Great performance monitoring.
What do you like best about the product?
Before I started using Asana, it was very difficult to manage and oversee how well my team was doing their work. The twenty of us found it easy to make Asana part of our everyday operations. Monitoring projects is much simpler now than it used to be. For a small problem I encountered, their chat support was quick in response time and efficient in resolving the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s really nothing to dislike. Everything works well, and we’re looking forward to maximizing its use to further enhance our team’s performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, our task completion was hindered by fragmented communication through emails, making it difficult to track all necessary information. Asana has centralized our communication and task management, providing clear visibility into task progress and resource utilization. This has eliminated our reliance on Excel for tracking, offering a more efficient and accurate way to manage our project.
First Impressions, a few weeks in.
What do you like best about the product?
Quick to raise a new task and put a priority next to it. Have already improved by own organisation and starting to introduce other teammates to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having only use it for a couple of weeks, i'm yet to see anything I don't like, the layout is straightforward and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many different roles and tasks that occur on a daily basis, I am now being able to separate these out, prioritise them and set dates which allows me to see everything together in one list and see what needs to be actioned next. This means I am ensuring I do not forget small (but important) tasks and means I can clear my head of the task until it pops up next!
Extremely effective work management tool - when set up well!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is by far the best tool I have used to track projects from start to finish. I use it daily to keep track of my tasks and keep long-term projects in view.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the basics of Asana are easy to master, creating unique workflows with templates/forms/rules/etc. definitely takes a bit of practice and training to figure out. However, once you do, that is where the true efficiencies shine!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping us track numerous projects across numerous teams, and we are now starting to use it to help track company goals.
Best for Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana design easy to understand everyone, including beginners can get started easily.

But there was limitations of free plan, if you can use full features, you can upgrade the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I simply create a task for my project and assign it there, allowing team members to collaborate on tasks, share files, leave comments, and have discussions within projects.

Its solving the problem of too many tasks - its helps you and your org stay organized to the best of your ability
A wonderful, collaborative project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. The UI is neat and concise. It facilitates team communication effectively. The calendar or project view shows exactly what needs to be done across different teams with clear timelines. Also the notifications help us keep a track on project/task deadlines. I enjoyed using Asana and would recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like a clutter though for users who would be using it during their initial period. Since it's a collaborative tool, if there are multiple users then it becomes a little overwhelming keeping a track of changes that were made. In that case version history is checked to find out the changes made. This process can be tiresome sometimes.

A positive experience with project management programs like Asana includes efficiently managing projects through streamlined task assignments, real-time updates, and improved team communication and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities in project management tools like Asana need enhancement, particularly in bulk updates for project notifications and rules. It would be beneficial to have the ability to create rules for automatically distributing workloads across projects and tasks. While I understand this might introduce complexity, having the option to test such features would be greatly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic workflow rules to update task status based on assignee actions would greatly streamline project management processes.
Organization is Key!
What do you like best about the product?
On my team, we tell our stakeholders that "if it's not in Asana, it doesn't exist." And that is the truth because it is something I use every single day, all day. It helps to keep me organized, know what my tasks are, communicate with whomever I need, update and it just makes it easy to have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some internal user functions can be confusing, but I think I just need to take more time to understand. I haven't had any major issues with it, which is awesome!

Organization, task management, project management, working with other teams aside from mine, etc.
User Friendly, Easy to start but powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to start with Asana. The interface is clean and user-friendly. Their initial tutorials on how to get started are easy to follow.

Asana is far more powerful than it appears at first glance. Starting to access the more advanced feautures can also be a bit intimidating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run operations at a small start-up, where I wear many hats. Asana helps me stay on track with the various departments' tasks, and the daily to-do list email helps me stay on task.
Easy to Use Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly, and the interface is intuitive even for a non-IT person. I look forward to learning how to use all of the features available to me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am just a beginner in Asana, adn am hoping that there are not too many things that will inhibit my team from using the platform.

It is helping me and my team stay on top of our tasks and recurring projects.
