Asana is a highly customizable organization tool.
The segmentation tools are very useful to track employees time across specific project and clients.

The organization, templates, automation, and ease of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a useful tool but the more I learn about it the better I get with it! So far I haven't found any negatives.

High level reporting on projects across a variety of departments

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has helped our team to clarify tasks and assign them to the correct person. It is easy to keep track of due dates and progress on each project and task. Asana has steamlined our workflow by allowing employees to leave comments and questions on tasks for their supervisor to answer and explain. It was very easy to integrate Asana into our day-to-day work. Attending the training provided by Asana helped us to hit the ground running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally would love to see the option to assign multiple people to a task so that whoever gets to it first can pick it up and people can collaborate on tasks as well as projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us to keep track of where we are with our workplans.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best project management tool that allows for cross-team collaboration. Being able to easily connect multiple projects and teams through tasks and projects makes the tool easy to adopt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without spending a lot of time setting up your team for success, Asana can feel like a lot of busy work. It takes a lot of thought and adoption from the whole team in order to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows us to organize tasks and projects with different teams and stakeholders through tasks and milestones within projects. It creates a clear view of where the project is at at all times and is easy to present to key stakeholders in simplicity.

Easy to use, easy to sell to your team as a useful tool, easy to customize and make it to replicate your processes projects projects, efficient way to keep track, assign and follow up to yours, and your team's tasks

You have to use it carefully, assign roles correctly for people not to make mistakes making changes

How easy it is to separate teams and assign different tasks. Being able to add comments to tasks is also useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When just starting out there is a lot to learn but once u get the hang of it, everything is fine.

Asana prevents the need to use multiple platforms just to communicate. You can assign tasks, share files, leave comments and everything you need to collaborate on a project in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a really handy tool that helps my teams stay organized and work more efficiently. It lets us keep track of tasks, prioritize them, and even automate some stuff to make big projects less overwhelming. It's great for day-to-day organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Asana takes time, especially if your team isn't used to it. Asana gives help, but it's mostly up to your team to figure it out. Still, it's worth it, even if there are hiccups at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is keeping everything organized so we don't have to stress about remembering every little thing. It's got cool stuff like rules and custom fields that make our work easier to handle. Asana helps us work better together, talk clearer, and get more stuff done, making us super productive.

I wish sending messaging through Asana was easier, they often got lost in the chaos of things.
