Best A/b testing tool to help understanding you users better

What do you like best about the product?
We really like working with Insider, first of all, because our industry differs significantly from usual retail, and it is great to see that Insider's account management team is doing their best by offering the most relevant campaigns and roadmaps and ready to help 24/7. The critical thing as well is that the marketing department is no longer dependent on IT sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things to dislike, but sometimes it takes too much time to launch a campaign if it is a customized one. We want to test faster to see the results faster and to take action more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our favourite product is A/B testing. Due to Insider A/B testing technologies we can test several hypotheses before confirming campaign development with the IT department, being sure that those campaigns would benefit them. Also Insider helps us with the website performance checking throughout user funnel on the website: starting from viewing a flat till user books it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend diving deeper into the product cause you may find many opportunities that do not appear on the surface.

What do you like best about the product?
The depth of segmentation possible with Insider is unlike any other platform that we have used before. It allows for creating highly targeted personalized campaigns that can be delivered with precision. It’s also fairly easy to use and quick smooth to setup. With one platform, we can meet all our requirements instead of having to rely on multiple vendors. This also means that we are ableto consolidate all our data at one point instead of having disjointed and broken data across various platforms. We are using the website from Insider for both the desktop web and mobile web, and web push as a channel contributes to over 6% of our site traffic, and we love the bulk push feature as it’s highly engageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback we see is that we can’t view the pageviews uplift numbers on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to increase our pageviews as this means more chances of conversion for us. We are using Insider to improve the pageview metrics and help our visitors to discover more categories once they arrive at our website. We rely on web push to engage and inform our users about the relevant types/categories/pages they may be interested in.

Insider’s segmentation enables us to keep these web push notifications as relevant as possible to each users interests, and as a result, we have over 383,000 web push subscribers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Engagement: Provides the ability to easily add CTAs without going through development team to get users to explore more content (Live TV button, Promo banners).

Customer journey: Establish users' loyalty through web pushes (users who opt in web pushes will keep coming back when receiving web pushes). Insider is one of the top channels that has contributed to our monthly pageviews.

Conversion rates: It has increased our email subscriber base through email collection pop up that will appear when user attempts to leave the website. Increase rates for pages per session by having features enticing users to click more (ie: view following article popup, must-watch popup)

App users: Insider, however not integrated on app. Bringing loyal web users to install app by showing pop up based on user behaviour (if users' views more than 5 pages a day they will get a prompt)

Personalisation tools: Created user segments based on interest (politics, English) and push-related content through web pushes. Push content through web pushes or pop-ups based on user behaviour.

Great experience with Insider

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features from Insider is their ready-to-use templates that fit a wide range of use cases, these are pretty helpful when it comes to saving time and going live with campaigns in the absence of manpower. We use a combination of web push and web suite for desktop and mobile to drive our online sales and user experience optimization. We’ve seen a 44% uplift in conversion and achieved over 14% in lead submission rates using the gamified templates from Insider. The platform is also very easy to use and helps me meet our requirements and goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we can think of is the lack of integration between mobile web and desktop campaigns. It would be nice if we could use the same campaigns for both desktop and mobile web instead of having to create them separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been using Insider to help power our sales online and also to optimize the use experience onsite. We’ve been able to do this with the help of Insider’s web suite products such as gamified templates and web push solutions that focus on bringing users back to complete the purchase. As an extension these gamified templates have also help us considerably improve our lead collection rate and we’ve achieved an 8X ROI from the engagement and improved BOFU metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is a great tool covering all our business needs, from web customisation to personalization to pushes or search, we have them all in one place. What I like most is the support that we get from their team, strategic or technical, they have our companies best interest in mind and they are: quickly replying to questions, ready to offer additional training, ready to offer insight on what scenarios are working for our industry and also ready to implement new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since Insider is a 3rd party integration their customisations are not flawlessly integrating with our platform, slightly overlapping native content in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Insider to offer a better, more customized experience to our website visitors by providing better product recommendations. Adding an extra layer of communications and using the available tools to promote our current offers: banners, pop-ups, countdowns. And we also rely on Insider to deliver our Web Push campaigns.
We are saving time by quickly implementing personalisations and increasing conversion rates by offering a personalized experience and evidentiating our current promotions.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with Insider has helped us increase our subscriber rate in a steady manner, and run effective campaigns to boost purchase. The product has been easy to use, easy to implement and meets our requirements. The Web Push product brought us an ROI of 30x in Q1 of 2021.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the tool is complex in its functionality, and reporting can be hard to navigate, our account managers help us stay on top of this with regular check-ins and reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s segmentation capability — because of the high-level accuracy in our targeting. We were able to improve our engagement onsite. Key metrics such as conversions and AOV have improved, and our drop-off rate has reduced. What’s striking about the segmentation feature is that our campaigns deliver higher ROI. By using a combination of A/B testing and Smart Recommendations on web push, we achieved almost 10X ROI on these campaigns

Sometimes our campaigns require some customization based on regional elements, which is not inbuilt on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve our product recommendations and optimize our onsite engagement. Our existing product recommendations tool was not effective at delivering personalized recommendations. Also, we did not have owned channels such as web push, which made it challenging to bring back website visitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account managers are accommodating and always willing to use their experience to help our team reach some audacious goals. The platform is user friendly and very simple to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a large business, we'd like to have access to more in-depth reporting. Particularly as we're sending a large number of manual and automated push's, at the moment the platform isn't able to give us a level of reporting that we'd like to help us make bigger strategic decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've had several issues around data pulling through correctly, which miscommunicates our offers/products; however, the team worked quickly to get this sorted for us. Having direct contact has been fantastic for us as that one-on-one connection is helpful when you work at scale.
