Crafted seamless, personalized user experiences effortlessly using Insider’s messaging apps

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to design a nearly frictionless user experience on our website for each visitor and then extended it to other channels using Insider's messaging apps. We were able to optimize customer experiences based on user behavior using Insider’s automated messages in order to enhance consumer experiences, emphasize on our online channels, and design automation scenarios that maximizes personalisation.

On the website, we were able to show users personalized discount coupons, banner overlays,
Their cross-channel marketing automation tool, Architect, has helped us create engaging customer journeys that reached out to users across channels like Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. The tool’s Next Best Channel capability was able to analyze the right channel of engagement for each user and messages would be sent on only those channels to maximize conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We initially found the panel a little challenging to use and navigate. However, with active support from the support staff, the challenges were immediately corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal was to push more prospects through each stage of the funnel in order to increase engagement, boost conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. We were able to develop stronger personalization tactics and provide a top-notch customer experience by targeting users on the correct channels using their marketing automation solution, which increased ROI and sales.

Customer Journey streamlined and optimized with Insider's Product Recommendations

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's Recommendations has allowed us to streamline our customer journey by providing personalized product recommendations to each customer. This has resulted in a more seamless experience for our customers and increased engagement with our brand. The tool's easy integration with our website and existing systems has also been a huge plus for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, we have not faced any major challenge with Insider's Recommendations. The only issue we encountered was initially setting up the tool, but the support team at Insider was quick to provide assistance and resolve any issues we faced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to partnering with Insider, we were struggling to create a personalized experience for our customers on our website, and this resulted in a lower engagement rate and decreased sales than what our target was. The tool's AI-powered predictive algorithms have allowed us to provide tailored product recommendations to each customer, resulting in increased engagement and sales. Additionally, the tool's ease of use has allowed our team to focus on other aspects of the business, further benefiting our overall operations.

Consistent growth in CTR and website revenue using Insider

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is a very potent, all-in-one platform that functions smoothly like clockwork. It has proven highly capable and effective for us, and we have witnessed consistent growth in CTR using their Smart Recommender. Revenue from these clicks make up almost 24% of the overall website revenue, so we are quite happy with the growth we have achieved using Insider.

The team has also been very helpful in shaping an O2O strategy that works. The biggest advantage that we have had from using Insider is how we now have to use only one platform to carry out many different marketing functions as opposed to separate individual tools that are hard to keep track of. By eliminating these silos in our work flow, Insider has effectively made our marketing team more productive and efficient.

Insider’s Customer Data Platform has helped us integrate data that existed in silos and bring it into one central location from where we could gain actionable insights to launch campaigns across channels. The CDP has been central to all our business functions and has helped us improve the cross-channel experience for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a fair amount of back and forth between our team and Insider’s to finalize email campaigns. This is something we would like to see improved. It would be great if we're able to build campaigns on our without needing too much support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to decrease bounce rate and capture our user data better to bring them into our marketing funnels. Earlier, without Insider, we were losing a lot of website traffic simply because we didn’t have the means to follow up with them. Insider has been amazing in helping us sort this out and create effective customer journey flows that are peppered with personalized elements that convince and convert at every step along the way

What do you like best about the product?
We were using Predictive Audience to further aid the functionality of Insider’s Smart Recommender. We had the ease of implementation with Insider, followed by desired results achieved through easy targeting. Overall we were very satisfied with the whole process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the experience with Insider was pleasant, it would have delighted us more if we had the option of creating one campaign and applying it automatically to all devices and settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had planned to initiate personalized recommendations but we were struggling to identify the user behavior patterns. With Insider’s Predictive Audience and Smart Recommender, we were able to provide relevant suggestions to users leading to greater average order value as well as customer engagement thereby reflected through greater revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider took us by surprise with the fast results it delivered for us. It was so easy and quick to set up new campaigns and experiments, and these paid off well. The platform helped us create exciting campaigns that work. The team is very helpful in guiding us at times we need help, and they encourage us to use the product in the best way we can. Insider has generated valuable insights for us too that have helped us learn and grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
We took a little time to get used to Insider’s ticketing system for issue resolution. But the team at Insider was helpful the whole time it took for us to get used to it, and we overcame this challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted easy and quick onsite personalization implementation. We also wanted the ability to A/B test different features on our website which would offer insights to drive digital growth for us. Insider’s platform was a complete, robust solution for us. They’ve made it easy to track and understand various data points for better decisions that fuel growth, and we have achieved consistent improvement in our marketing metrics using Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used Insider’s Web and mobile suite coupled with Instory to strengthen our marketing strategy. It has provided all the flexibility while providing its robust strategic consultancy service. The best advantage of their service is responsive technical support and quick implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, our experience with Insider has been delightful. There is no negative review for Insider’s platform or service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sole target was building customer loyalty through effective push notifications to retarget the customer at the time when user intent is high to convert them easily. We were able to implement personalized campaigns and coupons with Insider’s tool to promote our campaigns to repeat customers through web push notifications to increase the conversion rate significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a great experience to work with Insider’s team. They were responsive to every issue we raised. We used Insider’s Web suite and Mobile App suite that has effectively driven the desired outcome. We are satisfied with Insider’s effective products and helpful support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we were unfamiliar with data analytics and metric determination but the team helped us to utilize the product to its fullest potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website and app had been struggling with low product discovery and average time spent by the user on-site due to a lack of onsite recommendations. Insider’s tools helped us personalize the customer journey effectively with relevant recommendations to facilitate the display of relevant products to the right customers. This helped in enhancing customer engagement and thereby boosting AOV and sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s auto-optimized recommendations are deployed across all pages on our website and have resulted in higher add-to-cart rates of 18.4% and an improved conversion rate of 9% as well. Something we really like about these recommendations is the ability to send these on email too. This opens up another opportunity for us to show our customers that we really do understand them and want them to have more of what they’re looking for, and this has simply been great.

Since using Insider, we have witnessed higher AOV overall, and also noticed faster time to add to cart because of the AI-powered recommendations.

We use their web push, web & mobile personalization suite, and Insider has brought it all together seamlessly, helping us orchestrate connected customer journeys across these channels without a hitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider offers a lot of templates, but we would also like to be able to create some templates of our own from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted the ability to orchestrate personalized experiences across multiple channels to stay on top of our customers’ minds, wherever they are. Insider has made it possible in the easiest way with their well-programmed technology that is dependable and delivers the results they claim. We have had higher AOV and conversions since using Insider, and are happy with the results.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a fan of Insider’s lead collection templates. Did you know that they use AI-led segmentation? They brought us much needed efficiency when launching online campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have experienced seamless implementation of Insider but we needed some adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest challenge for our business was to enhance user interaction through various touch points such as website and mobile app. With Insider’s help, we were able to build seamless multi-channel user interactions, improving overall user satisfaction.

3X lead collection with Insider’s in-app templates

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite thing about working with Insider was the ease of integration. The onboarding process was very seamless and we were able to see results instantly. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to start using Insider’s technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
We experienced a few delays in some of our push notifications, but the support team solved the problem after we talked to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no sign up or subscription function on our app so we were struggling to create a database with our customer’s information. Insider’s gamified in-app templates helped us 3X our lead collection and subscription rate. The team then helped us set up a newsletter so that we could collect email addresses and send out information on our newest products and deals. Thanks to them, we were able to create a database with our customer information, just like we wanted to.
