What do you like best about the product?
Conducting A/B testing with Insider was the best thing. With Insider help, we were able to collect data and get the full report of the testing. This help the business to proof some design concept that we don't have data. Furthermore, It enable us to create decision quickly on what to provide to our customer base on the data given.
What do you dislike about the product?
Delivery time, Some custom request needed quite sometime and with the pace of the business is quick we needed it quick. Furthermore, we had quite a different working hours with the developers position in Europe and us in Asia therefore communication was another factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Campaign, A/B testing and Customer retention and loyalty to our Business

What do you like best about the product?
As a news company with a solid user base, we expect secure and fast delivery on our push notifications. With Insider, the push sending speed is excellent as we are able to send millions of users our breaking news in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more visibility into the data, especially for predictive segmentation and interest clustering reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems we have solved is the amount of customer feedback we receive, the engaging and timely customer surveys on our webpage have provided us with a wealth of data which we are able to use to optimize user experience. We were able to prioritize contents for our editors and locate those that are actually wanted by our readers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is an easy to use personalization platform that includes a wide range of features that are certain to make a positive impact on customers experiences. If you need to improve the user experience on youe webpage or mobile app, your segmentation processes, user targeting and marketing strategy and want to see your visitor base's actions and flow, then Insider is the product you need.

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of data obtained by Insider and passed onto our business has been extremely valuable. We are able to act on users’ future behaviours through predictive segments, something we were not able to do previously. As a result of this, we can direct our marketing efforts in a more informed manner to drive sales through our mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no how to videos for each feature.

Insider is an excellent product which has allowed us to rejuvenate our marketing strategies in a more informed manner. We know our customers better than ever and can drive sales easier than ever before, give this product a go if your marketing strategy needs an upgrade.

The technology used at Insider is of the highest quality, our business receives valuable customer data which we can then implement into our marketing strategies to boost our mobile app sales. What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple yet effective the features are with Insider, I particularly like the 1:1 messages which are delivered to both our app browsers and customers. Cart abandonment carousel push notifications reveal Items left in a user’s cart within the same notifications in a visually appealing way. Such messages remind our browsers to return to the app to finish their purchase and increases conversions. This makes for a well-rounded customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Push notifications could potentially be improved with further eye-catching designs to prevent them from being a little repetitive, but that is just a personal opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through using Insider we have been able to tailor distinct and engaging messages which reach our customers in a highly effective way. We rarely see our customers abandon their carts for long periods of times as we are able to encourage our customers to pick up where they left off. We’ve seen an overall improvement in customer engagement and have converted browsers into customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The predictive segments aspect of the technology implemented by Insider is impressive. We can use these segments in Adwords. We only show our ads to those users and customers who are more likely to buy, using the likelihood to convert segment provided through the platform. This helps us use our ad budget more wisely and improves our customer acquisition costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything in particular, but additional demographic targeting would potentially improve this product.
Recommendations to others considering buying the product

Insider is a great app growth platform, we’ve seen so many aspects of this product improve our marketing strategy and more importantly our business margins in such a short space of time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Predicting a user’s likelihood to purchase is an extremely important aspect of marketing that was not being applied effectively in our previous mobile app marketing strategies. Through using Insider we have gained a better understanding of our app users and potential future customers. Our business has benefited greatly from the features of this product which has enabled us to increase conversions and improve our customer lifetime value.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting audience's attention with personalized rich push notifications. Also with he cart abandonment push it is possible to reach out those who left the cart and call them back to complete their purchases which lead to increase on CR.
Carousel push feature is highly beneficial as well, it enables you with segmented customers via enriched contents.

different creative templates could be added.

Reaching out the mobile app users as they are real person is great. There too many contents and now it is possible to reach them according to their own interest with segments.
Knowing the audience is impossible without segmentation and it is possible to create lots of segments. Also with predictive segments adwords budget is being optimized

Insider has various solutions for web, mobile web, ap and also with predictive algorithms it has solutions for online advertising channels as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use Insider mobile app panel. We are able to define our clusters by different segmentations & we are able to recall our non-active users by various dimensions. Along with the technical support, getting consulting on predictive marketing by Insider team is so helpful to improve our skills on growth management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to recall sent PN's both in IOS & Android in order to prevent possible mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider help us to define & understand our users' behaviours and it able us to predict their interests of our contents. Besides Insider is a supportive tool for us to ensuring our traffic targets & increase usage of our apps. We are glad to see our loyal users & embrace the new ones.
