Efficient, User-Friendly Tool for Seamless Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has revolutionized the way I manage projects. Its intuitive interface and customizable workflows allow me to stay organized and keep track of all my tasks in one place. I love the integration options with other tools I use daily, like Google Drive and Slack. The collaborative features make it easy to communicate with my team, and the calendar view is perfect for visualizing what I need to get done each day. Asana helps me prioritize, set deadlines, and stay on top of multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've encountered is that the mobile app can feel a bit clunky when managing larger, more complex projects. While it’s great for small updates and quick checks, some features don’t translate as smoothly from desktop to mobile. Also, the learning curve for new team members unfamiliar with project management software can be a bit steep, though Asana's extensive help guides and tutorials definitely help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed me to manage client projects with ease. Before using Asana, keeping track of multiple client deadlines and to-do lists across different platforms was chaotic. Now, everything is organized in one place, making it simple to stay on track and deliver on time. It also helps with team collaboration and tracking project milestones.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Asana because it offers customizable automation that streamlines tasks and keeps projects on track. The ability to build complete project workflows and seamlessly collaborate with my team makes it incredibly efficient. It's a game-changer for staying organized and fostering better communication across all projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t enjoy about Asana is the lack of integration with social scheduling tools. It would be great to have everything in one place for seamlessly managing projects that include social content.

Asana enables our team to work more efficiently across multiple projects. We use it daily to approve content, build workflows, and track progress.

Might've been my own learning curve, but I found myself constantly clicking through menus, trying to figure out how to share/grant visibility to the right information with the right people.

The built-in time tracking feature is a game-changer for my consulting work, allowing me to accurately log hours and generate detailed reports for billing. With client projects neatly organized into portfolios and deadlines clearly visible, I can stay on top of my workload and deliver results consistently.
Easy to use and great for organizing
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana and it really helps me keep my goals and tasks in order. Good for completing projects on my own and working with a team and across departments as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the layout of the moblie version as much, so I mostly use the desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful to have tasks broken down, and to be able to collaborate with people easily.
Easy to use task management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana for task management and have for over a decade. It handles tasks and list perfectly without all the extra features being in the way. Searching history for tasks works well as well. It is straight forward and not cumbersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what I use it for there are no pitfalls.

Keeping track of projects and tasks within them.

What do you like best about the product?
We are finding that Asana for Project Management is revolutionizing our non-profit. Team connectivity, efficiency and morale are markedly improved. Great intuitive tool which can get up and running quickly and has funtional, time saving integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only complaint is that it needs to work well with a screen reader and be more accessible.

Asana for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and has many helpful features that support collaborating across teams. I start my days in Asana to get myself organized for the day's tasks and goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had so far is the inability to export a visual of a project (kanban board, gant, timeline, etc.) because the export options are currently limited to csv, json, or calendar files. A simple pdf export or print functionality could fix this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On Asana, all files, documents, comments, are visible to the entire team. That level of transparency and being able to see the status of the project and its progress saves us from many wasteful meetings.
New to Asana and loving it!
What do you like best about the product?
I have multiple supervisors and projects at one time. Asana really helps me keep on track. It is great to have all my tasks in one place. And when I see a colorful unicorn or otter fly across my screen, it boosts my mood instantly!
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this time. I wish more people at my organization would use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So easy to keep track of multiple projects such as upcoming VIP events in my organization. I also love the collaborative aspects of Asana. Helps me keep on track and have everything spelled out for me and organized.
Asana has been GREAT!
What do you like best about the product?
Our Company has loved working with Asana. It has been the solution to everything we were looking for in a ticketing system. I have recommended it to several other people outside of our company. It has the ability to be as general or as detailed as you want it to be and is completely customizable if you're willing to put the time in to dig into the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have disliked has been the mobile app. It is very basic and needs more features but it is something that just in the (almost) year that we have been using it has been updated so hopefully that'll continue to be upgraded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire company didn't have a ticketing system or way to properly track our time before, with Asana not only are we doing that, but we're doing it in a very organized way.
