What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s ready-to-use web push templates have been a game-changer. Whether it is sending personalized messages to customers in bulk or running a promotional campaign for a new product launch or informing customers about discounts and promotions or back in stock alerts and more, Insider has it all.
Integrating these ready-to-use web push notifications in our app has been seamless and customers who had stopped engaging with our app are now back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the tool did require a bit of hand-holding initially, but Insider’s team offered to help us at every step of our journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to interact with our customers across different platforms but were not able to do so in an efficient way. Insider’s tool Architect, made it possible to create customer journeys that integrated different channels like email, web, and mobile. With Architect’s automation, increasing engagement across the channels and sending the right notifications has been very effective. Love Insider

We would recommend Insider for effective personalized messages sent across different channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The engagement on our mobile app is at its peak potential since using Insider’s App Push. The variety of push notifications offered by Insider are impressive, each with its own unique merits and uses. We have put them all to use and are wowed by how well they work for our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to have some more customization options added to the app push.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving customer engagement and retention. We have been able to level up on both these fronts using Insider’s App Push, which helps us be in touch with our customers at the right time, with the right kind of messaging.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is amazing for us, and we’re sure it will be for other brands, as well. Their products are some of the best in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
We were very impressed with the Insider's support team. They had a lot of global experience but also were very informed about the local market. We also liked how easy it was to combine many different tools to achieve segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We thought the pricing should be adjusted differently because increased traffic does not always mean increased revenue, especially during COVID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were already uısing another channel but were not seeing results. This is why we decided to work with Insider to increase discovery and reduce bounce rates. With Insider’s Web Push and Smart Recommender, we were able to increase our ROI by 27 times in 6 months.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The technology is flexible and easy to set up. We would recommend Insider to companies looking to improve their channels.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things we love about using Insider, so it’s difficult to find the best thing. The support team at Insider is amazing - it feels like we are working with our own internal marketing team and not a customer support team from a different company. The account managers are experienced and bring great insights across products and marketing strategies in different regions. We are able to get clear insights from their reporting dashboard and understand our ROI from using Insider. The technology is very flexible and easy to use and meets all our requirements — the implementation is fast, easy and campaign management is a breeze. When Insider commits to a timeline they stick to it and we have achieved the fastest ROI with Insider. Using their product discovery tool and cart abandonment recovery notifications we improved our ROI by 53X.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date, I haven’t found anything to dislike. There have been some hiccups and glitches, but they have been immediately resolved by the team at Insider, so we are very happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the initial phase of testing Insider we only had owned channels and it was difficult to segment our users and automate our marketing efforts - which is why we decided to try Insider. We wanted to focus on online channels and improve our customer experience to create the best possible personalization scenarios. We have a lot of traffic but because we are unable to segment our users, we were not able to identify them and convert them through individualized experiences. With both an online and offline mode of operation, we wanted our customers to experience the same kind of experience online as they would get from one of our offline retail store. Insider made all of this possible. We have improved our engagement rate, our sign-up rates are higher and new user acquisition has significantly increased. Like I said earlier - our ROI after using Insider is 53X.

What do you like best about the product?
As the leading realty agent in the country, we are proud to have over 132K listings on our site. Insider’s smart recommendation engine is able to deliver most relevant housing information to our visitors based on the predicted behaviour. This completely changed the game for us. By delivering the most relevant listing to our visitors, shortened the product discovery process and successfully made our visitor stay longer and look at more options. After one year of cooperation, we have an 77.5% uplift in page views and 87.5% uplift in visit duration.
What do you dislike about the product?
A localized panel would be really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending the most attractive information to the right person is the key to online businesses. After testing out Insider’s segmentation, we were amazed by the result. They are staying longer on our site, looking at more listings and viewing more housing. We are also getting more house inspection bookings coming from our site - a CRU of 11.6% after one year of investment couldn't make us happier. We are looking forward to building our next journey with Insider!

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has been a great tool for our mobile app launch, and the team at Insider has also been great to work with. The software has a very simple, easy to use and easy to understand interface. The app push and in-app messaging have been great features for our business, allowing us to connect with our customers and build relationships by providing them an experience that makes them feel genuinely cared for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances where the tool has been unstable and crashes unexpectedly. However, since the team is available for support almost at all times, we have been able to resolve and navigate the issue without much frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a means to constantly be in touch with our customers and keep them engaged with us even between consultations or visits. We needed a way to keep showing them relevant information that they will find useful. We signed up for Insider’s Mobile App for this and we have been delighted with the results we have achieved since then.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is a great platform to have on your marketing kit. It is brilliant to work with because it’s easy to use, and it also provides delightful experiences for the users you’d target.

What do you like best about the product?
We signed up for Insider’s two big baddies - the Conversion Suite & the Smart Recommender. These two are so powerful and have remarkably improved our ROI since their deployment. We can easily say that Insider’s products are some of the most effective ones out there. Their technology is brilliant with predictions that are bound to surprise you with their accuracy. We also love the competent team that has been available for us throughout our experience with Insider, helping us with our doubts and coming up with new ideas and suggestions frequently to maximize our ROI from using Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s quite difficult to think of something we dislike about Insider. There have been a few minor hang-ups in the platform now and then, but those have been quickly fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a platform to help us facilitate better product discovery while also contributing to a growth in conversion rates. Insider has been the best for both of these needs of ours.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has been phenomenal for us at ING Bank, giving us a remarkable 4x increase in credit card applications. The conversion suite works so well and so smoothly, sometimes it feels like magic. We are able to predict user behavior and then customize their journeys accordingly for maximum effectiveness, and to nudge them towards desired goals. We love that we can work on everything from a simple action on a landing page to an app download, all from one place, effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is scope for improving the reports. There’s nothing that we dislike, otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization is an integral part of the banking experience, and Insider has allowed us to deploy true personalization across the entire customer journey. This has proven successful for us and we are keen on sustained long-term progress with Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Great platform for the cost and ROI given the simplicity in setting up campaigns, it is just up to the human resource to scale the campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pop-ups can be annoying.
Experiences do not typically correlate with a site's UX. Insider (like many platforms) works independently from other front end tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incremental revenue opportunities through browse and basket abandonment.
