What do you like best about the product?
Insider platform makes marketing automation easy, we have launched our campaigns in the past 6 months much faster than before. We also love the fact that Insider gives.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes can’t keep track of the latest updates, but the account management team always helps us leverage tools at their best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our target was to increase subscriber growth after the holiday season. One way was to run multiple campaigns to increase subscribers. The gamified templates brought us solid subscriber growth. With Insider’s solution, our launch time was reduced to half. The top-head banner on the app helped us increase the conversion rate.

What do you like best about the product?

While our overall experience has been very positive, at times there can be minor delays in implementing new features or customizations. However, the team is always open to feedback and works diligently to address any concerns quickly, which we really value.

Insider is helping us enhance our customer communication on WhatsApp by offering an integrated solution that includes API access, an intuitive management panel, and a smart chatbot. What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, with a very intuitive dashboard that helps a lot in daily activities. The processes are straightforward, without unnecessary steps. The layout is simple and easy to understand, which makes everything more practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some documentation of more technical processes does not reflect the actual steps, which can cause confusion. Many of these processes are more complex than they appear.

What do you like best about the product?
What enchants me the most is the autonomy to create campaigns and strategies with freedom and ease. Additionally, I greatly value the organization of events and the support provided — especially by Saulo, Raquel, and Felipe Pastro, who are always ready to help with attention and competence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge I face on the platform is with technical integration, especially due to the delay in resolving these issues and in the response to support tickets. The platform's metric reports in general could also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of communicating and conversing with the user through communication channels like WhatsApp and especially the conversion. Also, the organization of customer information within the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The products we are using - Web Suite, Architect, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Web push have helped us increase our business and revenue.

The products are easy to use. Everything is integrated into a single platform and we are able to manage all campaigns across different channels effectively, without them overlapping and interrupting each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are areas for improvement in the native integration with Shopify to bring more granular data.
