It is a bit sad, probably could have more customizations for the boards, like in Trello.

Asana is a platform that has excellent tools for project management issues
What do you like best about the product?
In a significant way, we like that the interface that provides the ASANA platform is simple and very dynamic; one of the platform's essential tools is assigning the same task in different projects. We think it is excellent that Asana frequently requests comments from users in its Forum, that way, it improves the interaction in communication issues and makes the experience more dynamic when using the platform. Configuring the tasks is super simple and automatically summarizes each of them, achieving this estimation in the topic of productivity at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Asana platform offers some complex tools when you want to manage projects. This platform has different payment packages, each with a level of effectiveness based on the tools provided if you wish to devices of high energy and strength in terms of results, package with high costs that become a little difficult to obtain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Achieving an estimate of the productivity of our service through the Asana platform has been very helpful in maximizing our effectiveness. With this platform, we could start creating checklists, and with the tracking features, we can plan future events. We like the fact that we can add task reminders and then edit them if necessary.
Good project management
What do you like best about the product?
It's well-organized and intuitive. It also is very good at emailing me with upcoming projects and that's the only way I'll remember.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a while since I used it, but I remember it working well. The biggest benefit to Mavenlink over Asana was that we could do time tracking AND project management on Mavenlink, whereas Asana could only do project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to manage projects efficiently on a large team
Intuitive and Aesthetically Pleasing Dashboard!
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to set up tasks and I love that you can choose the view type for your dashboard. I also like that it sums up the tasks you've been able to accomplish so you can get a glance of your productivity levels all at once. You can work in dark mode if you want which is really awesome for a tech junkie like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the options overwhelm you, and the functions of certain buttons and elements are not properly explained. There needs to be a YouTube video integrated when you sign on so we can learn to use the more complex elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like for productivity software to feel comfortable and not overwhelm me. Asana is doing just that with its very aesthetically pleasing dashboard which then helps me get a lot more done without getting overwhelmed.
Keeps us Organized!
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Asana is how we can keep our company's workflow organized. We can all see whose "on deck" and what comes next, all because of Asana. Once I'm done with my part of our customer's order, I push it to the next person; they finish and push to the next, so it goes on down the line until completed.
Plus, we have a detailed history to look back on which saves so much time and allows us to provide great customer service.

What do you dislike about the product?
Learning how to set up Asana took a minute. We did purchase their offer to set our company up, which helped us get through start-up. It all becomes apparent as you go forward, but it is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved a tremendous amount of email correspondences and handwritten flow charts.
A simplified approach to project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana offers a variety of ways and methods for me to view my projects and manage my project files. Some of these methods include Kanban boards, calendars , lists , timelines and workloads. As a result of the aforementioned provision , every member of my team can manage project tasks in the way that works best for them. This contributes immensely to increased productivity levels and gives everyone a big picture perspective on the state of our project , in real-time .
What do you dislike about the product?
I have always found it tough making use of the Asana mobile application. This is due to the limited functionalities present on the app. and my experience has not been helped either by the small screen . Overall, I just believe that Asana is simply best suited for the computers full screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization has settled for Asana because it provides us with a simplified way to manage our projects internally , without sacrificing on project management effectiveness. As a result of my teams Asana use, it is a lot easier to track , organize and execute projects the right way.
BEST PLATFORM FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to establish the proper ownership for collaborative projects. The ability to assign a single task to several people and have tasks linked to various projects make it possible for team collaboration to be practically seamless, something that most of Asana's competitors are unable to match. In the past year or so, I've experimented with a lot of alternatives out of curiosity, but nothing has convinced me that any of their immediate rivals can provide me with anything worthwhile.
In addition, Asana offers a huge selection of integrations that enable our employees to interact directly with a variety of different applications without the need for additional input from exporters and other processes.
It can quickly switch between a list view and a board in a sticky note manner. Asana connects many platforms, making it simple to drag and drop assignments between them. All of which, I suppose, is rather typical for this kind of program. What puts ASANA ahead is the My Tasks view and the ability to execute rules on your My Task view to arrange the tasks as you see fit.
Asana is enjoyable to use because of its gorgeous UI and gamified additions, such as celebrations after tasks are completed. In my opinion, the single most crucial element for sustained use is an enjoyable user experience. I also appreciate how Asana frequently asks for user feedback on forums like the Asana Forum.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to see where the tickets begin and end. It takes some getting used to because the interface doesn't visibly distinguish between different types of work as well as Trello does. You must frequently regulate notifications because they might become a bit excessive and you risk missing out on vital tasks if you turn them off.
Sincerely, Asana has everything I adore. The capability to change the names of the default fields is one of my major wish lists. Example: "In-Hand Date" or "Event Date" should replace "Due Date." The Dates custom field is a useful workaround, but still). or having the option to rename it "Project Manager" in place of "Assignee." A useful workaround is the People custom field once more. Additionally, is it possible to collapse the "Saved Searches" sidebar? It occupies a significant portion of the sidebar and is utilized by no one in our organization.
Oh! When premium members are "teased" with features, that is the one thing I really detest. the "upgrade" button in the upper-left corner, Portfolios, and Goals in the sidebar, etc. My team members find it extremely perplexing and distracting.

I have been involved with Asana for very nearly 1 year now. It has been a distinct advantage for me. It permits me to often focus on my work, lead a few undertakings simultaneously, and work on my efficiency while remaining rational. At some random time, I have an exceptionally clear perspective on what my needs are.
Asana is likewise perfect for catching thoughts, an idea imagined by the GTD technique. I make many errands seven days for myself, just to make sure to do or look at something.
Also, I'm just starting to expose what's underneath, as a person. I worked with 100 clients from one side of the planet to the other, and they are doing astounding things as groups! Their work is smoothed out, lucidity is all over and the feeling of anxiety has diminished.

Using Asana to coordinate teamwork: A fantastic tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the perfect project management tool! I appreciate Asana for its ease of use and customization options. Its simple yet powerful project management tools are ideal for organizing projects - from task to subtask assignments. Nothing is overlooked! Automations allow you to automate repetitive tasks, saving time with minimal effort. Plus, new updates are released each month, adding additional functionality so that your project remains up-to-date without any added work on your part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its many benefits, Asana does have some drawbacks. For example, it is not possible to delegate work to multiple individuals at the same time; if you want to view or move onto another task from a list of tasks that need completing, then you must start over with each one again as there isn't an easy way to switch between them quickly and easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of Asana, time wasted on communication was significantly reduced by setting clear objectives and deadlines. This meant unnecessary meetings were no longer needed to discuss progress or handle new challenges; instead, everything could be tracked easily within the system.
A great platform for keeping remote teams organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like how with Asana, you can share an delegate tasks to other team members. This is perfect for remote work or hybrid environments. It takes a planner/to-do list to the next level!
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to incorporate a time-tracking feature so group members can be aware of how long it is taking vs how long they have left before any pending deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is letting me complete freelance projects with other remote workers and delegate tasks that are necessary for our projects' completion. It is a way for all members to see each step of the process together, vs. each one of us individually writing down steps/to-do lists.
Great for collaborative project management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows multiple people on a team to work collaboratively and concurrently on a specific project seeing status in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any enterprise level software it can be bulky and take some time to get used to but once you do it is seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time project collaboration allows us to move faster.
