Amazing tool if you put in the work

What do you like best about the product?
Asana works great for me to stay on top of tasks and manage competing priorities. It makes it easy to see what I have to do on any given day and what is upcoming. I've found that the more detail I put in, and more efffort to designing rules and workflows, the more helpful it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the timeline view and find the visual to be at a scope and scale that isn't very digestible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is my main to do list across projects so it allows me to see all of my work in one place and be a single source of truth for the work I have to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Brings everything together with greater oversight in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
back space deleted an entire task and all the details too easily.
timesheet reporting function unavailable for super user - no access to anyone except the reviewer.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple teamspaces that are easy to use, and nice on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price, and not being able to store history without premium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the issue of tracking tasks, commincating with a team, and having everything easy to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, I know I don't squeeze the most out of it, it has a ton of features I don't use but honestly I don't need much, I need a platform where I can track and be reminded of what I need to and Asana does perfectly. I have never had any problems with it, and the Rules feature makes the most of time. I use Asana every single day, I could not go on my day without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, I would love to have the ability to have a "My Task" type of view for other users, since I am managing a team I would like to see what's their current workload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to keep track of my tasks. If it is in Asana it will be done.

workflows streamlined & managed well with asana

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana helps us to make and assign task to employees in our team, and also it auto gives them reminders to complete the tasks on time and their reminder emails are very much helpful, this way our co-workers have the list of To-Do's ready without checking multiple messaging platforms and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
If a task is provided to a team, and if any one completes their job and marks complete, the task will get complete as a whole which is something that should be improved.

We've faced multiple instances due to the same reason, and we then had to assign it individually which is somewhat troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining all the workflow management all in one place with messaging and tagging people option, the task reminders it sends out to the people with pending tasks are helpful.

People can now have their daily To-Do's at one place and work to complete before the deadline.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a solid workflow and team management program. With forethought and some time to dedicate to the ins and outs of Asana, a workforce can truly realize an improved workflow and automation that results in less mistakes and increased productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some caveats would be that some of the processes of building out rules, workflows, and integrated logic can feel clunky at times due to there being no true copy functions of rules or global application of rules when building out said systems. This can make it tedious and difficult to integrate across an organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest areas that Asana addresses in our organization is that it streamlines and automates repetitive, complicated tasks. This has allowed us to cut down processing mistakes often created by human error and ensures that we meet our deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.

A second, growing issue is automation. As a regulatory company, being able to have an affordable management software with automation functions greatly increases our small team to operate in an enterprise arena. This makes us swift, accurate, and effective in delivering in budget, on time, every time.

Great tool for organizing and tracking my projects

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me to quickly visuallize where my current task/projects are using the boards feature. This helps me track the status of projects and prevents tasks falling between the cracks and getting missed. With the rules automation in combination with the boards view this speeds up the process of managing project statuses and keeps me from having to spend a lot of time in Asana which gives me more time to focus on my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. Everything fits my needs just right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to pull all our projects into one spot so we can get a good, wholestic, view of what is going on with each client.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes this very easy, it's self-explanatory but also has the potential to do very big things in the system! That's what I like!
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most about Asana is that theirs a lot out there and I feel as if I need to search pretty hard to find out all the things it can do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us stay communicated while also being on top of our own things going on!
