What do you like best about the product?
We don’t need tech capabilities to manage our shopping app and web store. Insider provides the ability to customise user experience at every stage - website, SMS, E-Mail, Whatsapp and Web Push.
What do you dislike about the product?
We faced some challenge adapting to Insider’s product initially but the Support team was always around to help whenever it was required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a product discovery solution. Instory worked amazingly well for us as we were able to show the vehicles better. We were able to engage customers in a better way on mobile and desktop Managed to successfully promote new inventory in the showroom with storytelling formats across web.

What do you like best about the product?
We can inform customers about back-in stock items and offer them fantastic discounts on their preferred snack bundles using Web Push.
The pop-up windows in Web Suite proved to be very interactive and significantly enhanced our engagement rates.
Architect helped in creating engaging and consistent messaging for clients across many channels in addition to tracking their activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been able to achieve a lot more than we expected with Insider, so we are extremely happy with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After implementing Insider's tools, including Architect, Web Suite, and Web Push, we observed significant improvements.
Web Push has made personalized suggestions for the customers.
Due to the combined efforts, our ROI increased by 6x.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to activate campaigns across multiple-channels is simple with Architect's marketing automation features.
With Web Push sending timely back-in stock and fantastic bargain deals on their preferred retail products is now a reality.
Web Suite also enabled us to quadruple the efficacy of our marketing initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web Suite by Insider helped us create filters using which customers could find what they were looking for from our vast array of products.

Architect's Next Best Channel feature utilised our customer data and business objectives to assist us in determining our clients' preferred channels.
Another big plus was the Web Suite's Cookieless Personalisation.

A Insider traz as principais features que precisamos no dia a dia, principalmente para nossos clientes que são e-commerces.
Além de atender muito bem, adoramos a facilidade da integração via API. Sem contar o Architect que é bem completo também.
What do you dislike about the product?
A criação de segmentos é um pouco confusa, quando você precisa criar listas fora das comunicações. Mas é questão de adaptação.
Acredito que não seja um problema, muito mais um detalhe.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build unique journeys from scratch and store templates for later usage in a short span of time. Predictive intelligence powered by AI assisted in contextually engaging people at the appropriate times to impact their purchasing decisions. Managing recommendations required less manual labour thanks to the auto-optimized approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although learning how to use every tool can be daunting, the Insider support staff makes it easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
With Web Push we were able to send timely alerts on price drop and premium content, encouraging readers to become subscribers.
