Perfect for Our Team
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because it helps us stay organized, even when we are in a busy season.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish sending messaging through Asana was easier, they often got lost in the chaos of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our projects in one place and allows us to easily transfer ownership.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana makes it easy for me to communicate with my team on projects and goals effectively. It has allowed us to create streamlined processes to get things done. No more unnecessary meetings!

I would like for Asana to have more video integration on the free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows me to create a clear action plan outlining the steps and due dates for getting goals completed. It helps the team stay accountable.
Overall it's a great tool for organizing teams.

There are certain features I feel could use enhancements, such as the ability to assign to multiple team members without creating multiple tasks.

With a variety of projects under multiple departments, Asana is allowing us to better align our initiatives and drive forward to increasing organizational maturity.

Asana is a great organizational tool that helps my large marketing team see all the transparency

The cost for smaller organzations and adding seats.

This keeps our content calendar all in one place. Where before we had to use google sheets. This really helps communicate with our worldwide team.

It is solving our collaboration issue and provide task managment solution which increase our organizatons productivity.
Best free alternative I found for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
For our so many projects, we can add many tasks (between 40 and 60 for us) with deadlines and people assigned. We can communicate through the app even if it's not our favorite way to communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app was not a fun experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized all the projects and their tasks in one place (instead of opening 50 Excel documents each day with their tasks)

Amazing Platform that gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Great for organizing tasks, keeps the teams focused
What do you dislike about the product?
If only descriptions of a task are updated, the users tagged in the task do not receive notifications right away. Only comments will allow tagged users to receive the email immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone is aware of what is upcoming and what is due. Helps with prioritizing the day's work.
Asana has made me so organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Having one program that houses ALL of my to do's has been a game changer. I love that every task across all of my projects is housed in one "My Tasks" sections so I can easily see what is do every day (and what is upcoming) across all my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it overall and don't have any major gripes at this time, but I would say that my only pain point is getting others as sold on it as I am. There is always a reluctance to change, but I am trying to champion others at work to get as into it as I am.

It's helping me (and the people I work with) stay organized in one central place.
