What do you like best about the product?
The team is always reactive and creative. At the same time, the platform allows me to be autonomous and extremely quick in my actions.
Possibilities are huge : personnalisation & segmentation, mobile first, conversion improvement etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to report - the plateform is easy to use but sometimes support is needed on specific cases, even though the team is always here to help, it may be an issue.

Endless Personalization Possibilities with Automated Customer Journeys

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's products help us create many scenarios, which would have taken our developers a lot more time to implement themselves.

Their managers and accounts specialists are a good source of information and have helped us realize a number of campaigns. This has made the completion of complex projects much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We often receive answers and corrections to scenarios in the evening, which means that the scenarios are completed with a 24-hour delay. We wait for some responses even longer, e.g. monthly reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cupsell is an ecommerce marketplace that supports entrepreneurs to reach the right audience with the right messages. For this we need to be agile and react to real time scenarios without depending on developers for UX updates.

With Insider’s Desktop and Mobile push notifications, we were able to promote our shops, their individual designs, new promotions and products collections.

What do you like best about the product?
We find Insider’s web push notification feature really helpful and easy to use. The level of personalization and customization that is possible is beyond any other tool that we’ve used so far. Combining this feature with location-based targeting is another strategy we implemented and this gave us stellar results. Another great feature is their conversion suite- which is a must have if you are looking for conversion rate optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a lot of products and features- which makes it difficult to understand the use-cases. Most of the product names on the platform doesn’t make sense to us and is confusing to know what they are used for. Also editing variation is not easy to use as much as the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the things that we wanted to focus on was reaching out to customers on mobile and desktop web but within specific locations. We found both these available in Insider’s platform. We made use of their tailored push templates to send personalized product recommendations to customers from our platform. Furthermore, since we also want to promote specific products at specific locations, we combined this with insider’s location-based targeting feature to promote said products to users within a geo-fence area.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has helped us tremendously to deliver personalized experiences on both the desktop and the mobile web. By using pre-built templates and their editor we were able to build campaigns that best suited our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good, but it would be great if we could customize some template elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal was to combat user drop-off and improve retention. It was vital that we were able to increase the AOV on our mobile web. With Insider platform we realized we could create unique campaigns with custom experiences and when combined with tools like exit intent the resulting experiences were remarkable. Custom web experiences work better than standard ones. Make sure to leverage Insider’s AI platform to create unique and personalized experiences.

Game Changer for Retention!

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very simple to use. But you can create complex campaigns and personalized journeys using
something as simple as a drag-and-drop editor. We were able to create and deploy our
campaign in just a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There some lack of customization when it comes to themes and colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big challenge was getting our visitor’s attention and engaging them to convert. User drop-offs
was something we were struggling with. When Insider came out with their new product- Instory,
we wanted to see the impact it would create on our website. InStory makes use of the Instagram
like stories, and we used this to showcase some of our products and trending offers. Because
users were engaged, we were able to improve the time users spend on the site as well as
motivate them to check out the products.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Insider’s platforms is their detailed analytics platform which gives amazing insights into how our campaigns are performing and of course we are happy to avoid dependency on our IT team which was always the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations on how much we can change some themes and colors. Since we have our own design and themes on our website, it would be great if we could customize some template elements to match our theme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest challenge was to improve our CTR and boost engagement on our homepage. Insider has some great tools to tackle this challenge; we were able to provide personalized approach and more realistic product discovery experience to each and every user. These helped us achieve our targets and we also realized better conversions than we expected.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best thing is the accounting of Insider. Despite having a really difficult structure of our website colleagues from Insider made everything simple and easy for us to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has helped us in engaging each customer in a much personalized manner according to their preferences and needs. And what makes it even better is that the platform makes use of the data from our website to predict customer behavior with accuracy. All this combined creates a greater package to boost conversion and ROI throughout the conversion funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the option to customize our messaging with specific colors or themes that we are looking for is not available. We could be more impactful if their templates could match our brand theme accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The goal was to improve our engagement metrics and improve our conversion rates, but our existing technology did not allow us to personalize our messaging beyond a certain degree. When we evaluated Insider, we found a tool that addressed each of our challenges. We used Insider’s segmentation technology to effectively target each customer with personalized messaging that was relevant to their needs. We saw an improvement in our CTRs and average session durations which also resulted in greater conversions and lower cart abandonment. Great tool!

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool that worked brilliantly for us in terms of engaging mobile web users. While there are many options for mobile app engagement, there are few platforms like Insider that focus on mobile engagement as a whole. We leveraged it to build our promotion campaign with ‘Scratch to Win Coupon’ product. It created a more engaging gamified experience as compared to our usual promotion campaign and we loved it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing because so far all the features have been working great for us. And their customer support is commendable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By creating gamified experiences for the users, we were able to engage them better which was not happening with the previous promotion style that we were using. Using ‘Scratch and Win’ we build a curiosity in the users. Once they win their unique coupon, they are more likely to use their personalized coupon in the same session. And this led to a rise in our overall sales as well.
