Great Product, excited to start using
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great project and task management tool, I'm excited to use it for my workflows

Efficiency and centralising resources

What do you like best about the product?
I use asana on daily basis and its easy to use features have made task management easier. I really feel that after using asana I am able to track my deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the allocation of task can be done better by integrating with crm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to manage using sticky notes and causing me to forget tasks.
Great for Beginners, but Limited Without Paid Plan
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool with a straightforward interface and a fast learning curve, making it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the most useful features are only available in the paid plan, which can be limiting for smaller teams or budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me organize tasks, workflows, due dates, and responsibilities in one place, making it easier to manage projects efficiently. It also allows me to quickly identify the status of each project, ensuring everything stays on track and nothing gets overlooked.
Asana Changes the Way I Run My Consulting Business!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Asana for over 10 (!) years and the more I use it, the more I love it. I started using it back in my Uber days and back then it was a simple checklist, boy did they upgrade! Currently I use it for all personal things, my consulting business and I've even consulted companies as an implementation consultant, helping multiple businesses integrate Asana as their primary project management tool. Interface is intuitive, the features are robust, and flexibility of a tool make it a standout solution for managing teams and workflows - you can fine-tune it exactly to your processes. For me personally Asana improved visibility into my daily tasks, improved my collaboration with clients, and my overall efficiency went up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but adding some more advanced reporting features would be a grood.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps me organized at home and at work. Having Asana made me more buttoned up in running my business - I deliver things on time to my clients, since Asana keeps me accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to now track all my tasks with the easy to use features of asana. I have integrated with mail ID so that I can create tasks with the mail and also assign it directly from the mail itself. I use it on a daily basis and have really like the interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Time related deadlines need to be there. I need more time related deadlines along with day related ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now easily manage all my projects with all the stakeholders and assign them tasks with deadline easily.
The cleanest way to collaborate with teammates
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows you to collaborate with teammates without flooding group chats or sending dozens of emails back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications can be a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team primarily used chat groups and email for collaborating before using Asana. This caused tasks to get lost and left individual teammates to manage their own time without any oversight or input. Asana allows us to work together without feeling like anyone is being micro-managed. Tasks don't get lost in the mix as long as we are diligent about adding due dates.

It is easy to use, has good reporting and reminders help me stay ahead of my tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to track my tasks and deadlines with Asana’s simple interface. The ability to integrate it with various other software tools makes it versatile and enhances productivity. I use asana daily to help with my task managament.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled initially to understand how the integrations work. The setup process and implementation wasn’t very intuitive, and I had to spend extra time learning it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initally I was having issues with tracking all my tasks but with Asana I am able to date and helping me keep a track of pendings tasks and me being able to assign tasks to my teammates has helped me save time and has reduced the back and forth.
