Best platform for marketing technology

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s personalization capabilities are their strongest suite - the ease with which we’ve been able to create and deliver personalized engagements on both web and mobile is truly astounding. Tracking each campaign performance and the overall revenue impact is also made easy on their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the one year that we’ve been working with Insider, we have not had any bad experiences. The proactive support from Insider’s growth consultants also means that a lot of our challenges are taken care of before we even realize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Insider for their conversion suite and emails. Our goal when we started using Insider was to improve our conversion rates and ultimately improve our incremental revenue. Not only has Insider helped us achieve both our goals, but we’ve also been able to deliver remarkable personalization to our customers. Over the last year, we’ve observed an uplift in our conversion rates and ROI. What's really impressive is the engagement we’ve received on these campaigns on our web and mobile web platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that really impressed us about Insider was its unified data layer. We can segment users based on past, real-time and predicted behavioural and use it on any channel. We like that they focus on constant development to meet customer demands. Also I definitely need to mention the role of our growth consultants at Insider. They always help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is really needed to see more local language support on their interface but on the whole everything is pretty good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issues we faced were increasing conversion rate, activating users (in other words, developing omnichannel) and working on the Sportmaster brand in the direction of a pro-sports retailer. It was important to convey to customers that Sportmaster is a store for everyone: here you can buy both goods for everyday use and professional equipment.
One of the ways to solve these problems for us was to implement personalization on the desktop, on the mobile web, as well as personalization and push notifications in the mobile application. In particular, I can highlight the work with Insider technology for mobile applications. A good example is the campaign launched for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With Insider you will be able to continuously optimize experiences both on desktop, mobile website and in mobile apps with no extra IT effort and the integration process literally takes minutes which can save quite a bit of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s recommendation tool is the most powerful that I’ve seen so far, the results are immediate and highly effective in improving customer engagement. A range of ancillary tools further enhance customer experience on web and mobile web. We love the ease of use and the results from using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see more local language support on their interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our fundamental challenges were to improve use experience on our site, optimize the recommendations on our product pages and improve key conversion metrics. During this year, we managed to improve our conversion rate by 14% and also observed an uplift in our AOV by 32.9% after using Insider. Insider’s web push product works amazing well at giving results, infact our conversion rate from Insider’s Conversion Push Notifications was 2X higher than the industry average. Highly recommend this platform for others looking to optimize their UX.

What do you like best about the product?
We particularly like the efficiency of their web push and personalization products. This AI-powered tool is perfect for providing customers with the best individualized user experience.
Their support team also should be mentioned. They helped us with smooth integration and always ready to help during the working process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from some difficulties concerning panel, there is nothing that we dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now we are just at the very beginning of our cooperation but we want to optimize the engagement at each stage of the funnel with the help of Insider. We have implemented web push and personalization products to improve conversion rates. And it immediately showed good results. In the near future we are planning to go further with Insider’s mobile app, email and Architect products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend to use more than 1 product. It helps to build a strong communication with your users.

Insider is a true partner and a great platform for boosting website engagement

What do you like best about the product?
The responsiveness from Insider’s support team is the biggest help we could get, they are knowledgeable and help us with any problem we face on our campaigns and while using the platform. What more, we feel a true sense of partnership with Insider as they not only train us on how to use the platform but also give us reports on quarterly performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from slight glitches on running some campaigns, we haven’t really face any serious challenges while using the platform, it’s hard to find something we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we started using Insider, our goal was to drive traffic and improve the engagement, specifically conversions on our website. We started using Insider’s web push suite which worked magic and in less than a quarter we saw a Conversion Rate uplift of 14.39% and also a 12X uplift in ROI from these campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The most impressive things about Insider are their Web Push feature and Smart Recommender engine, but the thing that sets Insider apart is that they not only provide the technology but also the support and have an active account management process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see Insider’s panel become available for the mobile platform as well. Since we update our web push content in real-time, it would be easy to be able to do it from a smartphone as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our top focus was to improve the traffic to our website. We were looking for ways to increase page views and pages per session, which is when we decided to try out a POC with Insider. We soon realized that Insider’s web push turned out to be a major driver for generating traffic. We also observed that our web push opt-in rate was higher than the industry average. We also made use of their exit-intent technology to improve our retention rates and paired it with Smart Recommender which greatly improved our pageviews. We saw an uplift of 8.73% in our sessions using these features.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily create notification push, banners, run campaigns using pre-built templates, and target customers with relevant recommendations using powerful segmentation. Also, the support from their account team is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the customization to campaigns that we want takes time and requires a dedicated person, but considering the dedicated support we get from Insider, it’s not really a strain. We would however love to see more actionable insights from mobile app analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal has been to engage customers with personalized communications and user journeys. Insider’s segmentation capabilities make it easy to target individual users with content that’s relevant to their behavior. Moreover, we can build user journeys to communicate with users at every stage of their lifetime.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Should have around 3 members to use this tool. For customer journeys, we should analyze and review the logic carefully before deploying content. It's a good choice for using apps with more than 50K customers.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the account management teams’ responsiveness & agility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider has been a phenomenal platform to work with. The account management is stress-free and we are keen to learn more as we go along!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We developed scalable recommendation capability for all of our brands, by adding a Recommendation Engine on our home screens and category pages. With 5 different domains to manage, it was one of the few things that worked. This allowed us to increase our sales from clicks on the website.

Building the best onsite customer experience

What do you like best about the product?
The algorithms is what we love best- it ensure that a lot of manual effort from our side is saved. We also loved their push notifications suite - with the personalization features we were able to achieve a 5% increase in conversions in just the first month.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t really seen much to dislike, expect for maybe the lag in using the panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our plan was to start working on the onsite personalization that would deliver a truly remarkable user experience for our passengers. With insider we were able to take this to the next level with the help of their smart tool like exit-intent overlay, website banners and personalized web push notifications. We’ve used these features extensively on our landing pages and noticed that our sessions, CTRs and conversion rates have improved a lot. In our line of business more people exit our page than convert, so were were taken back when we saw a 5% increase in conversions in just the first month. We’re very excited to see all the things that we can do with just one platform.

Best recommendation tool in the market for improving engagement and conversions

What do you like best about the product?
Their marketing tool is very powerful yet simple and easy to use. Their AI-backed recommendation engine is one of the best that we’ve seen so far for website engagement. It’s really adaptive and understands user behavior allowing us to deliver more accurate product recommendations to users and improve product discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t really dislike anything, but we would like to see more analytics and actionable stats around the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve the whole recommendations experience for our web channels. Another aspect we wanted to improve was the engagement on the web, and we started using Insider’s web push features for this. This came with various templates that we could easily customize and the segmentation feature also ensured that the right users were targeted. Together, these features helped us improve our conversion rates and AOV. Thanks to their great support team which makes the job a lot easier!
