The Timeline view is incredible for mapping out dependencies, and the automated workflows have saved me hours of repetitive admin work. It's robust enough to handle our biggest company initiatives, but simple enough that new hires learn it on day one."

What do you dislike about the product?
I think all the features are helpful and will be utilized. I do not dislike anything about Asana (other than the price for the Pro version).

Simplified My Business Workflow with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana helps me track my time and manage my capacity, allowing me to do everything in one place without relying on multiple platforms. The ease of use and simple UI are fantastic, making navigation so easy that admin tasks don't take up precious time. It was a huge upgrade from manually using Notion, and the initial setup was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could only pay for one seat as I'm a solo business owner and would like to upgrade to the Pro plan but can't justify the price for two seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to track my time and manage my capacity, doing everything in one place instead of relying on multiple platforms. Its ease of use and simple UI mean the admin doesn't take up much time.

It's extremely helpful in organizing my team's many requests and we are able to see each other's status'

I wish the rules were available to be customized with my account type

Project management, burnout, organization, and most importantly, reporting on these tasks to map out our workload per quarter
Asana Makes Daily Task and Project Management Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a helpful tool for managing my daily tasks, as well as the tasks that need to be completed within the organization. I also like being able to locate all tasks within projects and portfolios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how clicking into one task can lead me down a rabbit hole of other tasks, making me lose track of the original task and causing confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us maintain transparency in task tracking. It keeps our tasks organized and easy to follow, which minimizes back-and-forth and reduces unnecessary internal conversations.
Ideal for Beginners, Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I just love that Asana is free for an individual user, which is such a great thing because I hate having to pay for something that you don't get a chance to really use. It sounds like there are practice documents available even though I'm not working with a company and don't have a database to learn with, and there's also a lot of training material made available, which is very nice for a learner. It seems like the team is just ready to help. I like the different ways you can visualize information quickly and that it updates everybody all at once, though I'm not sure how unique that is. The initial setup was really easy and it's very simple. And the integration with Zoom works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I realy haven't used enough to know yet. It is a shame it doesn't have a Sharepoint integration yet

I love that Asana offers a free version for individual users and provides plenty of accessible practice documents and training materials. It easily integrates with Zoom, and I like how it allows quick visualization of information and updates everyone simultaneously.

It can get feel overwhelming very easily if it is implemented in a certain way without flexibility for change - more dependent on the user
Pulling reports can be hard with subtasks since they don't show up as part of the project plan in excel sheets.

It helps guide my conversations. It helps me track updates. It gives us a standard project plan through templates so I don't have to start from scratch.
