What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which Insider tools integrated with our other systems was the best part. A very user-friendly and easy to use interface. Insider's user-friendly path builder canvas and more than 70 pre-built templates for diverse use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's incredible how simple it is to use Insider tools. Campaigns may be launched quickly without any tech support whatsoever.

What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s Smart Segment Creator enables customer segmentation effortlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-We needed a new cross-channel marketing platform to improve personalization for each customer. Insider helped us with unified customer data and journey orchestration.

-Struggling with a seamless 1:1 customer buying experience. Their personalization suite has various tools to gather information from different customer touch-points and customise the experience.

-Personalised messages on SMS, email, and WhatsApp helped us improve traffic and conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's help center team is the most proactive team we've worked with. Furthermore, their tools' AI capabilities surpass anything else available in the market. We chose their Web Suite, Mobile App, and Predictive Audiences tools. The Mobile App's In-app recommendation feature enabled us to suggest products to our users based on their browsing and purchase history. By analyzing user behavior, we could better serve our customers, recommending only the most relevant items.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are very impressed with Insider's commitment to serving their customers. Despite our vast product range, the Insider support team remained humble and attentive in assisting us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Analytics for push/in-app campaigns in the Mobile App allowed us to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategies. Using this data, we could easily discern which campaigns were most effective and which required adjustments.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Email marketing and SMS solution helped us create automated and responsive email and SMS campaigns.
The user interface helped deliver hyper-personalized experiences to the customers.
The quick and easy integration of Insider with its AI-powered customer journey designer, Architect, was another feature we enjoyed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider has truly helped boost our business. The Insider support team is very knowledgable and quick to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Architect’s cross-channel orchestrations allowed us to create custom journeys from scratch by adding the starter element, conditions, and channels, and setting them up as desired.
Architect, SMS and Email combined helped us get a 30% hike on the conversion rates.

- Easy to setup journeys across all products.
- Support team is responsive.
- Product is easy to use for example, there is drag&drop tool so we can easily create attractive email template.
- UX/UI team setup many onsite experiment campaigns.
- Features like Next Best Channel and Generative AI in Architect is interesting.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's array of tools, which includes WhatsApp, Email, Web Push provides a variety of channels for efficient communication.
Insider gives a consistent user journey through the seamless integration of desktop and mobile web.
Notifications that are pertinent and timely, help increase our user engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing and using Web Push was challenging at first, but we got a hang of it thanks to Insider's support team

By combining desktop and mobile technologies, Insider resolves fragmented experiences. Web Push fills in communication gaps in a strategic way, increasing our engagement and conversions.
