I use Asana to create portfolios, tasks, and subtasks and collaborate with others. It is integrated into my daily workflow, where when a new task is assigned to a project, we note it, set up starting and due dates and completion dates, and assess complexity and workload indicators.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is intuitive for streamlining. Even with little knowledge of the program you can still increase productivity with the bare minimum feature usage. It is easily integratable for everyday use.

There are a lot of parts to try to teach a team.

Asana makes it so that we can assign tasks and keep track of all of the work that is being done so that we don't miss anything as a team.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana are a few key limitations regarding its integration capabilities with other applications. Firstly, it lacks the ability to automatically create tasks from certain types of emails, which can hinder workflow efficiency. Additionally, the inability to send direct messages to individuals on Slack from Asana is a significant drawback, as it complicates communication.
Moreover, some functionalities feel insufficiently developed. For instance, the rules feature does not allow for rules to be deactivated; the only option is to remove them entirely. This can be cumbersome when adjustments are needed without completely eliminating the rule.

Asana is a great tool for project planning and tracking. Their live trainings and resources on their website are very helpful to get you started and to learn about the more advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana could do with further improvements and added features to make the tool truly useful to the level required for more complex or detailed projects.

The ability to track task and projects with ease! It has been pretty seamless to implementate into my workflow. I typically use Asana for my daily task.

Insightful dashboards streamline task management and collaboration

What is most valuable?
The dashboard is the most valuable feature because other features are more or less common with similar platforms. The dashboards are really insightful and easy to use.
What needs improvement?
The main dashboard, where there is a list, needs improvement. It should have some memory because if you navigate back and forth, it does not show your last position. It should remember where you were, so it returns you to the same part of the list, instead of the first item, to avoid losing flow.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been working with Asana for about six months.
How was the initial setup?
During the initial setup, I found it was close to easy, rating it a nine out of ten.
What other advice do I have?
I would rate Asana eight out of ten overall.

Helps me manage projects better and the training on AI really helps me to see how I can use it better.

It takes awhile to get used to and to have it be a part of my routine for the day.
