User-friendliness you always need customer support (customer support is responsive), it would be highly recommended to have full independence when using Insider

Useful platform with great customer support

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Insider, we were able to design and implement multiple campaigns on our website without the reliance of other design and tech teams. This was incredibly useful as we were able to execute campaigns much faster and more seamlessly. A huge plus point was the flexibility to edit any parts of our campaigns anytime as well, without requesting for the support of other teams.

I appreciated the range of campaigns and templates available for our choosing. However, the primary feature I love about using Insider is the great customer support I've experienced so far. From answering small questions (like how to utilise some design features) to brainstorming for larger solutions - I could always count on Insider to be there for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The backend setup itself can be cumbersome and not the most intuitive. It can get frustrating when some things are supposed to be easy to find/do, but this also gave opportunities for their great customer support to shine through.

Alongside, setting up of campaigns must be done separately for both desktop and mobile - it doesn't apply automatically, nor does it sit within the same page. This is also time-consuming when we're viewing performance reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not able to track any real engagement on our website, nor had the tools to actually drive engagement/interaction. Insider really helped us out in this aspect and we were able to get some traction in this aspect.

Easy-to-use features, high performing campaigns, astounding results

What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers the best email automation we’ve used, delivering very satisfying results. Even the simplest, automated welcome email with a basic discount code on it got a great number of clicks and traffic to our website that subsequently converted. Insider’s Web Push was the first such tool that we used on our website. We are impressed by the seamless cross-channel interaction we’ve been able to create and sustain with web push & email, while also using their intelligent technology to understand our website visitors’ onsite behaviors. Using the many customization options available, we are able to create automated customer journeys for each visitor, following them through their lifecycle. This enables us to improve our products and user experience, which positively impacts our customers’ affinity towards us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing that we dislike about the platform yet. In fact, we absolutely love Insider so much that we’re always keen on trying out their new products and features. Often, we end up trying beta versions of their products which sometimes are not stable, but then, that’s what beta versions are for, so we don’t have any problems with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were facing issues with our older email marketing software, where we didn’t have enough customization and automation options. We also hadn’t tried out push notifications and were curious about it. Insider’s Email & Web Push tools have been great for our business. They’re simple and easy to use, backed by a great support team that’s always around to clarify doubts and resolve issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When using Insider, there are very clear use cases that it performs amazingly well for. And it is not a small number, either. We love that there are endless scenarios that the platform is able to handle comfortably, and the team consistently keeps updating it to accommodate more use cases as and when they come up. The simplicity of the platform is something that works great for us. Their amazing customer support team deserves special mention, too, making the overall experience of using Insider one that is pleasant and fruitful.

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to choose just one thing. We like everything that increases conversion rates and drives sales.
And Insider does it. We can highlight their excellent account management team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike at this moment. Let's see what happens next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a technology that can optimize our main metrics for quite a long time. It is much more complicated when talking about the travel industry. We wanted to optimize the engagement at each stage of the funnel. Of course, our primary goal was to increase conversion rates and drive revenue.
That's why we chose Insider. With its wide range of products and features, we can communicate with our users more efficiently and entertainingly. For example, the Instory product is irreplaceable when you want to attract user's attention to your last-minute offers, travel diaries, and special promotions. It helped us to increase CTR vastly. We also use their push notifications and social proof technology which enabled us to boost conversion rates. And, of course, Insider's segmentation. We don't use complex segments, but even basic ones show good results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend trying Insider. Even if you don't understand how to get started, rely on the expertise of Insider's growth consultants and account managers. They will choose the best possible way to grow your business.

What do you like best about the product?
Something that we like a lot about Insider is the highly customized reports that the team provides us. These reports are extremely insightful, providing us data with plenty of value. From these reports, we have been able to understand our users and their behavior far better than before, and when we implemented changes based on this understanding, we saw a stunning increase in conversion rates. This goes to show the accuracy and effectiveness of the data that Insider is able to gather and analyze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little time to understand the platform well enough to extract the reports we needed, ourselves. However, the team at Insider was very helpful during that time by providing us with the reports, so it more than compensated for the time we needed. Another thing the platform lacks is Korean language support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The support and framework around planning, execution and optimizing from the Insider team are truly great. One of the best partners I've worked with to date. The platform offers so much opportunity to test and learn things, without needing to invest heavily into building features/investing into things you're not sure about. Using Google Analytics data to measure success is also really beneficial for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - everything has been positive with Insider. My only feedback would be as a retailer to ensure you have a resource to dedicate time/work to Insider - not only with providing/updating content but also testing, reviewing, and checking the reporting on campaigns. It's important to measure work vs reward. I don't think this is a platform you can set and forget campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're focussing on our abandon cart, personalized product recommendations and testing features on our site that don't exist. We're also using Insider to showcase more content where we are limited on-site. We A/B testing different campaigns to help provide guidance and data on what features we should get developed if we can. It has allowed us to identify key things to increase conversion rate and elevate our customer's experiences.

20x ROI with Insider’s powerful suite of tools

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s segmentation capabilities are amazing, enabling a 19.76% CR uplift. This resulted from displaying highly relevant content and messages using the Web Suite & Web Push, based on the segments that we were able to create. Using an Architect, we could design the customer journey intuitively to flow smoothly from one touchpoint to another. Naturally, this led to an increase in our subscriber rate, as well, of 9.39%. We have also implemented the Smart Recommender on all website pages, actively recommending the most relevant products to our visitors. This mix of Insider’s tools has given us a massive 20x ROI while also bringing in a steady flow of traffic that keeps converting into paying customers much more efficiently than before.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes don’t find templates that are a 100% match for our requirements. But, the team at Insider helps customize templates for us in such cases, so it makes up for what we miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a large amount of website traffic is excellent, but it is a problem if the traffic doesn’t convert and isn’t of relevant quality for the business. This is precisely what we needed to address. We also needed a capable technology solution that can execute personalization campaigns, carry out intelligent user segmentation & improve the product discovery experience on our website. Insider was the one answer to all of these problems we sought to resolve. Since its integration, we have had 30+ campaigns every month that is always running on our website and has made significant returns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you’re looking to improve the personalization experience of your website, look no further than Insider. This is a highly proficient platform that will blow your mind with its intelligent capabilities. We had high expectations when we signed up, and Insider has surpassed them and delivered results quicker than we thought we’d see. Great tool to design and implement a solid communication along the whole customer journey

What do you like best about the product?
I think it has a great platform interface. Additionally, we have seen steady opt-in rates over the months with Insider’s implementation in newsletter and push notification channels. The platform is packed with a huge variety of automation and personalization options to deliver the right message to the right audience. We’re implementing more products from them in the coming weeks and months and look forward to seeing what more they can deliver for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Insider's team adequately attends to all requests we have from our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider, we are capable of delivering app push notifications, newsletters and in-app messages to massive (or specific, according to the case) audiences. There is a lot we can do with the tool!
Using Insider’s app and email suites, we have already improved our customer relationships to a large extent. We are currently looking at implementing Architect, their customer journey builder, to make our customer experience even better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider has capabilities to take any business to great heights through sustained growth in revenue and improved customer experiences. However, it is also up to the marketing teams of individual companies to make the most of the platform. Their support team works enthusiastically to help us achieve our goals, and we have been able to do it because of working together with them and making efforts to learn about the platform thoroughly.

Insider’s Smart Recommendations are the best, they lifted our CR up by 31.04%!

What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Recommender by Insider single-handedly drove a whopping 31.04% uplift in our conversion rates on our mobile product pages, with a 17.04% increase in Average Order Value. On our website, we were able to deploy 30 different personalization campaigns in a span of only two months. These helped increase our website conversion rates by 7.14%, which is no small number either. And all these wonderful results? They were made really easy to understand with the help of their user-friendly data dashboard. We were then able to learn from the data and optimize our campaigns further to improve them. The stunning technology is backed by a prompt and highly responsive support team, as well, which makes the entire Insider experience a wholesome one.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to have support for our local language on the interface, which is presently not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we had to manually pick products to show up on the product recommendation page, and we needed a lot of support from the IT team for even a small change. With Insider, we have been able to create and put out campaigns so fast that we now have a lot of time on our hands to focus on our core business processes. The AI algorithm is smart enough to exclude products that are out of stock from the recommendations, as well, which is the kind of intuitive technology that we were looking for to help us scale our revenues and growth.

All-in-One Tool for Website / App / Email that actually bring great results

What do you like best about the product?
Insider helped us engage our pre-existing email customer base to generate improved revenues,
diverting traffic back into our website and encouraging purchases. With automated cart
abandonment push notifications on our app, we were able to achieve a wonderful CTR of 13%,
resulting in a conversion rate of 2.11%. Since implementing Insider into our web, mobile & email
experiences, we have seen an average CTR of 1.9% - 2.2%. Apart from getting desirable results,
we’re also impressed by how the team at Insider consistently suggests new ideas and use
cases that prove relevant to us, helping us think out of the box to deliver meaningful
experiences and gain better revenues in return.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Newsletter feature in Insider’s email tool doesn’t yet support uploading zip files, which is
something important for us. That’s the only drawback we find with the platform. Otherwise,
Insider meets all our requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a huge, loyal customer base is one thing. Keeping them engaged and interested in our
brand is another. We were looking for a platform that would help us fulfill this purpose,
consequently improving our revenues and brand experience. In Insider, we found a great partner
to realize these goals of ours, and we are happy with the results that Insider has helped us
achieve. Using Insider’s suite of tools, we have been able to bring back our customers to our
website/app, improving our click through and conversion rates through personalized
experiences tailored to each unique customer.
