Comprehensive project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that tasks can be linked to boards which keeps everything nice and tidy. There are also many view options which is great to accommodate lots of different user preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if Asana linked to our HR system to show staff unavailabilites when they are on annual leave. This would help to avoid tasks being assigned to someone that is on annual leave. There is an option to show when you're out but only when are are out in that moment, not forecasting future leave.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything in one place with transparency across our marketing team.

What do you like best about the product?
Super useful for organization, time management, and keeping track of team tasks, priorities, and productivity. Asana also provides plenty of helpful training resources to get started, both live and on your own time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems like alot at first and takes a while to get reoriented nad get a hang of the system.

Asana helps make worflows more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Asana offers many automations which enables you to make your workflow much more efficient. It also allows you to work with many teams across your organization all in one place, without having to navigate between other platforms like Slack and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little difficiult to encourage everyone in an organization to use Asana, as some find it a little complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep track of multiple projects in one place. The status update feature helps me understand where each project is at which prevents me from feeling lost and confused.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of collaboration with team members across different timezone. Integrations with GitHub and Drive for tracking the updates and docs in one place. Great for managing multiple dependent projects on one board and tracking co dependency between tasks

The board management is not very intuitive how we have in JIRA.

It's integrations with other tools like Jira.

No integration with Confluence although this has been raised by many people.

I like that I can create a workflow for a process in Asana and assign tasks to my team.

I found Asana to be a great tool. I can't think of any dislikes.

Asana helps to make sure that a project -in this case, a legal matter- stays on track and that my team knows all of the steps involved and where we are in the event that a client calls to ask for an update.
