What do you like best about the product?
-We can now send rich and contextual push notifications, including images, sliders, carousels, and collages.
-Our product discovery has improved by putting relevant food items that users are interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any big concerns about Insider, but it would have been great if we had individual certifications for my team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High drop-off rates on our home page were concerning. We wanted to automate highlighting the products that customers would be interested in. Smart recommender was a perfect solution; it helped us automate the banners for the home page and on our mobile app. Eureka is another great tool we are using, which has customizable search filters to help customers refine their search results.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease that the tool offers for segmenting databases, creating journeys, and clustering customers. It's practical to have, in one place, multiple sending functions, layout options, and customer interaction dynamics, in addition to having integrated recommendation tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a tool that still presents considerable difficulty in alternating triggers, which ends up causing drops in deliveries to the client. We also face obstacles in creating new attributes and in using the attribute field in journey dynamics, which somewhat limits the platform's flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing to reach and serve customer groups in an increasingly intelligent way, using segmented databases according to purchasing behavior. This is something we now have with Insider, and it was a problem with the tools we used previously.

What do you like best about the product?
From a marketing perspective, we chose Insider as our main communication platform because it allowed us to deploy an easy-to-use solution across 17 countries, ensuring compliance with various data privacy laws while integrating information from multiple sources.

Our IT department sought a platform that could be implemented smoothly, offered robust data security, provided the necessary integration features, and was adaptable for future needs.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated team supporting our efforts, who truly understand our goals and requirements.

The support structure is straightforward and efficient, and we greatly value our interactions with the CSM team, who consistently provide the assistance we need.

All marketing teams use the platform daily, whether it's integrating communications, analyzing results, or creating new campaigns for email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider's primary area of activity is e-commerce, and many of its features are clearly designed with e-commerce in mind, which is understandable. Since we use it for a non-profit education application, we sometimes need to think creatively to adapt these features to our needs.

Most of the time, though, it still performs better than competing solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
* Communication: We use Insider to communicate with our contacts in several lifecycle stages in both B2C (prospect, applicant, alumni) and B2B (funders, employers, supporters, etc.).
* Data Integration: Insider allows us to create a single contact database with data flowing from multiple sources. Their CDP functionality allows our data to be centralized effectively without draining resources from our current IT area.
*Multi-Channel platform: We have communication automations that incorporate Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, allowing us to be as close as possible to where our contact is. We are also testing other channels, such as web push, exploring their effectiveness with our audience.
* Personalization: We are exploring Insider functionalities to A/B test our web properties to increase conversions and improve customer engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Smart Recommender is very effective in showing the right products to our customers and increases sales. It is easy to set up and manage, and the results are clear in the reports. The support team is also helpful whenever we need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we face small issues during integration, but they are usually solved quickly with the support team’s help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helps us solve challenges with showing the right products to the right customers. It reduces missed sales opportunities by providing relevant recommendations, which directly improves our conversions and overall revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive UI; Plenty no-code solutions for on-site activations and personalizations; Great customer support (from CSM and tech support). I use it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionalities are hidden behind pay gates that would require extended plan- e.g. Architect could be available with functions included in the package.

Fast, no-code campaign launch with low- to none dependency on IT support

What do you like best about the product?
I think the ease of use is excellent, and there are lots of use cases in their library. being able to see all of these use cases is very helpful and it makes decision-making very easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
More detailed documentation for complex integrations would be helpful, but overall the platform meets our requirements well.

we don't need five different platforms anymore - Insider handles most of what we need for customer engagement and marketing.

With Insider, we have an integrated and accurate view of all events and attributes, which allows us to create highly refined and personalized segmentations — something that goes far beyond the basic expectations of a CRM.

Furthermore, the platform enables us to analyze user behavior in real-time within the app and activate engagement workflows automatically, without the need for manual processes or data migration between systems.
