Best Productivity Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Asana helps me handle multiple projects at once. The newly launched Timesheets and Budgets add-on is perfect for tracking our runway and managing grant allocations efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana should really think on the pricing model they offer, even with the free plan when you signup you will be automatically given some pro features like timeline, chart etc and after 30 days you will be locked out of your own data and will be asked to upgrade your plan to unlock your data, sure you can export your data but it is not as efficient/useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps in managing my different projects easily. Be it be project research, team management, task management or any other thing that you can expect from a productivity management tool you will find here.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana made the top of our shortlist because it solves an internal need to have a shareable marketing calendar, while allowing us to keep track of all our tasks and projects, and only share out "drop dates" for specific campaign actions to the external organization.

It is easy to use, easy to learn, flexible, and feature rich. If you're looking for a marketing project management solution, check out Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once our licenses were provisioned, there were 102 guests and active users no longer associated with our domain from years ago that needed to be cleaned out. This should not have happened, but it's easy to get past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a visibility issue across our team, and with the marketing calendar, a visibility issue across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations, the automations
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that you can’t see tasks on your board when someone adds you as a collaborator but you’re not on the same board. I also find it frustrating that once you accidentally create a task, all the mistaken subtasks stay there forever because the rules are applied automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing team information, keeping it updates and assign actions clearly.

Asana is very easy to use. Unlike other softwares, it has a better interface too which is quite intractive.

Sometimes it takes a bit time to update.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are so many ways to customize Asana to what you need. Once you get the hang of it, it's very user friendly and easy to navigate. I like being able to keep everything for my business in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve. Also you can use templates but if you choose to customize, setting everything up the way you want it can be a bit time consuming. But once it's done it's done!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my to-do items and workflows in one place that is easy to access from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great for collaboration, simple integrations with slack, good training options, use this every day! I wouldn't be able to keep track of my project and team tasks without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Jira is not ideal. Bulk actions make the tool glitch a bit. Customer support is cumbersome and not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our organization to collaborate (avoiding siloed work!).
