Collaboration and Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the multiple ways we can communicate both internally and with our clients in Asana. It keeps us out of our email and focused on actual tasks and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automations had more options. We have a lot of custom fields in our library but cannot do WHERE style automation using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a way to communicate with our clients and hold them accountable.
User friendly and lots of useful features
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy it was to use, which was great at bringing in others from the company and selling the idea of using it to them. It was clear what was outstanding, and customisable to my businesses needs.
We were able to use it everyday for most tasks and was not a pain to update, which other project management software providors struggle with.
The onboarding was easy and it took less than a day to set up to have for all our projects. It was easy to integrate into our teams and it became the basis for a lot of our meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little pricey once you started to bring more users in which was a barrier to growth and using it more. I think its good value for money, but for small businesses it is a bit of an outlay.
I didnt like the graphics when you tick a task off, it was a bit of sensory overload.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was very easy to make chunks of work and projects with Asana and it solved the problem of our project management. It was easy to assign tasks to people and importantly, assign sub tasks and assign dependencies.
Great work management platform for this hybrid-mid size company
What do you like best about the product?
Asana UI is pretty easy to understand. Even the most cautious users can benefit from its basic task management while more advance users have the ability to dive deep into its full features. Most of our users use Asana every day. It has taken us about a year to semi-fully implement the tool. Their help articles are typically concise and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana semi-recently changed it's training platform. It is not as easy to navigate anymore, which is a bummer. It seems to be not as interactive or easy to digest as it once was. It seems like they removed some training too. Some of the more complete features of Asana are not as easy to integrate and I haven't been able to find the right support needed to implement them in our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows multiple teams to cross-collaborate in live time while being across the country. It also helps us stay organized with housing all of our work and task management in one place. Its integration with Google workspace is new for us but seems to be a gamechanger too, allowing for better collaboration across not only teams but tools.

Asana appears impressive and offers a high level of user-friendliness and assistance. Asana consistently enhances and updates the software.

I prefer Asana since it is more advantageous to me.

Sometimes it's hard to find projects and keep the overview in many projects.
There are not many integration that can be linked with this software,I need an integration with GitHub and has make request to the developer but still no response.

Asana not only allows you to create a project but also delegates subtasks within the project to co workers and set deadline,this ensure everyone know their responsibilities and when their tasks are due

They are great at providing trainings and there are so many capabilities.

There are a couple missing features; however, they are always adding more features!

Not much! I wish the my tasks view was a bit more customizable. Customer support can be hard to reach
