Easy project management and task progress status with deadline reminders.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to visualise the task board with a timeline and the team member responsible for the task. It is also very easy to collaborate on a task assigned to others and make relevant changes to that specific task. Also, it integrates with most of the tools at my work like Slack, HubSpot, etc., very seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if team members could have a conversation or thread within a task so it stays within the task and collaborators could look into it if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When integrated with some apps, it triggers the action and gets added to the specified workflow Keeps the routine well maintained with details in it on how to proceed or perform a task. Making it clear for the team member to work on and handling the task on time. It also helps in sharing the task board and reassigning when needed.
Easy to use, great for organizing projects and group work.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to switch between views and is customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can add collaborators, but I wish they had a feature for co-owners on tasks.

Keeping work organzied, demonstrating progress, holding team members accountable.
Early Days But Looking Good
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive to use, it can be viewed in different formats whether as boards, calendar, list, etc and it is making me more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact I cannot integrate Asana with Shopify or Quickbooks. If I could I would have real time information on how the company is performing versus its goals.

It helped me and my business partner manage 10 freelancers and multiple projects easily and without any hassle.

User-interface seemed a little complicated in the starting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a greatflow to manage your project and streamline the work, especially when the people are working in different places, remotely. It helped us streamline our tasks and allowed us to be more effective in our management and execution.
Functional for specific types of projects/project management
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite pieces of Asana is the dashboard. It's customizable with different widgets so you can organize your workspace with a quick view to things like assigned tasks, pending statuses (color-coded by severity), forms, projects, a private notepad to jot down notes, and others. You can flip between a weekly view and a monthly view. It has a functional app that mirrors the desktop version.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a learnng curve. Some things are intuitive, such as creating a task. However, when multiple dependencies start stacking up on a project, it can be cumbersome to try to navigate through to clear those, adhering more to a waterfall methodology. As such, it could benefit from project graphing similar to the old Microsoft Project. It does have some overview graphs and charts, but they are geared toward monitoring all projects on the landscape, not a singular project. They are also high level. As a result, we ended up using Asana for simpler items, such as tracking the lifecycle of written articles and a different software solution for programming projects/change management tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our writing team utilizes this most effectively. We have a linear progression on article development so this is well suited for that.

I like that Asana has a calendar view where you can organize your task by day
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Asana orientations need to be better. There is better content on tiktok than in the Asana orientation

I can see all of my tasks in one place across all projects and link to my calendar

The interface is quite user-friendly and you can easily assign tasks to the owners.

I'd enjoy having the sorting based on added date

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Graphic Designer and illustrator! Just last week a new client suggest me Asana and I couldn't believe how user-friendly and easy is to learn and start using it! They have orientation to guide you and you don't have to search around to find from others how to use the app!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything is wonderful! Definitely if the monthly payment is lower would be more useful!

A quick and smooth app for a heavy scalable and frequent changing project and especially when there is a stakeholders are included in the project
