Intuitive and Reliable Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana to keep track of the daily tasks that my team of engineers collects throughout the workdays. It's very intuitive, and the UI is also very easy to work with. Everyone on my team likes using Asana. Tracking and re-assigning tasks is very easy and helpful to my team. The initial setup was fairly easy; we rolled it out to a select few first, got a core going, and the rest followed closely behind.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing, and it's not even Asana's fault, we are just waiting on our IT department to approve integration with our email service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to keep track of tasks, ensuring nothing gets forgotten. It's easy to track and re-assign tasks, which helps my team stay organized.

Not sure I’ve found one yet. Maybe be able to add descriptions for each section under a project

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana's visual organization and that it keeps everything in one place. It helps me know what to do each day and which tasks have been completed by different team members, making project management more straightforward. I also appreciate sending out reminders. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the import CSV feature, which made it simple to work with and create new projects.

Unavailable features not be an option to add as if they are currently included in subscription

Being able to export the calendar view. I'd like to export the calendar in a printable format.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it’s flexibility and intuitive design. You can easily and seamlessly replace a lot of other platforms with Asana. My team did and it was a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
The default notifications are a little aggressive but once tuned in there work more effectively for me.

Streamlined Project Tracking with Some AI Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Asana has rules that I can set to reduce the amount of touches I make on each task. The ability to categorize and report out to my upper management is also valuable. The rules help me to reduce my workflow and eliminate gaps within the process. Additionally, the categorization makes it easier for me to report to my leadership and create visibility for different objects inside of my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the AI assistant or the way that it creates rules. They just have never worked correctly for me. I also do not like the import, since it never gets the columns correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of quickly distributing a lot of information to many people. It centralizes our business and provides complete visibility through the project life cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and user-friendly Asana is. It really helps me with organization and collaboration between my manager and colleagues. I appreciate the workflows and other aspects that allow me to see my work from a bird's eye view and communicate my progress with my manager better. I also think the app, online integration, and the speed at which it updates are very fast and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve to learn at the initial setup.

Asana solves organization and collaboration issues between managers and colleagues. It allows me to see my work from a bird’s eye view and better communicate my progress.
