What do you like best about the product?
I've been loving my experience with Asana! As someone who thrives on making lists and tracking tasks to stay productive and efficient, this app has truly become my go-to tool.

Ease of Use: The interface is clean and user-friendly — even as a first-time user, it was easy to navigate and start organizing tasks right away.

Ease of Implementation: Getting started was quick and seamless. I didn’t need any special training or setup time to start using it effectively.

Customer Support: While I haven’t had to reach out often, the help resources available are super helpful and detailed, and I feel confident knowing support is there if I need it.

Frequency of Use: I use Asana every single day to keep track of tasks, collaborate, and stay focused on priorities.

Number of Features: It has everything I need — task assignment, due dates, tags, timelines, integrations, and more. It's packed with features but never feels overwhelming.

Ease of Integration: I love how easily it integrates with tools I already use, like Google Workspace and Slack, which makes the workflow smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, honestly! If I had to mention one thing, it would be that under “Projects,” the sort/filter settings don’t stay locked in like they do under “My Tasks.” It would be great if those settings could be saved automatically unless manually changed, just to streamline the workflow even more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me avoid overwhelm by turning all my ideas, tasks, and to-dos into structured, manageable lists. It solves the problem of juggling multiple responsibilities by giving me a clear overview of priorities, deadlines, and progress. That clarity helps me stay focused, meet deadlines, and feel accomplished at the end of each day. It’s like having a personal assistant that keeps everything on track.

I find it as a great tool for collaborating

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is meticulously designed for project management, I liked its features of task management, allowing us to create, assign, and track tasks with ease. Some of its features are amazing for instance drag and drop organization, dependencies, priority levels, and multiple view options like list, board, calendar, timeline etc etc, all these things offer amazing flexibility for different team needs. Our team had ease in completing our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its tasks should be automatically aligned or get numbered which don't. When a task is clicked complete they just disappear. If there was some sequence that would have been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it solved few big issues like collaboration on projects was really hard, project progress tracking, handling multiple projects, remote and distributed team challenges etc.

Asana: A Game-Changer for Project Management

  • April 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Asana continues to be the backbone of our daily operations. It's helps us keep our projects on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of work to put the framework together. I have been interested in changing our templates but it is a big project and requires a great deal of time. I wonder if this has changed with their implementation of AI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana, we struggled with scattered communication, unclear responsibilities, and a lack of visibility into project progress. Important details were often buried in email threads, tasks would fall through the cracks, and deadlines were missed simply due to lack of coordination.

Asana solves all of this by centralizing our work in one place. It gives us a clear structure for task assignments, timelines, and accountability. Everyone knows who’s doing what, by when—and how their work fits into the bigger picture. It eliminates guesswork, reduces duplicated efforts, and gives us real-time insight into how projects are tracking.

With Asana, we’ve moved from reactive to proactive project management, improving efficiency, accountability, and overall team collaboration.
