Insider’s segmentation makes personalization easier than ever

What do you like best about the product?
We love how Insider’s Instory helped us categorize our large variety of products based on customer profiles. For example, we created categories for the elderly, pregnancy, kids, office workers & more. Our customers can click on their persona, and view the most relevant products using Instory. This has removed friction by helping us lower the customer’s product discovery time significantly. We've also seen 4x conversion with customers who've interacted with Instory.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are enjoying Insider’s powerful platform with over 100+ templates and 20+ algorithms so far. However, sometimes the panel gets slower when we edit bigger or more complicated campaigns. Hoping this can be improved in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are one of the biggest online pharmacies in Taiwan with over 1000+ different products. It is very important for us to provide necessary product information to customers when they come to our website. With Insider’s comprehensive products, we are able to segment them clearly and have a personalized user experience tailored for them. Since Insider’s implementation, we have seen an increase in AOV and conversion in the overall performance by using Insider’s smart recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
We like that Insider platform covers all our needs regarding our mobile app priorities by providing us with ready to use strategies and templates which we can easily implement. Moreover we find it very convenient that every single step of our communication strategies is located in one place where we can easily engage and simply track our results.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been working with Insider for 5 years already and we were always satisfied with their accounting system, but recently they restructurized it a bit and for nowon it is not so handy to use in comparison with what we had before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using Insider to provide an effective engagement across the funnel in order to collaborate with our returning customers. We use almost the whole Insider platform such as desktop web, mobile web, personalization etc. but as far as our main focus is mobile app we concentrated mostly on Mobile app product capabilities such as mobile push notifications and In-apps. We are satisfied with our conversion pushes roadmap which recently improved our main matrics drastically. For our latest marketing campaign the engagement rate uplift currently shows the number strongly above the benchmarks that makes us the leaders of the industry in our segment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to focus on your mobile app customers where you can get the most out of your loyal clients with the help of Insider's mobile app product.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Insider’s Smart Recommender on our website feels like we have used a powerup to enhance it. The product discovery experience has been overhauled completely and the AI-powered recommendations are doing a great job of increasing conversions and overall AOV. We have had a 20% uplift in conversions since we started using Insider. The account management team must also be mentioned here for the great support that they have consistently provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any other technology, the Smart Recommender also has its small share of bugs. However, these are regularly and quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to facilitate better product discovery that will encourage users to go all the way through to making a purchase without dropping off. We also wanted to improve the engagement on our website. With Insider’s Smart Recommender, these goals were fulfilled, and we also had upliftment in conversions and sales along with an enhanced overall website experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider has a great product and an equally great support team. Make good use of them so that your experience is better on many counts. This is a great choice of software to use for businesses of all sizes.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers a SaaS experience where you can create on-site widgets and send multiple types of messages to customers.
We have had the challenge in the early days to get comebacks from Insider.After integrations and getting more paid traffic
we get more benefits from Insider
What do you dislike about the product?
We find the reporting a little complicated, and often need to turn to Insider’s support team to
help us understand the performance metrics. We would like to be able to do this ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have never worked with multiple channels in the past, and we realized this was something
we had to pay attention to. Insider has been a great choice for us as first-timers in the space of
omnichannel marketing. It’s been a great experience creating a connected experience for our
customers with Insider. We have also found Insider very useful to strengthen our product detail
pages and make our user funnels more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Omnichannel marketing doesn’t have to be daunting and difficult. Insider makes it effortless by
being a platform that is easy to understand and execute, and delivers great ROI and
improved sales. Omnichannel marketing is the future, and Insider is the best option available to

All-in-one platform that offers great A/B testing and personalisation possibilities

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Insider for about 6 months now and we have already launched several successful campaigns together. The price-saving campaign for our French speaking target audience, for example, has generated a high uplift of 67% in conversion rate on mobile.

One of the best things about Insider is that we are able to test a lot of different scenarios on our website before implementing new features permanently. The Insider team also suggests new testing ideas regularly, which has enabled us to launch functionalities that we wouldn’t have come up with if we did not work together with Insider.

We also find it very useful to have many different templates to work with for personalizing our website. Working with the Insider platform is intuitive and, to a certain extent, we can create new scenarios all by ourselves.

Overall, Insider works well for our business and we are excited to keep using it in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an issue with the executive summary dashboard and the results weren’t quite
displayed properly. Luckily, Insider reacts quickly to issues like this in order to solve them asap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to elevate our user interface and experience through website personalization. For
this, we wanted to carry out A/B tests to observe and understand user interactions and make a
call on what we should go ahead with. While Insider has made all this possible, it has also
delivered a remarkable improvement in our conversions and when looking at the results in the Insider platform, we have gained good ROI from using Insider.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you’re someone who values the whole experience of working with an all-in-one platform, then Insider is definitely the best bet for you. Special shoutout to our Customer Success Manager Laurie as well, because she always offers great support and comes up with new A/B-testing ideas tailored to our business.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily set up some experience to generate sales. You can measure impacts directly in the platform. We are currently on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

At first, it's not very user friendly and it's only in english, could be great to choose a language.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like best about Insider is how easy it is to achieve results. The technology is flexible to our needs, easy to set up without too much outside help and can combine many different conditions to create the results we want. Overall, we are very satisfied with our whole journey with Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
We just started using Facebook Messenger and haven’t been able to discover the tool enough to get the results we want. However, knowing all the other tools we used, we are sure Insider’s support team will help us achieve the results we want with Facebook Messenger.

We were looking for ways to improve our digital transformation because we realized that our personalization and individualization levels were lower than our competitors. Insider’s team suggested we use their powerful segmentation capabilities to tailor our customer experience, and we were very satisfied with the results. What do you like best about the product?
Since the very beginning everything went great: we found the team and the product itself very helpful and almost indispensable. We mostly focused on creating mobile app experiences for our users and there is no better tool for mobile marketing than Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there is nothing at all to dislike, but it is much more difficult to list it, cause overall everything works very good. And the results speak for themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all we needed a marketing tool which could help us to engage with our most loyal customers - mobile app users. We decided to try Insider because we wanted to focus on retention. With Insider we are able to launch promo activities according to the different user segments and this was and is a very important thing for the beauty retailer. We use different types of rich push notifications such as carousel push which shows different product in one push, we use In-app templates which we can customize according to our needs, we use product recommendations to increase our customers LTV and many more technologies which allow to constantly improve our main metrics. Since the very beginning everything went great: we found the team and the product itself very helpful and almost indispensable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
​​Insider products have a lot of features and extensions if you consider them in detail. You can use Insider much more efficiently than anybody else. Just bear in mind your account manager's ideas and test them.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers one of the most exciting ways of displaying product recommendations - InStory. Since integrating it into our mobile website and app, we have seen a positive improvement in conversions, by nearly 10%. We have also seen an overall enhancement of customer engagement with our brand after their interactions through InStory. We enjoy being able to provide a highly personalized product discovery experience in a tried and tested way that’s known to work well. Insider’s story feature is definitely one of the best offered by any such platform available today.
