What do you like best about the product?
I am impressed by the integration process of Insider which is super easy and fast. By using Insider solution, we can run an A/B test quick and provide the better flow to our customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’d be better if the panel be in multi-language version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main objective is giving the visits of our official website a great browsing experiences. Insider Team
provided us many strategies and suggestions on achieving our ultimate goal since the very beginning . Thanks to them, we got more active and led them to visit our physical store successfully.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Looking forward to the panel of traditional chinese version.

What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful and always handy to help us running our campaigns in different platforms. The service provided is also good and the team help us immensely especially during big campaigns such as birthday and Ramadan.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’d be great if there were more templates available for gamification, especially in app. Because we’re looking to improve the engagement of our app users to retain customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting new customer emails are easier during our big campaigns because Insider provided the trigger-push. Gamification also helps us to drive our sales when there’s no internal campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
We are very happy with the level of support we receive from the customer success team. Their industry knowledge really helps us in creating effective campaigns that best engage our customers. Plus the quick turn around time for each campaign to go live ensures we stay on top of customer trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a difficulty question because we are very satisfied with Insider hence having had them as supplier for the last 2 years! However, to answer the question, artwork design might be a weakness Insider could improve. This is not their core business so it has never been an issue for us at all. We use our own in house design team to provide all the branded elements Insider might request. That way, we are sure that the high quality standard we are imposing to our brand is consistent across all platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider’s intelligent customer segmentation capabilities, we have been able to effectively send the most relevant messages to the right target segment at optimal times. That level of personalization helps in creating a more engaging and tailored experience for each of our customers. Having such a deep understanding of our customer segmentation also allows us to learn more about which stage of the funnel each customer is currently in and how to best communicate with them. This has really helped our bottom line and also lowered our churn rate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider’s growth platform was very easy to integrate with our website and having multiple features that cover different channels, allows us to have a dynamic approach to our marketing activities. Insider’s account support makes things hassle free and helps us to get the most out of our mobile-first engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe Insider gives the best functionality in terms of ease of access toward the market. I have been using for some time now and I believe this software is one of the top in the market at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
What i dislike about this software is very minimal, and the only improvement it needs is the ability for communication between users and the potential clients.

I am solving the issue of reaching a broader audience as well has having the right method of control of our product marketing information

What do you like best about the product?
insider has been working great for us! They have tons of options for mobile app engagement
that really creates an impact on conversion and ROI. We loved the ease of implementation
and the fact that it created a gamified experience for the users, thus making it more
engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. It’s been really good for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boosting Mobile app conversion is a tricky spot and that’s exactly where we were stuck. To
overcome this challenge we started exploring Insider’s unique mobile app engagement
features to build a unique experience for our app users. It worked great for us. We explored
almost all their features and we saw the conversion and user engagement rate going up. We
look forward to keeping experimenting and getting better.

Insider’s Growth Management Platform has so much to offer and for the kind of experience
we have had with just one feature, it seems really promising. Particularly in terms of boosting

What do you like best about the product?
Helping us connect to our users at the perfect time with the right offer for them and built a strong connection with them and improve our lead quality. And with better leads, out time and efforts are more focus resulting in a broad funnel and high conversion rates

Reporting dashboard could be worked upon.

With better lead quality, we focus more on potential users that are most likely to buy which improves our ROI and helps us put our efforts in the right direction. With Insider, we target those users on multiple devices and encourage them to convert.

What do you like best about the product?
Two words: Smart Recommender. It not only gave us a massive 40% increase in conversion rates but also increased our AOV by 31%. Of the entire suite of Insider’s products that we have deployed, the Smart Recommender is easily our favorite and most impactful one. We have continuously been awed by the amazing capabilities offered by Insider’s products. They’re all easy to use, with a simple fuss-free interface that shows us exactly what we want to see.

Web Push also deserves special mention because it was very successful in bringing us a large amount of traffic that we were then able to captivate and convert using the other products of Insider’s that we use. We love that we have been able to consistently get great ROI that impresses us from a simple solution that is Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have so far not found any pain points or issues with Insider, and are quite optimistic that it will remain the same in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have the tools needed to orchestrate personalized experiences that are highly beneficial for a brand like ours. Neither did we have the technological support and bandwidth internally to carry it out on our own. Insider has been a blessing with its ease of use and amazing ROI. It is an investment that truly pays and is worth every penny.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider’s incredible set of tools will work in different ways for different businesses, and from our experience with the team at Insider, we know that they don’t leave a single stone unturned in helping a business find the right solution for its goals, whether it is one product or a bunch of them. Our recommendation would be to make the most of the Insider team’s expertise in helping you find the aptest solution for your business.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most spellbound thing at Insider is its team of local growth consultant who are with you from day 1 of your sign up. They help you with almost everything starting from setting up the account to the part where we come up with ideas and setup experiments to helping out make sense after culmination of programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There might be more templates for desktop web but I can’t say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to improve our mobile marketing efforts and acquire more revenue for business. Insider nailed every bit and went overboard with their team. It has helped bolster our success rate by a huge margin.

Get Insider if you really want to work with people who treat your business like one of theirs. They are genuinely interested in solving your problems and it shows as they have built teams in each country they serve in to make sure that the brands their can get local expertise, an element that is crucial for any growth ambitions to succeed.

We reduced churn rates with Mobile Exit Intent

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has a really good exit-intent implementation for a mobile website. They told us that they have been the first ever company to offer exit-intent for mobile and when you look at the complexity of predicting customer exits, it’s tricky as there is no mouse or pointer trails to track. Exit intent has allowed us to capture more leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more templates for desktop web too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to improve our CR on mobile. It was surprising to see that mobile exit intent helped us to increase our mobile CR.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I do recommend especially if you want to increase conversion rates and improve mobile user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
What we loved the most it Insider’s App Uninstall Analytics feature that helped us monitor the number of our mobile app uninstalls by our users on different devices and OS. This provided us with a direction to work. We understood we had to work on user retention more than anything
What do you dislike about the product?
For the reporting; app platform's and web platform's reports could be in the same dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our app uninstalls were very high which made it clear that we had to work on our user retention techniques. We leveraged many Insider’s features like in-app feedback and smart incentives with contextual 1:1 communication for all the users to improve retention. Those who had recently uninstalled our app were re-targeted with FB ads. In the end, we could see all these efforts paying off. Within a months time, we could see the number of apps uninstalls dropping and conversion rates rising.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s definitely the best mobile software out there. It’s easy to use makes it possible for any digital marketer or app owner to make sense of the metrics and direct their focus on the crucial aspects like mobile app retention which usually goes missing. Insider, not only highlights where your mobile app is lacking but also provides the solution to fix it with its features like in-app feedback, personalized surveys, visitor segmentation and so on. We don’t see any reason not to recommend it to all the digital marketers.
