What do you like best about the product?
The priority with tasks. It's great for brain-dumping all the things you have to do.

I like Asana, I think it's a great organizational tool.

Organization and collaboration.

The ease of creating projects and tasks and how user friendly it is! They put on great training webinars as well

Not many downsides that I have encountered while using this tool!

A project manager’s dream
What do you like best about the product?
It's like they thought of everything a project manager needs! The interface is extremely easy to navigate and learn quickly. I was shocked because there are so many features, I figured it would be messy, but it's the opposite. Very easy, organized, and has everything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! I'm hoping it will be easy to collaborate with external customers/stakeholders. That will be the next test on how much I love Asana, but it's off to a fantastic start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to design an implementation framework for our new product, and then using for implementation project plans with customers and internal stakeholders.

I didnt find a navigator at the start so browsing through is difficult to show me all benefits

I assign tasks to my juniors and then forget,The To-Do list format here will hopefully end the hassle

Organized and simple to us without detailed training due to intuitive icons and organization

Cost is prohibative for smaller non profits to include board members

What do you like best about the product?
If you understand the use cases, you are able to create a powerful bespoke tool to effectively and efficiently allocate and manage resources (people, time and money) across portfolios. With realistic capacity planning, people feel supported to create and sustain holistic well-being within the business environment

Thus far, the Facilitation Teams have been open to suggestions which is commendable. Being solution orientated and committing to share input with the Dev Team was encouraging to experience. There is a sense of building community to contribute to the continued progress and evolution of the tool, together

Makes my life So much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to track progress on specific goals. I can keep all documents related to a task attached directly to the task in Asana and enter progress updates and comments as I go. This makes it so much easier to keep track of every day tasks as well as long term projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is that not all external partners are willing to take on a new software. I have developed a work around by assigning myself their tasks to have 'oversight' over their progress. I document any updates on their progress so I still have the central location to track everything that I love so much.

Asana allows me to keep track of far more tasks than I would be capable of manually.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to access Fri phone or laptop
What do you dislike about the product?
It took awhile to understand it on phone. After going on laptop, it was understandable and then worked great!

Time Saver for Cross Collab Work!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is fun to use, creating rules and tasks, assigning collaborators, entering your description of what a task means to you, and adding the functions for your own project but also for other teams' visibility.
I also like the forms that can be created and how engaging they are when used to transfer to a specific task. The connectors with other Apps like Salesforce or Slack are pretty cool and avoid the need to send emails when a task is completed. I self-learned doing the Asana training and specialist courses, which I love about Asana; they give you the tools to learn it on your own.

What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot move forms from one project to another, please create that option! My team uses forms every day, an I get assigned tasks from these. So I will be using them with multiple projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating tasks based on email requests. I automated this process by creating a workflow that allows a team of 20 collaborators to share information with me. It saved me around 4 thousand minutes of task creation just in Q4 of 2024. I recommend this software 100%
