Great PM tool with plenty of integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Kanban board is super helpful to see where my projects are currently at. You can also create separate boards for each of your initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier or more accessible way to log work time for some of the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and task management. We have two people working a queue and this system allows us to maintain assignments and notes from the work completed. We aren't reporting project KPIS yet though.
Great program management platform
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very user friendly when creating tasks as well as following up on them. It is a bit tricky at first when learning to utilize templates for submissions but other than that it is quick to get the hang of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards can appear a bit busy with many tasks open and there isn't a way to reorganize to your personal preferance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task allocation amongst a large group

What do you like best about the product?
I like how universal Asana is. When we hire new employees, most times they have had Asana experience so the learning curve is not an issue and they can dive right into the work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The task list and emails takes a bit to control but at first you might get hit with a ton of email notices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there are a ton of tasks, it's nice to be bale to go to one platform to see ALL projects and tasks instead of Teams, texts, and emails. Showing project progress is important as well. I can see where any project is without having to get a personal update from the stakeholders.
Powerful project management app
What do you like best about the product?
A key strength of Asana is its flexibility. There are a number of prebuilt project templates, including those for marketing, design, and product development as well as the ability to create custom templates with an organization or department. In the past year they've introduced a workflow module and native time tracking, increasing its versatility for different types of projects. It integrates well with a Microsoft centric organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has become increasingly complex so its depth can be a drawback. Per user pricing can be high for a PM tool and once adopted within an organization every user with that specific company's email domain must have a license (guests can only be email addresses outside of the main domain).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is pulling together cross-functional teams and providing a single source of truth for accountability and project status. This is far more effective than constant email updates.
Maximize efficiency and productivity with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool for maximizing productivity and staying organized. One of my favorite things about it is how easy it is to set up personalized notifications, reminders, tasks, projects, and delegated tasks all in one place - accessible from all types of devices! It also has so many customization options; everything from integration with other apps for enhanced usability to more granular details like feedback loops for notification settings can be tailored to the user's needs. In short, Asana makes it easy to stay on top of things while giving users unparalleled personalization tools that work wonders when organizing complex tasks or schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Asana does not make it easy to assign subtasks to specific projects in a meaningful way. Attaching them, however, separates them from the original task and requires them to be worked on individually within the project rather than nested under it. Due to the interdependencies between my tasks, I have difficulty managing my workload effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to organize my workflow with Asana and break complex projects down into manageable chunks.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an incredibly useful tool for managing my sales team and building strong distributor partnerships. The platform allows me to easily create tasks and projects, keeping my team organized and aligned on common goals. With Asana, I can track the development of my salespeople and brewery ambassadors, and ensure that everyone is working efficiently and effectively towards market and brand development. Asana's custom fields and advanced reporting features enable us to monitor important metrics like sales volume, distributor performance, and market penetration, which helps us make informed decisions as we expand into the PA market. Additionally, the Asana mobile app allows me to stay connected with my team and distributors even when I am away from my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's search functionality could be more refined, as it can sometimes be challenging to find specific information quickly. I would also appreciate more robust sales-specific features, such as CRM integration or pipeline management tools, which could further streamline our processes. Lastly, the learning curve for new users can be somewhat steep, and offering more extensive onboarding resources would be beneficial.

Asana has become an essential tool for managing projects, communicating with the sales team, and coordinating with our distributor partners. The platform has enabled us to maintain a high level of organization and accountability, ensuring that our market and brand development initiatives are executed effectively. Excellent Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
One aspect that I enjoy the most is the ability to multihome projects. As I oversee the project management function of my marketing team, I really enjoy having the ability to multihome projects on Asana boards for each department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a great project management tool. For new users, there is a slight learning curve at the beginning as Asana has alot of features. That being said, the Asana team is super helpful and they hosted multiple training webinars for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me streamline and organize my work. I oversee the project management function of my marketing team, and Asana helps me organize and submit project requests to multiple departments. Also, I use Asana to organize the many tasks that go into hosting events and tradeshows. Asana has a really convenient reporting tool that allows me to send updates to all stakeholders invovled about milestones achieved or roadblocks that may exist.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent and user-friendly task management helpful tool for individuals and teams. It organizes tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities so everything is noticed. It can also help you manage multiple tasks and prioritize the most important ones. Asana is available on the web and through mobile apps, making it an excellent tool for staying on track and focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, navigating Asana may require some effort and patience for new users. Understanding the workflow and projects may appear confusing initially, and adjusting may take some time.

Asana makes it easy for us to exchange information to streamline everything, ensuring smooth and seamless task management. Organizing checklists and projects, especially for long-term projects, makes Asana the best tool for maintaining clarity.

The way you can view all needed projects and importance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks can disappear if not assigned to a larger tree so you will have to try different views to capture all tasks.

Makes sure tasks are on time and work is done according to need. It's easy to use time management and monitor expectations.
