Insider makes life easier with pre-made templates and powerful Mobile & Web suite feature

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has truly made our marketing team’s job (and their lives) a lot more pleasurable and easier. There are a plethora of ready-to-use templates which are very convenient and effortless to use and implement. We have been able to create a number of promotional campaigns on the go with these versatile templates that are available for almost all scenarios that we could think of. We also really like their A/B testing capabilities with which we have been able to increase our conversion rates by 58%, which is quite impressive. The web push suite has helped us generate high traffic, and is consistently one of our top 10 sources for generating sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t had an issue with anything on the platform so far, and are pleasantly surprised ourselves
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to implement campaigns fast, and without any hassle that would have to involve our IT team. We wanted to decrease our dependence on them so that we can spend our time on creative matters instead of technical ones. Insider has made this possible far beyond our expectations. Now, both our marketing team & IT team are happy! The platform is very simple and easy to use, generating great revenues for us. We have also received splendid support from the team at Insider throughout our journey with them.

What do you like best about the product?
The team at Insider has been brilliant at communicating with us. The product, itself, is so good that it leaves no room for complaints or worries. It has consistently delivered good ROI & traffic for us and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to invest in Insider’s products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, specifically. We have had a rather smooth experience overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly wanted to increase our mobile app usage and engage with people on the go. Insider’s Mobile App has helped us make our app experience more enjoyable for our customers, helping us improve traffic and customer engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The suite of products offered by Insider is strong, efficient, and highly potent in delivering results. The only recommendation would be to take the time to understand the nuances of each product in correlation with your requirements and pick what’s best for your business. The Insider team also does a great job in assisting with this.

What do you like best about the product?
As a business, we understand that each customer is unique. With Insider’s Web Suite we were able to capture the attention of our target audience with personalised bite-sized content that appeals to them. Their deep segmentation capabilities and ready-to-use templates helped us get the right customer eyeballs for the right product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their current templates save us a lot of time, it would be great if they could keep adding new templates frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a mountain of customer data but we really didn’t know what to do with it. Insider’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) helped us consolidate all the data from different channels and bring it into meaningful insights from where we could segment audiences better to build personalised campaigns.

Insider helped us segment its basis into various parameters such as buying frequency, time-zone, country, past user behavior etc. Once we had all the data systematically segmented we were able to
think through and design highly personalized, easy to read and digest stories that helped us get more sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider’s tools are very effective in increasing engagement and conversion rates in mobile. We would recommend their Mobile Web Solution to everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
The recommendation engine is second to none, and has led to a high conversion rate. With over 10 AI algorithms provided, we can display products that are accurately tailored to individual customer preferences on different pages. We find the panels easy to use, and the “must buy” feature and the “home page” recommender, each resulting in conversion rate uplifts of an average conversion rates uplift of 20 to 30% monthly. Insider has earned our trust and faith as a worthy product to invest in to help us grow and improve our revenues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Engineering team may not reply in real-time due to time differences is the only shortcoming we find. The Taiwan team tries to provide support as much as they can, and the communication goes well. In everything else, Insider has been extremely amazing for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At EcLife, we take great pride in having a vast amount of products catering to nearly every need our customers may have. But the problem we faced was in suggesting more relevant products to our website and mobile visitors when they look at one product. The Smart Recommender’s automatic recommendations are brilliant and the tool is extremely easy to use and very convenient. It has largely improved our user experience, resulting in increased conversions. We also love the ability to quickly implement the recommender on every new design page we create, with all the flexibility we need to ensure that the user experience remains smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing with Insider is the freedom they give us - we no longer depend on our IT department. Also we can mention the execution speed, we can see the early results almost the same moment we agreed on the campaign. And the last but not the least is Insider's account management team, they are completely focused on helping us grow our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have much to dislike. The price could be a little lower, but on the whole, we like almost everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall experience is excellent at the moment. Insider helps us to work with user's reviews - to highlight ratings and relevant comments. We are trying to make the most out of the capabilities of the Mobile web suite and effectively test UX hypotheses (this is especially important because there are more and more customers who use the phone when searching for a tour). We launch many different campaigns every month, such as Tab Talk, Versus, etc., and we are happy with the result. We are satisfied with the Instory and web push products.

We recommend driving innovations in your company and starting using Insider earlier. And it is better working when you use multiple products in different channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The most viewed feature of Insider's email product recommendation turned out to be the best aspect for our brand because it allowed us to group consumers based on the things they were most interested in and only offer them the products that would best fit their preferences and tastes.

By individualizing our customer emails using Insider, we have been able to elevate the experience we offer our customers, and our brand feels more personalized. We are able to show our customers that we care, and it reflects in their increased purchases from us and the higher engagement that they give us.

This was originally inspired by the product recommendations that we were showing on the website. Powered by Insider’s AI algorithms, we were showing users more relevant products on different pages of the website - right from the homepage to the product page and the cart page. Insider’s algorithms were also able to pick up which were the most popular products, trending products, latest products and show them on the homepage.

This way we improved the website experience of our users and this ensured that they were spending more time and shopping more regularly from us. And we decided to take this to the next level, by sending recommendations in emails to re-engage users who drop off before purchasing products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the algorithm functions flawlessly, we haven't seen any serious problems with this product to date. However, we believe there is always scope for improvement.

The idea when we first started evaluating Insider was to find a platform that could help us segment our customers more accurately and deliver the personalized experiences for each customer. Insider makes this possible and we are able to achieve the level of accuracy that we wanted. What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s team is the best team we have worked with. They have helped us achieve not only 12x ROI but also a stunning 12.98% CR uplift in just three months. Product recommendations so on point - our CR shot up to 511%

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is incredibly powerful, with comparisons clearly showing its effectiveness and impact. On our email campaigns, we received a 560% increase in CR compared to other ad channels like FB & IG. The users who visited our website from these campaigns also showed a decrease of 86% in bounce rates. We had deployed their Smart Recommender, as well, and the personalized product recommendations displayed by it were admirably successful in improving our CR by a huge 511%. In a separate campaign to encourage product reviews, we achieved a 229.65% uplift in click rate. On the whole, all our activities with Insider resulted in a 274% increase in CR compared to our activities without it. These results are nothing but astonishing, and give us enough reason to continue using Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very convenient to have one panel where we can see and track activities across all our channels. This is not a feature, at present, but we hope it can be made possible at some point in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Skincare is a confusing area for a lot of customers and we were striving to send consistent messages which are valuable for them, but at the same time, encourage them to engage with the CTA and come back to our website for increased revenue and sales. And since we have a vast range of products, we also wanted to better our product recommendations. With Smart Recommender, the product discovery has been better than ever before, and we see many more products added to carts than earlier. Insider’s Email tool is also very capable and has made a considerable impact on our customer retention. All their products have worked very well for us, and we’d possibly try out more in the future as the need arises.

If you’re a website selling more than just one product, then Insider is the best marketing assistant you could have. By automating plenty of mundane tasks, it helps you focus on other things that need your full attention. It comes with a very wide range of features that work wonders, and we’d suggest trying them all out to see what fits your bill, because we believe that Insider has something incredible to offer everyone.
