What do you like best about the product?
Insider has helped us significantly with powerful segmentation capabilities - we use the web push function of Insider right now.
We were bowled over by the result of hitting 35x ROI and continue to grow in a cumulative way. We appreciate Insider’s capabilities in taking us to greater heights of customer satisfaction through personalised experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to create complex campaigns due to resourcing issues but working through this internally - we are currently in the process of IO integration to create more complex customer journeys (e.g. loyalty programs)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sought Insider’s expertise in helping us create a more personalised experience on the David Jones website, and to help optimise opt-in rates + grow our subscriber base.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If personalisation is something you’re looking at improving, Insider can help you understand, navigate and successfully implement it on your website. The team has been very helpful, and we are currently running an Architect POC to build post-purchase replenishment Journeys to increase customer frequency, which looks promising.

Impressive improvement in customer satisfaction

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s app push feature and the impressive range of use-case scenarios is what we like the most. We have been able to drastically improve our app install rates and boost the engagement on our app. Most importantly – we’ve been able to improve our lead generation thanks to insider’s predictive segmentation. With this we were able to accurate target our audience and get them to convert more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s difficult to visualize the campaigns on the mobile apps as different mobiles react differently. It would be nice to have more options available for these mobile app campaigns in terms of visual appeal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we started using Insider, the main challenges that we were faced with are: improving our app push rate, increase lead generation, increasing app install rates and improving our customer satisfaction ratio. We are happy to say that insider helped us accomplish all these and improve all the metrics. With highly individualized mobile app experiences, we were able to improve our customer satisfaction score in addition to increased lead generation and app install rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. Insider is more than just a platform – think of it as a one-stop solution for all your requirement. We used the platform primarily for our mobile app marketing – so we recommend talking to a sales rep to identify your challenges and understand the right solutions you need to select from Insider. They’re very helpful so you can reach out to them with confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
With Insider’s app push, we have been able to encourage our customers, especially the new ones, to activate their membership and take the first step towards a healthy life by motivating them to go to our gyms. The push notifications are very effective in delivering this much needed virtual “push” to our customers. The customizable templates are easy to use and we can create entirely new push notifications in a matter of minutes and send them out to hundreds and thousands of customers in one go.
This is, undoubtedly, the easiest way to find our customers at the right time with just the right kind of messaging designed to convert.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have noticed that sometimes the push notifications get delivered even when quiet hours or DND is turned on for our customers. However, we’ve been told that this is something the Insider team is working on and should be resolved soon. Otherwise, everything else works smoothly without any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to activate new members who had signed up but didn’t make any progress after that, and others who had downloaded our app but didn’t go through with the registration. With timely push notifications using Insider’s app push, we were able to improve our click through rates, engagement and conversion rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sometimes, the simplest solutions often turn out to be the most effective, and this has been the case for us when using Insider’s app push. We think it’s quite hard to find another app push platform as good, efficient and dependable like Insider’s.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is super easy to use. The platform is intuitive and guides you through its features. I especially like how I don’t have to rely on a team of developers to build segments or launch personalized customer journeys. Insider’s customer support is unmatched. Not only do I get all my questions answered, I get unique insight into the fashion industry and deep expertise on what’s resonating with customers in my vertical.
What’s more, onboarding was a breeze. Our workflows weren’t disrupted and because the platform is so easy-to-use, user adoption is at an all-time high.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d love to see even more in-depth reporting. Insider gives us a window into so much of customer behavior, I’d love even more ways to visualize and share that knowledge with other stakeholders in my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary goal was to increase conversions and gain deeper insight into who customers are and what matters to them. With Insider’s customer feedback collection tools and journey orchestration capabilities, we’ve not only been able to better understand our customers as individuals, but tailor our offerings in ways that matter to them. Beyond higher conversions, we’ve created more meaningful connections with our customers, which translates into higher customer satisfaction and lifetime value.

If you’re looking for a solution that can unify customer data and stitch it into actionable customer profiles, you can’t go wrong. Insider gives you so many easy-to-use tools that help you build the cross-channel experiences today’s customers expect. What’s more, it’s a self-guided tool supported by a world-class team that’s committed to our success. I love the transparency and the way our support team communicates next steps and recommendations. As a result, we’ve grown substantially since the beginning of our partnership and have received positive feedback from our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers real-time segmentation with dynamic attributes which have done wonders in improving our marketing spends and kpis. We are no longer wasting money on guesswork audiences. With Insider’s precise segments, we are able to target the right group with the ideal messaging for them, and our conversions have improved, and we’re gaining better ROI than ever before. Using Insider’s predictive AI, our ability to hyper-target audiences has really amped up the experience our users have, and all stakeholders are absolutely happy and satisfied with the things made possible by Insider

The panel sometimes gets stuck after taking a long time to load and filtering

We wanted to be able to segment users based on a number of factors and hyper target them for maximum efficiency on spending. Insider has been impeccable in helping us achieve this. Not only have our conversion rates, and funnel drop offs improved, there is an uptick in CLTV.

Insider will help you spend your marketing budget efficiently, delivering good ROI and enabling high sales and revenue. All you have to do is let the products do their work with a little oversight once in a while. What do you like best about the product?
All our campaigns look more beautiful, sophisticated, and straight out of an Instagram story thanks to Insider. Features like personalized purchase triggers, push notifications with product recommendations nudge the customer right on time urging them to complete their purchase. With InStory we have been able to make them aware of our products in an engaging manner which has ultimately led to better conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider has so many tools which we can put to good use to drive more sales. Tapping the complete potential and leveraging all benefits that Insider has to offer will take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a wide range of products, and discovering the exact product a potential buyer was looking for was a major challenge. This was significantly impacting our conversion rates. With Insider, product discovery became very easy for our customers leading to a significant reduction in bounce rates and high conversions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From our experience with Insider, we know that the company has something to offer for everyone - whether it’s a big multinational business or a small local store gaining their bearings on the digital medium. What do you like best about the product?
Insider has consistently helped us achieve our growth targets. We started using their mobile capabilities, and were impressed by how much we were able to connect with our customers through non-traditional channels. Since then, we have decided to invest in InStory, as well, a social-media-inspired feature that offers an interactive way of showcasing products to improve their discovery. This feature comes with 100+ different templates which our e-commerce team has a lot of fun using. This, too, has impressed the team very much, and we are now planning to implement their Smart Recommender and Architect, their customer journey builder, in the next quarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want to be able to deliver more push notifications that are automated and segmented, which is why we are trying out Architect, the customer journey builder. Otherwise, in all honesty, we have not found anything to dislike about the product yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider's AI engine is brilliant, and we haven't seen notifications so well-timed and personalized for individual customers before. With Insider’s help, we have improved our personalization experience exponentially, so much so that more and more recurring customers of ours have been converted to VIP customers, significantly increasing their LTV, which is why we are continuing to invest in more Insider features to add to our marketing toolkit. Their account management team is second to none! They offer strategic support and give us recommendations that are impactful. We have already improved our revenue and customer retention rates since using Web Push and InStory. Now, we are excited to see how much more growth and marketing success we can achieve after implementing more features.

The capabilities of the Insider platform are so broad it is worth regularly checking in to see new features and involve additional teams in your business to drive the most value from a partnership.

We would strongly recommend Insider to businesses looking to improve their marketing strategies.

When we started using Insider, our goal was to improve the user experience on our website and target our customer more effectively with timely and relevant content. Insider’s segmentation features coupled with their remarkable journey builder solved both these challenges and helped us take our customer experience to the next stage. We've seen tremendous improvement in our onsite engagement and retention metrics and an overall increase in average time spent on our site. What do you like best about the product?
Being able to convert our website visitors into leads was something we’ve always struggled with. Insider gave us a strategic tool with which we could personally engage each visitor and improve our chances of converting visitors into leads. And we were surprised. What we really like about Insider is the gamified templates that improve the overall engagement on the site and their unified customer data which helped us capture every details about our customers and their journey
What do you dislike about the product?
The complex tools and features make the panel quite confusing at times – it’s not an easy panel to navigate and get the hang of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve our lead generation – that was primary goal. Once we started using Insider we saw a significant improvement in the onsite engagement which also meant that our lead generation improved. Insider’s data-driven conversional abilities means that we were able to effectively target and engage our audiences individually and get them to convert more effectively And their unified customer data platform allowed us to get a 360 view of our customer segments. We’re sure that going forward we can engage our customers more accurately.

Talk to the sales rep from Insider to understand the challenge you have and how Insider can help you address those challenges. You won’t need everything that the platform has, so It’s important to nail down the specific tools that you will need, in order to get started. We recommend Insider to all those who are looking to improve the engagement on the website and target customers more accurately.

Apart from being able to offer personalized experiences that work very well, we have also had a very encouraging increase in conversions and customer engagement with our app after Insider’s use.

Insider is pricey, but just like we did, you’ll soon find out why it costs that much. Our only recommendation is to not let the cost deter you from choosing Insider because the returns are multifold and they provide an experience that leaves nothing more to be desired.
