Easy to use and intuitive especially for first time users

What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps me on track and organizes my tasks wonderfully. I use it daily and it is vital to my work flow. It's super customizable and can be catered to you and your company's needs. I've really enjoyed diving into the rules and workflows and created streamlined processes for myself and the team. I love the little images that pop up when you complete a task. I think it's very user-friendly, and great to work on either on the desktop or mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel overwhelming at first. I've spent a lot of time training the team, and I've found the simpler the better. Our organization uses the very basic features. I've really struggled to implement more complex timelines, goals, and rules, without getting negative feedback from the team. I know there is a lot of features that may be helpful, that we are not utilizing due to the struggle with training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's connecting all departments to one singular task. This taskc can then travel between different boards and projects. It keeps the entire team focused on the 1 order and 1 task at hand, with 1 place for information as needed.

I recently completed Asana training, and I'm thrilled with the results. The concise yet comprehensive sessions provided a swift and clear understanding of Asana's powerful features. What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is robust project management tool which is easy to use and easy to integrate with other platforms. It's perfect as a project collaboration tool that helps every team member keep updated with each task/subtasks/milestones, etc. I like everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking, keep task owners accountable, integration with other platorms, excellent communication with team members.

Asana board is really helpful to organise your work. I like its charts and calender features.

As a marketing specialist, I love Asana's simple interface & design for project management. It makes my life simple to organize tasks, track progress, and collaborate with other team members.

Nothing as of now. Overall, it's a valuable tool for making effective workflows and increasing productivity in marketing projects.

I'm able to view all tasks and stage of every tasks at a single view. Life is easy trakcing everything at one place and prioriting what needs to be with options provided in Asana

The fact that integrations with other tool are easy, overall the interface for Asana is so crispy and very easy to use.

Maybe the fact that I haven't found many templates and ways to manage my tech team projects especially things like sprints as well as clickup does it

Transparency across the team, we can easily tell who is working on what and when it will be done. What has been done and what is still in the pipeline. Reasons why certain work has not been completed yet
Perfect for an All Remote Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep all work tasks (links, images, comments, and notes) in one place. It also makes is so easy to communicate with team members without a million emails and or phone calls. We can easily see where a project is with a simple click. When first jumping in, you can easily create a project and tasks to get you started so there is some ease of use. This is a program I use all day long every day to keep me focused on my work and it enables me to get a lot done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are to make workflows seamless is that there is a fairly big learning curve.

ASANA is helping us streamline project workflows that normally took the use of several different platforms. Now, we only have to use one platform for the majority of our work processes.

The Good thing about Asana, is that lets you work smarter, more efficiently, more effectively. It enables you handle task and project management like a pro. Asana helps me set goals, priorities, who to collaborate with, in a clear snd accountable way whatever the undertaking. Its big on smart rather than hard working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tend to use the free version most of the time, but its not that advanced features-wise. That's my only downside. That i have to psy extra for premium delivery. Otherwise its good for what its mesnt to do. Which is efficient project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been helping our team work smarter, better, more efficiently thanks to superior task and project management, collaboration and coordination. A very useful tool for staying on target while on the job.
