Effective but could use a messaging feature
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendliness of Asana. The column view is especially practical to follow the steps of a project. What’s also useful is that you can just like a comment or task to acknowledge you've seen it, without having to write a comment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use a messaging feature as well as more customization options. It would also be great to be able to see all the people who worked on a task (with dates) without having to go through the comments to get the info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines task and project management, helping to track progress and hit the deadlines. It also helps managing the workflow of team members easily and efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana offers essential reporting and analytics features, however, the advanced reporting capabilities could be expanded to include more customizable options in terms of data visualizations and reporting. With these enhancements, teams could gain a more detailed view of their project performance and make more effective data-driven decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We opted for Asana because of its ability to manage tasks efficiently. It allowed us to break down complex parts into smaller tasks, assign them to team members, and track them in real time. Thanks to due dates and dependencies, everyone involved was aware of their responsibilities and deadlines, facilitating smooth collaboration and timely delivery of the project.
Great task management tool for marketing programs!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been very helpful in moving content projects along. Our team uses it primarily for case study project management and it works tremendously for the cross-collaboration between our team, content, and product marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since our team is working primarily for project management purposes I feel like Asana is able to meet the needs for day to day project management.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me to organize my tasks, collaborate with my colleagues and even other agency and works with us, it is easy to use and helps you to manage your team tasks very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it but I would like to use more themes, colors and backgrounds to make the experience more beautiful maybe it has but I haven't found it yet and I love to sort the task by the colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to use and I mainly use it to write future tasks inside the meeting and it helpful to not forget anything also it increases the performance of team working when you can collaborate with the team constantly.

Our teams can manage everything with the help of Asana, including business goals, digital transformation, new product launches, and marketing activities. It also gives us the ability to track the status of our projects and provide comprehensive analytics and reports on how progress towards goals is being achieved in real time.

Fluid and functional
What do you like best about the product?
To be able to track all my current tasks, attach a hierarchy to block certain tasks from being created and make completing and assigning tasks easier and more entertaining!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes feel quite messy depending on how many tasks there are to do, especially in calendar view. As a new asana user, this might be down to user experience and with more regular use, can figure out if there's any tips/tricks to sort this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping us understand task priority and progress like no other task tracking platform. We are able to plan accordingly and update with detail, being able to assign each task to a user.
Very practice for teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to separate tasks bout a subject and to create a new project. Easy to configure and use for any new user of the platform. For now, we use the free version, and it's perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't put a task for two people. We have to duplicate that task and apply another name to this duplicate. It's the only thing because we don't currently use all the options.

We don't have all the tasks at the same place. All employees have a notebook with some notes about the project. Now, all the status of a project is available in real-time.

A fantastic project management tool is Asana. It is user-friendly, adaptable, collaborative, and reasonably priced. Even for those without experience using project management software, Asana is simple to use.

The search feature might be improved. Finding tasks or projects might be challenging, especially if Asana has a lot of data.
Some functions are missing from the mobile app, and using it on small screens might be challenging.
The reporting tools are not particularly strong. The reporting capabilities of Asana are not as strong as those of some of the other project management applications available.

Asan enhances its reporting features, mobile app, and search functionality, making things easier in the future. And not having a timeline view and absence of a built-in time monitoring feature

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is its user-friendly design, comprehensive features, and ability to help me manage projects with ease. The availability of insights allows me to analyse my team's performance over time and keeps everyone working towards similar goals. In addition, the repeating task option helps automate mundane tasks so that resources can be used more effectively elsewhere in the project timeline. Finally, integrated communication tools optimise collaboration between teams by allowing instant discussions without leaving the platform - increasing transparency within a business venture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Asana limits attachments to 1MB, especially for high bandwidth media. Also, the lack of task or project-level tags makes it difficult to organise larger projects and subtasks in a single view. A Kanban board perspective would be helpful here. Finally, there is not enough flexibility when creating new tasks - adding multiple files of different sizes should be more intuitive than it currently is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was struggling to keep track of tasks and deadlines. Asana has helped me to identify the areas I need to focus on and to be notified when tasks are due so that nothing falls through the cracks. It benefits me because it helps me maintain my productivity by making sure things don't fall through the cracks.
Kinda hard at first but great program!
