What do you dislike about the product?
Something I disliked about Asana while I was new was the number of features built into the platform. It seemed overwhelming at first, but pushing on past the learning curve, they made my work and life easier to manage.

As an Executive Assistant (EA), Asana has helped me in managing leadership’s calendar, tracking cross-departmental tasks, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Helpful platform that clarifies my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the tasks and sections features are set up. Customizable, but still clear. The different views like boards, timeline, and calendar help to boost my ability to strategize. The project templates and rules are time savers (once set up).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times I want to embed different tasks lists into a project. The save view feature helps to make this possible, but this does take an extra step and can be unintentionally undone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving having too many tasks to complete listed in different Google Docs, emails, slack messages, etc. It is beneficial to know all my tasks are in one place and I can prioritize them to not miss something.
User friendly - I would recommend.

It is easy to learn and use every day to work or for personal matters. I like that you can set up reminders of upcoming tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to properly edit the automations and sometimes it is easier to start over and duplicate the automations by turning off the first one that editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone on the teams can see who is doing what and that helps to balance the workload, as well as collaboration in the same task because many people can be assigned to it.

A Reliable Hub for Organized Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes project management very intuitive. The way tasks can be broken down into subtasks, assigned to team members, and tracked with deadlines keeps everyone accountable. I especially like the multiple viewing options list, board, calendar, and timeline because it allows each team member to manage work the way they prefer. Integrations with Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom also save us time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, the interface can feel a little overwhelming at first because of the number of features. Also, reporting could be more customizable for deeper insights, especially when tracking project progress across multiple teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has streamlined our workflow by keeping all tasks and deadlines in one place. Before, we relied on spreadsheets and emails, which made it easy to lose track of responsibilities. Now, our projects are more transparent, collaboration has improved, and nothing falls through the cracks. Productivity and accountability have both gone up significantly.

Organized and efficient platform for project and task management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how visually organized and easy to use Asana is. The ability to switch between list, board, and calendar views makes it flexible for different types of projects. Task assignments, due dates, and priority labels ensure that nothing gets missed. I also appreciate the integrations with other tools, which reduce duplication of effort and keep workflows smooth. The most helpful aspect is the way it centralizes all project tasks and updates in one place. It simplifies tracking responsibilities and enhances transparency across the team. Notifications and reminders keep everyone on track, and the progress tracking features make it easy to see where things stand at any point. The upsides include better accountability, reduced communication gaps, and more efficient use of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is very effective, the learning curve for new users can feel steep at first. Some advanced features are only available in paid plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Additionally, when projects grow very large, navigating tasks can feel a bit overwhelming without careful organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the problem of scattered tasks, unclear responsibilities, and missed deadlines by bringing everything into one organized platform. Instead of relying on long email threads or manual tracking, it centralizes projects, assigns clear ownership, and sets deadlines, which improves accountability. This benefits me by saving time, reducing confusion, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly with full visibility on progress. It also strengthens team collaboration, since everyone knows exactly what needs to be done and when.
