Asana ensures I have my sh*t together.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the most user friendly project management platforms I have ever used. But it still has so many tailored features that allow you to bend and mold the program to your liking. Using this tool allows me to keep my team on task and aligned with goals without having to chase them down. I can also see each team members current scope of work. I use Asana everyday, and without it, my ADHD would have me dropping all of my spinning plates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necesarrily a dislike persay. However, I would like to have smart, reocurring task lists. For example, a task list or project list that restarts on the same day every month for reocurring reports, newsletters, or projects of the like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana takes the guess work out of the todo list. It can be hard to come back to work after a trip or even just a rough start to the morning. By understanding exactly where my tasks and my teams project lay, I'm able to jump in and peck away at what would be quite a daunting agenda.
The best collaboration tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a life safer for distributed teams—it allows us to seamlessly collaborate and keeps everyone accountable. It provides so much visibility across teams and projects, work is siginificantly improved because there are no unnecessary blockers. It's great that it integrates with Slack so it even helps folks who don't use Asana often at the org stay in the loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love for it to have more guided onboarding so folks who are scared to get started feel a little more supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and collaboration among teams.
Asana is the best project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the most amazing project management tool ever! I've been using it since 2019 and have seen them make continuous improvements over the past 5 years to make it easier to work. It helps organize all your to-dos in one place for the organization and helps get work done more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much. I think it's super user friendly. Sometimes I have trouble with adoption in the company, but that's more of a number of systems factor than anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize everything in one place.
Asana makes collaboration easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and visually appealing the UI is. I also like how seamlessly Asana integrates with other software and how it makes collaboration with team members, as well as across teams, so much easier! I use it on a daily basis and it is essential for keeping my projects on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I've not enjoyed as much about asana is exporting tables to excel, mostly due to the formatting of the resulting excel sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to track multiple aspects of tasks withing bigger, multi-team member projects that it was to do so in spreadsheets.
Asana is FANTASTIC!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to keep track of where I am in a project with Asana, and I like that once I've completed a project, Asana automatically files it as completed.
It's an easy "to-do" list to use, and it's easy to keep track of all my tasks on it - not just where I'm at in them, but the task itself. If I don't understand something or know how to use something and the bot guy at my company is unavailable, it's been super easy to find the customer support I need on the Asana Forum.
I use Asana every day of the business week, so it's getting easier and easier to use, and out of all the CRMs I've used, this one has to be my absolute favorite.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning it, so I'm not sure what I don't like most yet. There's not much I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me abreast of my workflow and where I'm at in my projects. I've never found an easier program to use to know where I'm at with a single click, in my tasks for the day, or in the task / project that I'm currently working on. Only Asana's been able to tell me that.
The solution we were looking for
What do you like best about the product?
We needed an intuitive platform that allowed us to keep track of all our clients and their project status. We were using Basecamp before and it didn't allow us to customize much to work for our needs. With Asana, we were able to create custom projects, templates, and workflows/automations to help us work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish is that we could connect more than one HubSpot portal. We use HubSpot with all our clients and it'd be helpful if we could link one per team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us keep projects on track and adjusting automatically when we make changes
Wonderful Project Management Software

Asna makes is easy to streamline working together and managing projects. I like the custom fields and it helps to keep everything organized. And it's super user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a great tool but there's a lot of room for improvement with the mobile app - especially the inability to edit forms or copy a form link. It's also challenging to get external people/part-time/seasonal employees trained on Asana in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the common problems of disorganized project management and inefficient team collaboration.
