Teamwork Made Easy and Streamlined with the help of Asana
What do you like best about the product?
With clear task delegation, discussions happening right alongside the work and multiple ways to visualize progress, Asana feels like a central hub for projects.
It cuts down on the back-and-forth emails and keeps everyone focused on moving forward. It can be easily integrated with other softwares as well.

One potential downside is the learning curve.

Asana helps in collaboration by allowing discussions to happen right alongside the work itself.
Its visual project breakdowns, task dependencies and clear deadlines helped me in identifying potential bottlenecks and keep projects moving on schedule.

Asana is the more than just a project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's comprehensive, and when an organisation uses it across functions, Asana becomes so powerful that you can view workflows, automate repetitive tasks, keep track of projects AND corporate goals, see how different teams are working on different projects and it all comes in a very fun and easy-to-use, intuitive interface.
Also, whenever I had issues with my account, I can always count on customer support to help resolve my questions!

What do you dislike about the product?
It works the best only when everyone in a team/ organisation is onboard to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use Asana to manage all the different tasks I have across different projects and understand where I need to prioritise.

Great Product for Project Management and Workflow at all levels
What do you like best about the product?
Robust application has many features, yet as a beginner using Asana, I can set up what I need efficiently with the tutorial videos and training events they offer for users. As a project manager, I manage multiple projects with many deadlines and this will help our teams be able to not only see status but access information on any project all in one place, even linking to our Dropbox account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like personal assistance in setting up -and if not, maybe even some questions about the user when the begin asking about what kinds of projects they are doing and what their goals are and then make some suggestions about where to begin in the video and tutorial trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me manage multiple projects with multiple tasks, some repetitive, some are customized per project, with multiple deadlines that repeat ever year or two years. The projects are able to get completed more efficiently with multiple teams collaborating on the project and we can see progress to ensure more consistent productivity. This allows an office of all remote workers to be on the same page of every project on a daily basis and allows for checks and balances to build our best practices much more efficiently.
Great tool to organize since your daily life 'till all your company's operations.

The IA integrated more quickily your job, and it's very helpfully. More free time for you, or you can use irt for another task

After you use Asana, you cannot use another tool like this that matches its capabilities. In other words, there is nothing else on the wall beyond it.

It's straightforward to use. That has helped me learn to organize my meetings and gather all my notes properly.

Asana is great for team visibility and easier project mangement
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is useful for anyone like individual or team, who wants a visual approch to keep track of forthcoming tasks. It is ideal for teams who need to be able to see what other huge projects their colleagues are working on. They provide best customer services. I would not expect it to be really useful if you need a lot of visual details for a certain activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Asana is fantastic, but the description and team are always visible, but the description and team are always visible, but previous work is not. For example, in a creative team, I can see the delivery but not the previous copy or design work, only that it is finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is used across different departments. My departments use Asana to organize all of their work and cooperate on projects with other departments. It allows us to manage deadlines and obligations in order to complete the project on time. We also keep track of fresh ideas so that we have a record to refer back to. Without tracking, projects risk being forgotten as new priorities emerge. Asana keeps them alive.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is excellent for managing a project involving multiple workers. It provides the team with increased visibility by displaying updates and working on a single thread. Asana is excellent for straightforward project management. Some advanced project management applications, such as Gantt charts, need paid subscriptions, however Asana excels at establishing and keeping classified task lists, as well as allocating tasks to specific individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never found my tasks, Asana's to-do list, to be especially useful. I would like to see an option to manually priortize the items on the to-do list. Asana provides a variety of icons for project connections, but it would be useful to add unique icons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to keep organized in our marketing department. Specifically, our design team uses it to manage all asset requests, which allows us to see not only who is working on the asset, but also what the entire team is working on. Asana helps us to save time in meetings and reduce email communication. Team members are assigned opportunities and must undertake due diligence before deciding whether to persue them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interactive training on every functionality that Asana has. If you need to learn something or wonder if it has that specific functionality you can simply search and find. Training is provided for everything and it is interactive so if you have questions you can ask. If you do not have the functionality that is being discussed they can also take it away and work in real time to determine if it is a bug so that they continue to offer the services required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is great, I will need to dedicate some time to get myself organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that I experience without Asana is that I have so many tasks to be working on and so many different people involved in the tasks, that this helps me know and investigate where the project or task is at without always having meetings to bring me up to speed. I can see where the progress is and then be able to speak to my Director and or VP regarding it without having to complete meeting to catch up.

What do you like best about the product?
I am enjoying the flexibility between creatign general workflows but being able to assign many tasks with increasing granularity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve will require trainings. But to get a level of granularity in production workflows, that seems understandable!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is going to help our SMB scale as we have newly accepted a number of projects and are having difficulty getting everyone on the same page!
