What do you like best about the product?
Detailed threads for Task Management love to create sub rasks

load times is longer sometime . lazy load

It solves basic problems like task mangement, it is a social media like you can assign the task set the date ask for the update or set the priority

Powerful but easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a blessing for our small nonprofit that has been stuck using clunky workspace tools with few integrations and automations. A lot of our time is spent "doing" but it's hard to track across teams that are also cross-functional. Asana has so far been able to help us alleviate these pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far cost is the biggest pain point but we greatly appreciate the nonprofit discount (application required, 50% off per seat). That has been a big help and worth every penny for improvement of productivity and better tracking of outcomes and projects!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping us track cross-functional teams and projects more efficiently so things don't "slip through the cracks" and provide an at-a-glance update on demand.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me stay organized, manage projects easily while collaborating with project teams. I am just getting introduced to the AI features but look forward to incorporating them - especially the smart summaries, goals, and custom field recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quarky things here and there but overall I have really enjoyed using this product.

Awesome project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like having all tasks that need to be done to complete a project in one location with the ability to delegate as needed. The integrations with google drive and calander are awesome as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only used it for a few days now but it takes some time to learn the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of responsibilities and communication of expectations between employees and departments.

Saves Time with Intuitive UI and Powerful Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana's UI is easy to understand and pleasant, making it efficient to use. Their training program is outstanding, with great courses that are thorough and easy to take. I also appreciate that notifications are flexible and can happen via email or OS notification. The task templates are a big time-saver for projects with repeatable tasks. Additionally, the integration with other tools like Jira, Zoho Desk, email, and Slack is awesome. Lastly, setting up Asana was super easy, and I enjoy the flexibility and features it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a bit more flexibility with project level customization - like adding date fields that can then be used in rules that auto-calculate and populate due dates, for example. I think the rules engines and workflow could be expanded a bit to have more flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps ensure everyone is on board and up to date on current tasks, deadlines, and completed work.

What do you like best about the product?
the plugin with SLACK, its easy use and work with projects
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still no command to update, terminate and delete tasks from commands using SLACK
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Separating tasks by project gives more comfort and security regarding the assignment of tickets.

Best way to organize collaborative projects

What do you like best about the product?
A high functioning calendar that allows you to make projects and share with all project leaders. Keep you organized, especially when you are multitasking on several projects.

I am still learning a lot about it so far there is nothing I dislike

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of collaboration and cross-project (and platform) features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simpler functionalities are locked behind 3rd party apps and zapier needed connections, though hoping that Asana's built-in AI features help lessen this

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana is constantly developing and adding new features, all of which we're finding useful in our digital marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of functionality relies on all team member to input data effectively. That's not Asana's fault, and it makes sense but the only downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to get an overview on task allocation, resource managemnet, to assign tasks, internal comms across different teams and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been great for keeping all of my to-dos in one place. I've been able to build out projects, include milestones, and keep myself on track and well as keep others informed in the process. My team knows exactly what each of us are working on, what stage we're at, and how they are involved/their tasks. I use Asana for team tasks and my everyday to-dos. It's been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without taking the trainings first, Asana can be a bit daunting. It's not for beginners. Though, once you get the hang of it, it's pretty great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana gives the entire team visability into other's projects and tasks. It helps us evaluate workload and collaboration efforts.
