What do you like best about the product?
Amazing customer experience. The Account managers are proactive and up to date with the newest trends. They are always suggesting ways to keep up with the momentum and we never miss a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Backend solution could be a bit more user friendly but it is not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many, our systems are quite outdated and with Insider we have the flexibility to activate so many solutions that otherwise wouldn't be possible

What do you like best about the product?
What we liked most was Insider’s smart recommender which helped us generate additional revenue and a 629% uplift in sales. InStory was another great feature which we like, it helped us improve our CTR by 34.16% thanks to the highly engaging recommendations we could display on top of the site. With Insider’s predictive advertising features we also achieved over 216% uplift in Return On Ad Spend (ROAS). Working with Insider we began A/B testing ad campaigns for maximum impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we dislike is being unable to view performance and analytics across products together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Insider we struggled with slow website loading times which resulted in poor quality user experiences. Once we started using Insider what we got was a one-point solution which included smart recommendations, A/B testing and web push tools with which we could generate additional revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The local support and guidance from the account managers at Insider is really amazing. It’s a great tool for onsite optimizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s A/B testing feature. Not only that, our account management team at Insider is constantly helping us optimize our campaigns by suggesting relevant scenarios and ideas, and we’ve seen that these always bring us good results. They are very proactive in helping us grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing until now, we are relatively new with the platform and haven’t faced any issues so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to target our visitors with personalized engagements, depending on their location, the weather, and their behavior, sometimes we also want to try different variations of a campaign to see which works better. Insider’s conversion suite and A/B testing helped us tackle these challenges effectively. We generated significant incremental revenue and saw healthy uplift in conversion rates and AOV by using some of the scenarios suggested by the Insider’s team.

A great platform to test, experiment and optimize onsite experiences

What do you like best about the product?
Their panel is really easy to use and the features they have meets all our requirements when it comes to segmentation and website optimization. Insider’s A/B testing has really helped us with optimizing our onsite engagement, we were able to generate more than 12% ROI in 2019.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s really hard to find something to dislike when their platform helps you achieve results efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenges we wanted to address were website optimization and user segmentation — Insider’s platform helped us do both of these things effectively. One of these things we wanted to do to improve the experiences was to enable pre-select billing addresses, helping users make their purchases faster with pre-selected addresses, by automatically filling in the billing details. Through this we observed a CR increase from 58.91% to 60.99% in just a matter of days. It’s a great platform to test, experiment and deliver great personalization to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
What really stands out about Insider is the ease of setting up campaigns and experimenting without having to depend on developers (frees up a lot of developer time so they can work on higher priority tasks). Insider’s account managers are very supportive and provide remarkable insights on how we can run effective campaigns and also provide consultative strategies on how we can use the platform effectively. We also love the A/B testing feature of Insider which has helped us test a lot of content variations and also understand which works better, and we’ve been able to achieve great optimization on our site this way.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have seen remarkable improvements and optimized our key metrics with Insider’s products, so there’s nothing major that we dislike. However, there are some technical aspects which require IT assistance but our account managers at Insider are always there to help us sort these out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for ways to personalize and optimize the onsite experience for our users and also conduct A/B testing of our campaigns to understand the content that works best. Being a brand in the hospitality industry, one of our main KPIs was to improve the number of people who would request to view our available rooms to rent, we call this lead submission. Using some highly engaging and interactive tools from Insider on our website, like hello bars, popups and personalized content blocks, we were able to optimize the onsite engagement and get more lead submissions. We’re seeing a growth in number of leads generated month on month, this tool is very promising.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the consistent support from Insider’s account managers who support us in a lot of day to day assistance as well as strategic help on campaign optimization. We have done a lot of scenarios with the help of our account managers such exit intent, cross category banners, and notifications.
Our monthly meetings and reports with our account managers help us stay on top of our objectives and ensure we are following our plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what we’ve seen and used of Insider there is nothing specific that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before starting with Insider we had an objective of increasing exploration and increasing conversions to increase purchases, and customer conversion rates to drive sales. Using Insider’s web suite features we managed to get high conversion rates. Two other features that helped us maximize our efforts were A/B testing and smart recommendations- we actively used Insider’s A/B testing feature to track multiple variations of our campaigns to identify the best performing ones. The analytics from Insider provide us with in-depth performance tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Once we started using Insider, we started appreciating the A/B testing capability of the tool. Insider’s web suite features and web push is really powerful and we’ve been able to recover a lot of our abandoned booking. Overall, we’ve been able to optimize the user experience on site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversions have been poor of late owing to the travel restrictions which has led to some low-performing months, but there is nothing about the platform that we dislike in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business goals were to optimize the user experience and improve engagement across the funnel. With Insider we’ve been able to implement UI/UX changes that have contributed to the overall uplift in user experiences onsite. Using their web push feature, we’ve also been able to successfully win back abandoned bookings. We tried out a homepage reorder on our mobile web and this helped us achieve a 460% uplift in conversion rate on the mobile web.

What do you like best about the product?
Their recommendation engine tops the chart. It’s easy to deliver excellent experiences to our website customers using this product and their AI-based segmentation features. One of the areas we wanted to focus on was to improve our key conversion metrics and revenue while optimizing the user experience. Insider’s platform met our requirements, and we were able to start delivering personalized experiences immediately. Their platform is easy to use, and the integrations were also smooth and seamless. It’s definitely a platform that helps boost the ROI from personalization campaigns!
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there is nothing that we dislike, but there is always room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to build more personalized user experiences that would help us improve our conversion rate and revenue. Thanks to Insider's micro-segmentation features, we were able to personalize our recommendations and the engagement on our website according to each individual customer. This also improves product visibility and engagement on the product page as users were seeing more relevant recommendations. We started seeing the results in less than a quarter, our conversion rate and incremental revenues have increased significantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of things that we love about Insider, but we think that testing the Smart Recommender product is a good option. It is the best recommendation engine on the market so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Our marketing team finds the insider platform simple to use and easy to learn.
We can set up several on site personalizations, automated actions and AB tests without needing advanced coding skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
We work with multiple languages and we need to replicate our campaigns from one language to another.
We’d love to see Insider bring us a solution to manage translations in a unique campaign without replicating entries for every language.

Insider’s platform provided us with all the necessary tools to communicate with our users through personalized messages to improve user experience and increase conversion rate.
