What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an important contact point for our team to communicate and organize tasks and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana helps our team to multi-task our projects using one platform to communicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving communication and reporting problems.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps our staff stay organized and keep track of projects. It allows us to keep a trail that our staff can follow so we always know what they're working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
No specific downsides. The one sugesstion I have would be to possibly add more tracking features that allow staff to be more specific about project statuses and updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is allowing my boss to see how my projects are progressing and we can see what items are still outstanding and what is being accomplished.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can stay on track with the tasks I have at hand, as well as look to see what it upcoming that will need to be completed later down the line!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to use it to its full potential at time, but I just need to train up more on it!

Asana is solving the fear of missing to complete a task. I am confident Asana helps be stay up to date with what needs to be completed and when.
Great way to communicate on project status
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows you to organize tasks, projects, and portfolios to keep track of your efforts. You can also add teammates as collaborators so that they're kept up to date. Easy and ready to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Asana is a habit that has to be developed. If you're working with other teams who don't routinely use Asana to track projects, you may have to poke the bear more often to get status updates that you can add, yourself, to Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows my team to quickly communicate project status updates.
Asana is great for businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for recurring tasks and projects. It will keep you on track and will keep your team all in the know. You can see which parts of a project are completed and what you are waiting on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is something you need to put a lot of time into, but when you do, it is awesome. After the first year and all tasks are entered, it makes the following year very smooth.

No problem at the moment.
Simple, flexible, and easy to use kanban board for my projects.

I can quickly set up a new project for free, I use it even on small personal projects that I'm the only member on.

I would like a few additional features to be free that currently require a paid plan.

A Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I really like it because it offers a dynamic task management system that integrates deadlines, priority levels, and collaborative tools. The calendar and notification features ensure no deadlines are missed, and tasks are efficiently delegated across teams. Its intuitive interface makes task tracking straightforward, allowing attorneys and staff to focus more on client needs and less on administrative hurdles. I use it everyday and its really easy to use between coworkers and also it was really easy to integrate it with our law firm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes customizing workflows, tasks and navigating the system can be overwhelming, requiring significant time and effort to set up and master the tasks set up and the follow up dates but once someone spends time it gets easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a legal firm we handle case files, client records, and correspondence. A CRM must efficiently manage this high volume of data without compromising system speed or reliability. We found that is really easy to share documents and keep them with each client as its easier than having an outside folder with all the documents.
Great for project management and team managers.
What do you like best about the product?
I joined a team which was weeks away from a major event, had no idea what was needed or who was doing what and seemed to not care. Once I figured out a good overview, and assigned them tasks using Asana, they became more engaged with the work. Their stress levels went down and their deliverables were more timely and better quality. The team began to work with each other. Asana made these things possible, with relatively little effort from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features I could learn to truly utilize Asana, however I do not have the time to learn them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps my teams to stay organized, to understand workflow, and to collaborate together more easily.
Asana helps me NOT loose my mind!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana because it helps organize all my thoughts and see them in front of me. I don't have to think too hard to try and remeber what I have to do for the day, instead I create a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using Asana. It helps make everyone's lives easier and helps establish a clear line of communication throughout our team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use it is, and that I can create complex to-do list items for myself or team members. I also think there's a lot of value in the free "basic" version, including great ability to integrate with Google Drive and timekeeping apps like Clockify.
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes complicated to plan when to upgrade based on the options of paying for seats across teams or departments. It can also be confusing to manage access to different team or projects.

Keeping track of who has done what!
