I love how Asana keeps me organized in managing the multiple businesses I own; without it, I would be lost. I find it incredibly easy to set up projects and tasks, and the Asana calendar is fantastic for tracking due dates. The ability to set up projects for each client and then define all the necessary tasks with due dates is a game-changer for my workflow. The calendar feature allows me to see what is due each day across all my projects, which is essential for maintaining my schedule. I also appreciate how user-friendly Asana is, even for newcomers, making the initial setup super easy. This ease of use stands out and shows how Asana values user experience, ensuring that anyone can dive into it without hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for Asana to incorporate with ChatGPT. ChatGPT helps me manage my daily tasks, and currently, I have to manually set them up in Asana. An integration between these two tools would streamline my workflow and save time.

I have found that since using Asana, I rely on it daily to keep up with my tasks, including integrating it with Google Drive and my email, which makes creating tasks easier than ever. I have yet to find something about Asana that I don't like in terms of functionality. I do wish there was more ability to customize appearance, but overall, there's nothing negative I have to say about Asana!
