislike about the product?
When we implemented the widget option on the website, Insider’s algorithms were quite slow to react and display the right recommendations to users. But with assistance from team Insider, we were able to overcome this challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to design the perfect experience for our customers - this involved notifying them about the ongoing as well as upcoming offers and best-selling products to optimize onsite customer engagement.
Insider worked collaboratively with our team to understand our goals and recommended we use their onsite experimentation tool to show a widget on a website for recently viewed products, which increased product discovery and helped our users to make their decisions faster.
With the help of this recently viewed items widget, we observed an uplift in Average Order Value, an increase in conversion rates, and a boost in our business’ incremental revenue.
Insider worked collaboratively with our team to understand our goals and recommended we use their onsite experimentation tool to show a widget on a website for recently viewed products, which increased product discovery and helped our users to make their decisions faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Insider’s predictive segmentation tool, we were able to target the right user segments. We brought back users who had left our site immediately by using welcome emails and targeted users who abandoned their carts with web push notifications.
We also used other tools from Insider such as personalization templates and the customer database to target the right users with push messages so that they resonate better with our customers. These helped us in the engagement strategy and we were able to see higher number of conversions henceforth.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at first to use the segmentation tool as the capabilities are quite a lot. But once we got to know how to best use it, it was phenomenal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our bounce rates were much higher than the industry average. And several users who added our products would abandon their carts during the checkout process. We thought streamlining our checkout process would help. Of course, it did help for a while, but what really changed the game for us was predictive segmentation from Insider’s AI. We were able to segment users more effectively.
Then with the help of the personalization templates, we were able to push relevant products to each customer. In addition, the unified customer database from Insider gave us a 360-degree view of each customer and were able to integrate our third-party data sources as well. We recommend Insider to anyone who wants to improve their customer experience and improve their ROI.

Insider’s segmentation tool helped us segment our huge customer base with ease!
What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s AI-backed segmentation tool, of course! It is remarkable. We were able to segment our audience based on different attributes. Insider claims that they support up to 120 attributes, such as behavior, preferences, traits, age etc.
And we did not use so many attributes, but the difference it made to our campaigns was palpable.
We integrated our CRM data for segmentation, which means third-party apps are also supported. We also tried their personalization templates and their messaging tools and they did not disappoint us either.
Finally, our Customer Success Manager is very helpful, and we can find answers to any of our questions about our campaigns quickly thanks to her.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing to dislike about Insider’s segmentation tool. However, they need to review their support/help mechanism a bit. The current ticket mechanism works fast, but in some cases, our tech teams need to communicate directly with a tech person from their side, which would fasten the solution. This (direct communication by doing a call etc.) is not encouraged in their current ticketing system. The process is very formal.

We had just reached the European and US markets with our new line up of products only a year back. Though we identified a target audience, reaching the right customer would always be challenging. Thankfully, Insider helped us to segment the audience.
With their predictive segmentation, in addition to the segmentation based on purchase history and CRM data, we could identify customers who wanted to shop from our app.
Coupled with other Insider tools, such as personalization templates and messaging apps, we could push relevant content to our customers and get the clicks and conversions we wanted. Thank you, Insider!

Insider’s marketing tools gave our website a boost in traffic we needed!
What do you like best about the product?
A responsive experience is very important for a website as a lot of people view websites too on mobile devices these days. The Personalize it Yourself (PIY) toolkit in the Web Suite from Architect lets marketers be great designers.
We were able to create responsive experiences that look spectacular on any device and on any platform. Marketers need not ask the IT personnel for help either as layout optimization requires no coding either.
Insider’s Architect with its easy to design customer journeys also saved us a lot of time and increased conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Insider’s WhatsApp tool to create promotional campaigns and reaching out to customers and engaging them has become a breeze. The primary reason we started using Insider’s WhatsApp is that their segmentation capabilities are the best in the market which helps us design highly personalized WhatsApp campaigns.
Their ready-to-use templates save us a lot of time and most importantly their CTA and conversational WhatsApp templates help build a strong connection with the customers.

They could work on the pricing part to make it more lucrative for business owners, however, no complaints as we have been able to get a handsome return on our investment.

In today’s world, you need to connect with the customer wherever they are. WhatsApp is one channel that almost everyone uses in both their personal and professional space. Before Insider we were not able to tap the full potential of this communication channel. Insider helped us launch a successful WhatsApp marketing campaign and connect with our customers where they are most comfortable.

Insider’s journey orchestration solution, Architect, has been a boon for us as it has enabled us to scale up our cross-channel marketing strategy by leaps and bounds. Through Architect, we were able to create orchestrated journeys across channels like web push, email, and SMS and integrate that with our existing mobile app communication. Architect’s AI-powered Next Best Channel capability has been super critical in taking our engagement game up further because it suggests the ideal channel to communicate with our customers.

It took us a while to get accustomed to all the capabilities of Architect. So to get it to function properly without creating any interruptions or problems took a bit of time.

It was difficult for our brand to understand and choose which communication channel would be better to communicate with our customers to solve their queries. Still, Insider’s Architect tool helped us to deal with this issue by analyzing the customer’s behavior and recommending us a suitable channel from the list of Web Push, Email and ads. Now we are able to assist our customers better than before which helped our brand to gain their trust and loyalty. Also, our customers are more satisfied and happy than before which is positively impacting our brand’s reputation.

We have been using Insider’s WhatsApp along with their Web Suite application for some time now. This helped us engage in conversations with customers on WhatsApp the moment they abandoned their carts or searched. Sending these triggers in real-time when they were already engaged on our website helped us get better conversions and sales. The business WhatsApp templates have to be approved by WhatsApp which can be a little time-consuming. However, Insider’s team took over and got all the approvals in place so that we could implement our WhatsApp campaigns quickly.

We were experiencing unusually high abandonment rates. It was therefore important for us to build that personal connection with the customers, gather feedback, identify the reasons, and make necessary amends. Insider’s WhatsApp helped us achieve all of this and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s CDP and predictive segmentation capabilities allowed us to predict when customers would churn, based on certain customer attributes. Insider helped us predict what each customer wants; it could be a discount or a reduced shipping time, but the predictions were spot on. We could store all the data in Insider’s CDP and use all the data to build meaningful customer experiences on the website and beyond on other channels.
