Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, it's easy to use and allows for unlimited cutomizations. Plus, there are templates you customize if you don't want to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have an undo button and it also doesn't have the ability to record and save voice memos right on the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of everything electronically and eliminates paper. Provides cloud access to all my information.
Best Management Platform Thusfar!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes collaboration within a team easy. You can communicate tasks to your full taem using Asana. It helps with workflow as well, keeping us all on time with our deadlines getting the job done!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of Asana that aren't user friendly and require additional training, which is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is by far the best project management software out there. I've been using it for over 10 years, and I've loved it the entire time. It continues to improve and add features while staying competitive in pricing. It's the only project management software I've found that allows the same task to live in multiple places, and allows multiple views per project. For example, other softwares prioritize ONE view, such as list view (similar to a spreadsheet with columns & rows - like Monday.com), Kanban view (cards that can be moved between columns, like Trello), Gantt (timline with dependencies) view, or calendar view. But Asana can seamlessly do ALL of them at the same time. And different people can use it or view it differently (because our brains don't all work the same!). It's super easy to add guest users to allow clients or others to collaborate without having to pay for a team seat, which makes collaborating with clients and contractors seamless. I would highly, highly recommend using Asana - I even use it for my personal lists and help my kids with their homework in Asana. It's also super fun, with "extra delight" and don't forget the super funny, random Tab+B feature that's been there since the beginning. I couldn't do what I do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have nothing about Asana I don't like. I do think there could be more/improved features, but since the beginning Asana hasn't stopped implementing new things, so I know if there's something not there yet, they're probably already working on it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes sure all of us are aware of the work that's happening across our team. Once you do the setup and training of your team (which you have to do no matter what processes you use), it makes our work more efficient.
Effortless project management
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve use Asana for daily for a while now, and it has truly help me organize all my tasks. Asana's user-friendly interface makes it simple to navigate and complete tasks. I am able to integrate with my mail too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to add text into tasks and with no formatting available I am unable to make this as more important. I rather add a word file as an attachment that writing it over there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than keeping sticky notes, I can now keep track of all my tasks at a single place
Task management has been made easy using Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using asana for less than 6 months but within this i can assure that all my tasks are now marked with priority, deadlines, responsible users. It is easier to view all my tasks and assign them to people. I have integrated with gmail to recieve notifications on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options of setting deadline and the tasks gets duplicated if 2 members are added making it confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to maintain an excel or sticky notes to know where and when I have to complete a task
Asana makes work easier to track!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes work across our organization easier to track, monitor, and follow up on. It is a great tool to keep all the information about a project in one place and create reminders and build sub-tasks. I highly recommend it.

There isn't anything I would change about asana at this time.

Asana makes it easy to connect on a project and keep others updated in a streamlined fashion. It is a great place to build the strategic plan and monitor and update throughout the year.

What do you like best about the product?
It cuts down on distraction and keeps my team's work and communication about the work all in one place. It's one of the best collaborative workspaces I've ever used, and I find it equally useful for thinking through and organizing solo projects and tasks. It has been a gamechanger in our ability to be efficient when dealing with repetitive tasks; people love the happy unicorn that accompanies completing some tasks.
It's far more more easy to implement than it appears at first, due to the fact that it can accomodate various work styles - from kanban and calendars to projects and lists to "just show me my assigned tasks and let me get them done." We now use Asana every day and it is the foundation of all our work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because we previously used - and still use - so many other software tools, it took my team quite a while to get used to staying in Asana to focus on their work. That learning curve was worth it, though, especially since we have started setting up integrations, and know that customer support is there for us as we add more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure no customer falls through the cracks while keeping our team cohesive despite team members belonging to multiple organizations and working from remote locations across the country.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a tremendous help for our team to project management multiple client projects at once and work effectively together behind the scenes as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
A major downside is how rules aren't able to be created to run specifically to a particular project. For my team's use, rules are created in separate places but overlap in other projects that the rule isn't necessary. It would be helpful to have rules that are specific to the project with the option to be applied to others if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management! It helps our team effectively manage clients projects and individual tasks.
Project Management made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Creating and managing tasks to suit my needs. I personally prefer the list view but having the calendar and gant view options there is handy for for more time senstitive projects. I would live to try integration with other apps (such as dropbox) which my organisation has yet implement and see what else it has to offer since what I've seen so far does not disappoint
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd prefer if the inbox section seperates task completion notifications from actual messages from team members. Also as a side note, if there were any features I haven't used yet then I tried to give a neutral score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks, subtasks with custom field tags which allow me to see who is working on things and how the current progress is.
