Very Robust!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very robust project management tool. It can be used in the most basic fashion (task list) all the way to creating and managing a large project and assigning team mates/co-workers to help. You can assign due dates and specific people to certain tasks and even create dependencies that will trigger other tasks. It easily connects to other apps for integration (I often turn actionable emails into tasks w/in Asana just with a single click). There are a number of articles. videos and additional help through the Asana Academy where you can learn to take advantage of the features offered.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so feature full, it is difficult to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am juggling many different internal projects and Asana is very helpful to keep me on task and focused on next steps through the task list and collaboration features. I am sure there are additional features that would be beneficial, but I have not learned them all yet.
Task management with high level adjustments to customize per company requirement

Certain roles unable to adjust to my linking. For egzample if I want to created roles base on my custom status level, recuring task being auto - posted for new due date are posted in completed section - this is not good.

Task map per responsible part and due date - easy to track
Upcoming tasks to decide what to prioritize - helps with those type of decision making
Ad Hoc task assignement - to see which member has less workload ahead - helps with crew time management

Asana in the Workplace.
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Asana for a few different jobs, and as far as project progress tracking, it's pretty excellent. You're able to build easy to follow checklists, and set due dates, as well as expand on those tasks with links and documents if you need to. My company has switched to this for pretty much all project tasks, so we're using it daily, and weekly to track how things are going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting everyone to actively use and integrate their workflow into asana is kind of difficult, because some folks are averse to new technology, or the way they work doesnt mesh well. Patience, and training go a long way towards getting everyone onboarded. It's not hard, but getting eveyones processes adjusted takes a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all projects and progress in one location, and having several teams within it, to see how everything is working together.
Asana is the backbone of our project management efforts.

Asana is a solid project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create projects and assign tasks to my teammates. It makes accountability far easier than email and Slack discussions. I use Asana daily in order to keep track of my various projects and teammates' bandwidth, so it's been very helpful. I also integrated with Slack to get updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to manage large numbers of projects when teammates don't necessarily follow the same templates and best practices. As much as I would love for everyone to use the same methods, it's unreasonable to expect it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me and my team organize our projects, timelines, and task owners. We had previously used Trello, but we all prefer the UI and readability of Asana.
Organization for the entire team
What do you like best about the product?
Before Asana I was admittedly using a basic task tracker app disconnected from my team. With my new organization with full Asana implementation, I can see how my old job could have excelled with organization provided by Asana. It's easy to use, was easy to integrate into as a newbie, and has a decent amount of features to scale the app for functionality across our entire company.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe really, and it may be due to user error, is that it's hard to get a big picture on task dependent or large portfolio project builds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves communication and project deadline tracking issues across the entire team so that every teammate is held accountable and deadlines are met more efficiently.

Keeping supervision apprised of the progress of a project.
Everything on track, everyone on task
What do you like best about the product?
It replaces everything else and brings our many projects into one, easy repository.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have redundancies with projects living on multiple boards and it's difficult to root those out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage dozens of simultaneous projects for 20+ clients. It's essential to keep client projects separated, visible, and progressing across all stages and tasks, including video, copy, UX/UI, design, sales funnel/demad gen and more. We reply on the notes, links, and deep collaboration Asana provides, as well as integrating into our scorecard for performance tracking.
