What I like about most is the accessibility . The account managers are very helpful and do their best.

I wish it had more features like being able to manage the menus by my self and do various tests .

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the Insider’s Ad tool is being able to target users who are most likely to enage with the ad. This way you don’t end up with an inflated Ad budget. The product is Predict Ad Audience. By predicting users such as most likely to churn, most likely to purchase and other factors, marketers can spend the Ad budgets more wisely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not engogh resource material around this. Would love to see some more self-help content to understand how this works better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What we needed was a solution that helped us target users more effectively with our Ads. Insider made sure our Ads were targeting only those users who are most likely to convert, which helped us with accurate audience segmentation. Our ad budgets for Facebook and Google were used more effectively. We saw a significant improvement in our returns from ads by targeting users who were most likely to make a purchase. We were a bit unsure if this would be effective, but the numbers proved us wrong.

Optimizing our marketing strategies with Insider's suite of Personalization products

What do you like best about the product?
One thing that we liked the most about Insider is that the platform enabled us to create personalized and targeted journeys for our customers based on their unique interests, preferences, and behavior. This approach helped us increase our customers’ loyalty and engagement with our business.
We also leveraged their other tools, such as Architect, Smart Recommender, Instory, and Mobile app which not only boosted our conversion rates but also grew our revenue to multiple folds.
The Growth Management team at Insider suggested us to use their Web Push, Email, and Mobile App channels to reach out to a bulk of users through different channels and alert them about the ongoing offers, discounts, items back in stock, etc. This created FOMO and a sense of urgency among our users to purchase.
Overall, we’re highly impressed by the ability of Insider products to help businesses overcome any marketing challenge and drive growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, our experience with Insider has been great, and we don't have any specific dislikes. While we did need some guidance initially, the Insider team was incredibly supportive throughout the entire implementation and execution process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before partnering with Insider, we struggled with high drop-off rates and low conversion rates due to inadequate user experience resulting from limited internal resources. However, with Insider's AI-powered Smart Recommender and web suite, we have improved our website's performance significantly.
The platform's easy implementation and ability to conduct complex experiments across various pages and audiences helped us optimize our onsite experiences and recommend our users with products that matched best to their needs, preferences, and browsing history.
Apart from this, we also implemented their InStory feature on our website as well as the mobile app that encouraged visitors to interact and as a result, improved our onsite engagement rates. We also leveraged Insider’s AI-backed customer journey builder, Architect, that enabled us to communicate with our right set of users at the right time with the right message at the right channel.
This helped us bring churned users back to our website and application, and furthermore enabled us to nudge them to complete their purchase. With this implementation, we observed a massive spike in engagement, retention, and conversion rates. In addition, we also observed that our drop-off rates were reduced and overall revenue grew significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to A/B test various UX designs on the website is the highlight for us. We constantly keep our website experiences up to date and being able to test variations is vital for the success of our website’s UX. next best thing is the personalization technology that helps us target users with a high degree of personalized messaging as well as providing relevant recommendations on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when we implement a new API there’s a bug in the panel which needs to be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our major focus area is constantly improving the user experience on our website. The next focus area is personalization. Insider’s A/B testing was very helpful in allowing us to test different variations of our website UX designs. This has helped us considerably improve our engagement metrics. We also used Insider’s recommendations tool to personalize the recommendations on our website to match our users requirement. We’ve noticed that our conversion rates have increased significantly by using this feature. Overall, it’s a great comprehensive platform for your engagement requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to deliver inspiring and engaging experiences to our users using Insider’s gamified templates. We used the wheel-of-fortune to promote engagement for the Chinese New Year.The ability to further personalize these templates in terms of color theme, language and images allowed us to create the exact experience that we had in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to complain about. They have been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our challenge was to increase our conversions during the Chinese New Year. With Insider’s gamification templates for web and mobile web, we saw the opportunity to engage creatively with our customers. We received more than 12,000 impressions with the help of this gamified campaign having a CTR of around 20%. This led to us reaching our peak performance ever in terms of number of conversions recorded in a single month, and 50% of it came from this campaign where our consumers used the coupon vouchers distributed here. We’re hoping to make more use of Insider’s interactive templates during strategic times of the year.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing we like about Insider is how easy it is to get started and the adequate support that we get from our account manager to help us understand how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to have an overall better usability of the panel, but understand from our Account Manager that this is in progress of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our most challenging issue was driving conversions and improving revenue. With Insider’s web suite, we were able to significantly improve engagement on our website with web push campaigns. We achieved an average 2X conversion rate improvement from web push automations after using Insider. We also noticed our opt-in rate improved to over 19% during the partnership.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider’s web suite is a great tool for all your web marketing requirements. But we recommend a detailed talk with your account manager over going blindly with the tools. They can help you choose the right set of product features to tackle your problems. We really liked what we’ve seen so far.

Retaining users with relevant mobile app experiences

What do you like best about the product?
Our greatest benefit with the platform was that we were able to integrate and get started really fast. Mobile app marketing is a tricky spot to overcome. The window between opportunity and uninstall is very short and getting users to interact with the app is critical. But Insider’s In-App solutions were just what we needed. Our uninstalls reduced significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t see an option to design a stand workflow for new user integration. It would be good to see the implementation of an automated work-flow which can be customized accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Insider to help us with re-engaging our app users and improving our conversions on the app. Insider’s mobile app push was a great tool to increase our conversion rate and engage with app users while In-App messaging helped us improve user sign-ups and provide personalized in-app feed. Overall, we have arrested uninstalls and improved engagement on our app.

What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a mobile and web suite that would help us improve our performance on our listing pages and app downloads, as it is vital that we retain customers through their journey of home-buying and engage them so that they complete an enquiry. Insider’s suite of tools, especially the smart banner product and A/B test options, allowed us to do just that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current templates are pre-built with certain design options but do not allow for further customisation. We’ve sent our feedback to Insider and hope to see this implemented soon so that our design system can further integrate with Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to find ways to improve the engagement on our website search page and also improve our app downloads. Our biggest challenge was plugging user drop-offs on our search page which required us to provide more personalized engagement.

With Insider’s web suite, we were able to personalize our webpage based on user behavior using banner management, web push notifications and organic pushes to incentivise app downloads. Our CTRs increased by 8.7% from this strategy. Additionally, our app downloads have also improved, with a 30% uplift in app downloads MoM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a great tool to improve your web and app metrics and the results are visible within a few weeks. It was great that we had a dedicated account manager to discuss and bounce ideas with before proceeding with choosing the right solution for the right problem,

What do you like best about the product?
The support we receive from the account management team at Insider is the highlight. We’ve been using a similar product before for our marketing needs, however, we had little to no definitive support on post-integration processes. With Insider we find our campaigns are more relevant because of the involvement and advice from their experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The certain restrictions on design elements and customization options are a shortfall. We would love to see more autonomy in experimenting with design elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal was to improve customers’ experience on our website. Since Insider team has offered meaningful solutions which is inline to market needs and we have started to implement them to make our customer experiences better. We can also easily align with the team since market needs change super fast and Insider products offer 360 solutions with so many channels.
