Power, Scalable, Intuitive PM System
What do you like best about the product?
Affordability, flexibility, and intuitive UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app can be slightly clunky depending on how tasks are set-up. I wish I could link header sections to other boards (not just tasks and subtasks).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is an affordable, scalable project management tool allowing us to create and adhere to workflow--while also allowing us to easily update when processes need to change.
Asana Makes Project Organization and Team Collaboration Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is how easy it is to organize tasks and projects. The interface is intuitive, and features like boards, lists, and timelines make it simple to track progress. I also like the collaboration tools — it’s easy to assign tasks, set deadlines, and communicate with teammates all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming if you have a lot of projects at once. Some features, like reporting or advanced automation, can also take time to learn. Overall it’s very useful, but there’s a small learning curve for getting the most out of it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of managing multiple tasks and projects at the same time. Instead of juggling emails, spreadsheets, or sticky notes, everything is organized in one place with clear deadlines and responsibilities. For me, this means less stress, better prioritization, and more efficient teamwork, since I always know what needs to be done and by when.
Meets Expectations for Non-Tech Staff
What do you like best about the product?
I've used other task management platforms before and the general functionality Asana provides is very closely aligned with the functionality present in the industry. A way that Asana stands out is that tasks can be cross-posted to multiple boards, allowing teams or individuals to manage their task list views in a more comprehensive way that aligns with their workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI integrations perform poorly. Adding boards from outside sources appears to be restricted to AI (or at least is presented so that seems like the only option) and would be better if individual columns could be mapped by individuals. Nearly 50% of imported material is not migrated over in most cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is allowing our team to better organize and standardize major projects, while also keeping us on track for day to day deliverables. Moving to this platform was the fresh start we needed from our previous platform, since its interface is not quite as daunting as some found our previous platform.
Easy-to-Use Workload & Cross-Team Project Management with Goal Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Work load management, cross-team functional project management, goal tracking and key result tracking. Very easy to use, and makes it convenient for daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross-function team working can be sometime a bit tricky with assigning other team members and then it now showing up on their side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure project time need and resources are aligned, splitting tasks between colleagues, tracking progress of projects and takss throughout the quarter
Flexible Task Management with Powerful Process Optimization
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the flexibility in task management. Furthermore, its intelligence is extremely powerful, as it optimizes processes and facilitates the organization of each of my activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price to add just one more person is quite high, because the platform forces you to purchase license packages in bulk rather than adding a single user as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Powerful and sophisticated, Asana saves me time by using standardized templates that help speed up my processes. Best of all, it helps mitigate burnout thanks to its excellent workload visualization, which makes it easier to see what’s on my plate and plan accordingly.

Intuitive, Easy-to-Use UI with Seamless App Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use, with an intuitive UI that anybody can understand at first sight. It also integrates well with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve used both JIRA and Asana. Asana lacks some features like epics, stories, etc., and I think it should offer some kind of support for these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles cross-functional work very well and provides clear visual clarity for stakeholders.
Robust Collaboration Platform with Minor Automation Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana to create duplicatable processes for tasks repeated across all departments. The biggest area it stands out is in cross-team collaboration and automation capabilities to move tasks through a flow. I love how robust Asana is; I can upload files into tasks, create templates, and multi-home tasks, allowing me to get a lot of my work done all in one place. I really like portfolios too—being able to see dashboards and create custom views has been helpful for decision-making and keeping our executive team in the loop on progress. The reporting is excellent for quickly assessing where there might be bottlenecks or risk of not meeting project deadlines. It’s easy to bring people in with tagging in comments or assigning tasks, so we can quickly get back in alignment with timing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could apply automations to specific tasks and not just try to funnel down layers of conditions to get a task updated the way I need. I would also love to see more capabilities with formulas. Adoption has been a struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to create duplicatable processes and enhance cross-team collaboration with automation. It allows me to multi-home tasks, upload files, and quickly spot project bottlenecks with reporting. The ability to use dashboards and create custom views supports decision making.
Adaptable and Stress-Reducing for Construction Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana is adaptable to different jobs, especially in construction. It keeps track of all the time and labor. The best thing about it is it keeps the job on track and helps keep it under budget, which reduces my stress exponentially on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, I have issues with large scale projects, like high rise buildings, 25 to 34 story projects. Sometimes it doesn't adapt to AutoCAD, except in the actual print. When it's a lot of data, it's bottlenecked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps the team linked up and jobs on track while staying under budget, which reduces my stress exponentially on a daily basis.
Effortless Automation and Project Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Easy automation and project tracking and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interfaces can get complicated and redundant if care isn't taken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping my team manager calendars, streamline project management and close feedback loops and allow for easy task integration with automation and task management.
