A Game-Changer for My Daily Planning and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has transformed my project management by allowing me to break down projects, set deadlines, and track progress effortlessly. The task management system is intuitive; features like subtasks and priority settings make it easy to stay organized.
The timeline and calendar views are incredibly helpful for planning ahead. It’s also perfect for team collaboration with real-time updates and easy communication.

What do you dislike about the product?
Certain advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which could be limiting for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has taken the stress out of managing multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines. It’s helped me keep everything organized and streamlined, while simplifying team collaboration and cutting down on endless emails.

I like that Asana is a reliable tool that I can use daily to keep myself and my team organized and successful.

There is a learning curve to it, but Asana has great support and forums.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped bridge a communication gap within my company's departments. We can instantly collborate on various tasks and projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana keeps me and my work day organized. I used Asana in a previous job assignmant and when I switched to a new employer, I started my own Asana account to keep track of my daily, weekly and monthly duties. I love how easy it is to set reminders for multipule different projects with multipule different due dates. I was a little worried with starting my own account but it was so easy to set up and I sarted using it within my first few days at my new assignment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found with Asana is that I wish hey offered more training sessions to remote in on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve some of out overall billing and collections issues that our organization is having.
Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a fantastic tool for project management and team collaboration. One of the things I love the most about Asana is its flexibility. It allows teams to organise their work in a way that suits their unique processes, whether through lists, boards, or timelines. This adaptability makes it easier for me and my team to stay on top of tasks and track the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming at the start learning a new tool, but resources help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of my tasks and sticking to deadlines.
Keep your ADHD mind organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has become part of my daily routine at work. The ability to assign due dates to tasks is my most used feature.
Adding sub tasks that need to be completed first before the main task can be completed is also very helpful.
The more I use it the easier it becomes, and I can have peace of mind that I am not forgetting key aspects of my projects.
The google mail integration is probably my second most used feature and I am glad it was implemented as a standard in our operations.
The ability to track tasks and quickly reference assosiacted emails without haveing to leave Asana increases productivity.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I run into is that in order to sync emails to asana, the task must be greated within gmail using Asana's web plugin. I have not found how to sync emails to tasks that were created within asana web or desktop client.

All projects and relevant information shared between collaborators is easily tracked and searchable.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana provides a simple way to document core processes for an operation and manage tasks. It gives visibility to all relevant users and provides a great way to create checklists and manage recurring tasks. Collaboration is also easy and user-friendly. I use the app for my functions outside of work, such as shopping lists, gift ideas, and restaurants I want to try. It is a very flexible tool that can be used in many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that are not provided in the free version, but simple tasks and projects work without issues with the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has been a simple way for me to document the processes and routine tasks that I want to delegate and assign to other team members. It also provides a great place to keep track of lists and ideas in an organized place.

Managing myriad tasks, subtasks, projects including planning, progress, assignment, tracking. It's easy to use and is loaded with features.

There are too few downsides to mention. not much negative to say.

Best Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of task organization in Asana. Keeping up with tasks in projects and being able to create a dashboard for the project to keep track of the progress of that project has been invaluable. I use Asana for every aspect of my job, down to checking emails on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Asana, but if I had to pick something it would be not being able to duplicate a section into the same project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the problem of missing tasks, which has helped keep our client work on track and on time.
Project management was a mess before using Asana, now everything is clear and easy.
What do you like best about the product?
It has so many functions and can be used for anything. I use it internally in my business for operations, to track client work, to liaise directly with clients AND my clients end up loving it so much they set up their own Asana account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any downsides of using Asana.

Saves time and keeps communication clear and in order for each job. Having deadlines and adding collaborators makes it so easy to move through a project.
