Effortless Project Management with Clear Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to turn plans into clear, trackable work. I like how quickly you can break down big initiatives into projects, tasks, and subtasks with owners and due dates, then switch views (list, board, timeline) depending on how the team likes to work. The visibility is a big win because everyone can see status, priorities, and blockers without constant meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are locked behind higher tier plans, so scaling into more complex reporting and governance can increase costs. With very large projects, notifications can get noisy if you are not disciplined about settings and task hygiene. Also, there are many ways to structure work, so teams may need a bit of time to align on conventions (naming, tags, statuses) to stay consistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the core problem of fragmented work management across chats, spreadsheets, and email. By centralizing tasks, deadlines, ownership, and documentation, it improves execution and makes priorities transparent. This has reduced status meetings, improved handoffs between teams, and helped us deliver projects more predictably. It also supports operational workflows, including repeatable processes, approvals, and cross functional planning, so teams spend less time coordinating and more time doing the work.
Good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that they are user-friendly is super nice. I appreciate that they provide templates for us to work with and that they make communication easy in between tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
That collaborators can't see tasks in their board unless they're specifically assigned to them. I also don't like the due dates coming out in the calendar view. I would rather have it be another date field I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for cross-collaboration. Keeps everything streamlined and organized when there's a lot of moving parts.

Effortless Setup for Teams, Projects, and Portfolios
What do you like best about the product?
I like ow easy it was to set-up teams, projects and protfolios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike about the product, but their initial sales process was very slow. We were ready to buy and they wouldn't send on the document and invoice. Took then at least 4-5 days
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us project manage team and cross-functional projects all in one place. Removing friction between teams and allowing execs to see all projects and their progress in one place
Effortless Team Collaboration and Organization with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Asana because it lets me dump all my thoughts and ideas in one place and then organize them into a clear plan. It makes working with team members easy, from sharing tasks to collaborating through comments on everyone’s own timeline. I also like the flexibility around notifications, whether they come through email or directly in the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a bit of a learning curve at first with all the features available. One thing I’d also like to see improved is more automatic backlinking between related items. Overall though, once you get familiar with it, Asana is very intuitive and works extremely well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of scattered ideas, tasks, and communication. It gives me a single place to capture thoughts, organize work into systems, and collaborate with others without losing track of anything. The benefit is better focus, clearer priorities, and smoother teamwork with less back-and-forth.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate its intuitive interface, which makes navigation very straightforward. It gives me the flexibility to view projects in several formats, such as lists, kanban boards, or a calendar. Additionally, its automation features help me save a significant amount of time that would otherwise be spent on manual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that you can only assign a task to a single person at a time, which can occasionally make collaboration more difficult.

This tool has truly been an investment in my peace of mind. It provides complete clarity, removing any doubts about each person's responsibilities and lessening the need for frequent meetings.
User-Friendly and Feature-Rich—A Seamless Addition to My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user-friendliness of Asana. It's relatively simple to understand and use. The "rules" feature is also really nice as it can streamline certain aspects of my duties and what I need to finish in a timely manner. I also enjoy the calendar feature, since it lays out the timeline of certain projects. I really enjoy the template feature for projects too as it cuts down my time on creating new forms. It's great to integrate into my work day and I like that there is the feature to "email" asana to create a task from a certain email, it makes the incorporation and workflow so much easier to use. As someone who is new-ish to this software, I have greatly appreciated it's features and accessibility in my workday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that I dislike that you have to add templates to projects individually. There doesn't seem to be a way to add templates to multiple projects at once, which is only a small hindrance. For larger projects/portfolios, I wish there was a way to 'assign' those things to me so they don't slip off my radar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep everything clean and organized in a simple way that benefits how I like to work. The customization of Asana is really cool since I can incorporate the processes into how I work. It can be easy to forget tasks if I don't input them somewhere, so creating a process in Asana with projects and portfolios has really helped me pace at work. I feel that I can reasonably accomplish more work and keep better track of it than if I wasn't using asana.
