Asana for project management and task management
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to move tasks around from project to project. I'm a big fan of the collaboration tools. I also enjoy how Asana is evolving over time and adding new updates. Plus, it's aesthetic and easy to learn. Implementation is straightforward and I use this tool daily. It's just a simple and intuitive project management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its advantages are also its weaknesses. Being so simple it lacks some advanced project management features. Some of these features I would love are dependent task modification for Gantt charts (as in, when I push the date back on one task, a toggle exists that allows me to set up Asana to push all other tasks due dates/start dates back that same amount). I don't think Asana has built-in Critical Path for Gantt charts as well, which prevents our whole team from using Asana. Finally, as far as I can tell, revision tools for reviewing images and commenting/reviewing multiple versions of an image asset are pretty limited. Maybe there's a plug-in for this, but at the moment, intensive image review details do not exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and Compartmentalization, basically allows me to envision an entire project from start to finish in an organized fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel that asana is a better version of google collabs . The ui is organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there is noting missing atm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Random task when you start the application. I feel that it might obligateyou to worry about those task.

Asana: A Strategic Planner and Orchestrator
What do you like best about the product?
I rate how it effectively connects teams, assigns tasks, sets objectives and timelines. How it helps us orchestrate work, strategize, have more clarity, check on progress, collaborate, oversee entire campaigns. A dream for us project and operations managers!
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to have time-tracking features. Its data export needs improving too. An its cost as well. But otherwise it's a very reliable work manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What it does superbly is work planning, orchestration, assignment and management. It gives us more clarity on projects, helps us be strategic and organized, gets us to tangibly deliver.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps us keep our many projects organized! I love being able to manage my tasks for all of my "jobs" in one place by switching back and forth between organizations right from the home page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any major complaints. I wish it was easier to get team members on board with using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay connected with team members, delegate tasks, and know what is expected of me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the many features that Asana provides from uploading documents to timelines to stay current with ongoing projects with my business. It keeps me on track and organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything that I dislike! Asana is super user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me utilize my ideas that I put in place for my social media when I am doing the Marketing for my business. As a business owner it is helpful in keeping track of my analytics and finacial reports, plus the versility of implementing digital marketing for my business.
Excellent and affordable for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
We are a nonprofit of about 20 people. We love using Asana to keep projects organized, scheduled, and assigned. It's also very affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot to use that we don't necessarily know about.

Schedule at a glance. How many projects are currently being worked on any given day.

Can not sort or filter the tasks within a project by due date in calendar view.

Seeing our schedule on daily basis and upcoming tasks, helps us to plan work force.

Clean, smooth and easy-to-follow project and task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat one-way integrations, such as outlook not allowing the use of templates to set up tasks. Lack of support for newer integrations such as Motion AI Calendar.

Organization at a large scale, allowing me to stay vigilant with my workload.
